Plot Outline Submission Template:
1. What is going to happen in your plot?
Vernon Hala, a former Jedi who returned to Onderon to assume a role as a minor noble, is grappling with his duties as a Jedi and his perceived perversion of the Jedi. While Vernon has sworn off the order, he nonetheless feels compelled to continue the work he has always done, despite the obvious threat to himself and his noble house due to the distrust Onderonians keep for force users. During the night and "on the weekend," Vernon creeps from his house to deal justice to those who need it, although mostly keeping to a small section of the capital city Iziz.
While his force using ways does not merit an official investigation - as it is yet unconfirmed - one of the other houses with a particularly deep distrust of force users sends guns-for-hire after the vigilante. Another house (unnamed here) secretly requests a Jedi to attend to the problem before it gets out of hands, who is joined by a dirty cop with a personal interest in finding the vigilante force user. These two groups chase the Jedi all over Iziz, and another Jedi officials join the fray - to the dismay of House Tandin.
Unexpectedly, the Exiles show up - unconvinced this is not a Jedi ploy to gain favor with Onderon. The thread will decide whether ANY favor is curried, or if instead the Onderonians just become more disenfranchised with both sects of force users. The vigilante, lost in perspective of the dueling factions, realizes Onderon really does not have any room for a jedi vigilante and will proverbially hang up his lightsaber. House Hala, the site of the epic duel, will be thrust into the Onderonian spotlight with Vernon as their newest spokesperson and now a (small) public figure as he fully enters the Onderonian political scene.

7. Do you need any involvement of canon NPCs or faction leaders to be DMed by a staff member? If so, please detail who/what and for what purpose.
I included House Tandin (and thus Niram Tandin) in two threads because the anti-force user sentiment is particularly significant for this plot. However, this can easily be replaced by a lower-level member of the household which I would be happy to NPC. My PC will never be in direct conflict with the NPC and I understand the admins are busy, and thus I would be happy to do this.

| Summary: | With the hooded vigilante becoming an increasingly prominent threat to citizens safety and security, House Tandin takes it upon themselves to take action. Niram Tandin hires two "independent contractors" to investigate the force user and track him down. They must operate within Onderonian law AND must bring in the force user alive. Most of the masked man's appearances have been within her borough of Iziz and the one next to the borough in which the Tandins reside - represented by a nobleman named Vernon Hala. They should start in his borough and then investigate within the Tandin's only if they can not locate the menace there. Niram and the Tandins are hiring out because they have no evidence yet of any actual force user, and believing it could just be a local gang of criminals, would rather this be handled quietly and without attracting more national attention. |

| Summary: | While House Tandin takes their own actions, others in Iziz believe more action is necessary. Elements of the city which favor the Jedi Order - although Onderon remained neutral through the last intergalactic war due to their own internal struggles - have asked the Jedi for help. Surely a Jedi would be of help in locating a force user, even if force users are widely regarded with suspicion and not particularly welcomed on the the planet. For these reasons, the Jedi's arrival is unnannounced. Officer Yates will be assigned to assist the Jedi, and together they will bust the vigilante's safehouse - and send him packing. |

Their pursuit of this lead will force them into the very dangerous forests of Onderon... where they might themselves become prey. |

| Summary: | In the sector and directed to offer assistance to Knight Paven in establishing beneficial ties with unfriendly Onderon, Jedi Knight Gerard Demici arrives and is greeted - although more brusquely thanks to the unwanted presence of the Jedi - by Iziz nobles. Among them is Niram Tandin AND Gerald's one-time friend Vernon Hala, who served faithfully as a Jedi Knight alongside Demici. Vernon had left the order without explanation, and without any trace of what happened, had been assumed dead or defected to the Exiles. The old friends catch up - and Alderman Hala has some explaining to do, and quickly reads the writing on the wall: Force Users are still not welcome on Onderon. |

Much to everyone's surprise, Shaw and Morgan are already there asking questions, and the two crews of investigators realize something must be very amiss within the House Hala. However, they must walk a thin line in asking questions, while retaining the good graces and not overstepping themselves in a house with significant political power in the City of Iziz. |

While Onderon has been generally indifferent in their disdain for both sides of the war, the Exiles can not allow this obvious Jedi incursion to go unanswered. Before they can be stopped, the two sides clash - with the fate of Onderon's allegiance potentially hanging in the balance. |

The two investigators, fired now that the Onderonians are opening an official investigation, are similarly shown the door - and run in to a familiar character on their way out. Lastly, Yates must return home for his fault in the chaos, and sneaking suspicions will too-late be confirmed. |
