The Knight lady hat to ponder about that. While Tutaminis have become a hobby over time, the force Barrier was another thing. It was possible, she hoped but the Barrier she could only teach as far as she figured it out herself.

"To be absolutely frank, I can teach you Tutaminis but only the basics of Barriers, since I only recently started to train it. So on the subject on the latter I can not give you any guarantees"

Kenshin nodded as the, admittedly beautiful Chiss, Knight pondered. He word seemed to speak trouth and he nodded in agreement. "Then Tutaminis it is then, and if you don't feel comfortable teaching Barriers then we can do something else." He had heard she was a bit of a healer so he was thinking that if she didn't want to do that he would ask her if the rumor was true.

"Oh, I can do teach Barriers," the Knight responded immediately "I just can not teach you more then the basics. So you will have to build on the basics yourself or find a Master or holocron for further training. But I suspect the Basics are better then no barier at all"

Kenshin nodded, "Very well its decided, who knows by teaching me, you might learn something about barriers as well."

That was promising to get an interesting day.

Nevertheless, she looked around and determined that they could not train here, as there were no training droids. So the pointed in the direction she knew the Tutaminis training field would be and began walking. It would need mere minutes to arrive there, and to bridge the time she looked at him "How good is your Tutaminis? What things did you already accomplish?"

Kenshin had thought about it, the last he had done anything with it was a quick study of some holocron from before his small sect had sent him out. He really didn't know much beyond that it was really useful to know. He started to follow along as she asked him questions, signaling his wolf as he did so. The wolf bounded and caught up and followed along at the same pace glad to be moving again but more interested in the sentiments then in hunting this time around. Watching them both as if she were listening in.

"Not much, I had just started with a holocron back in my paddie days but was long ago and I never got very far so its best to start from the bottom and go from there."

He felt it was best not to lie or make himself sound better so he went with the truth. He was excited to learn from the beginning, to long had it been since he had spent time learning the Force. He had always been busy lately being a leader and helping his people.

"Well, in this case it's probably best to start with the theory while we are on the way."

The Chiss responded, hoping not to bore the poor guy to dearh before they arrived "It's even quite simple, really. All it's anout is to use your own Force to either deflect, avert or absorb incoming energy, but that's easier said than done. You need tons of concentration at the beginning and it requires you to attune not only to your flow and control of the Force but also at tuning to the energy to properly get the effect desired. Deflection is the easiest of them all, sending the energy back amateur level and absorbing is somewhere along the mastery level. I propose to start with the training drones on low energy and work your way up."

The training ground was already in sight, and there already were two padawans training. It's been a twin pair of Twi'leks, somewhere in the assumed age of eight to ten.

Taruna had to grin at that. "Ooh, I see there is already some fierce competition"

Kenshin could tell she was trying to make it more interesting then it actually was but information was always good. To the knights credit it was as interesting as she could make it. Kenshin nodded as they walked an noticed the padawans ahead little more then younglings but smiled as they said there would competition. He wasn't sure if that would be the case, though he was Sure they would be confused by the presence of a Mandalorian and a Wolf. "I heard as much from my time as a Padawan. However I am curious what you have planned with the padawans."

Kenshin signaled Tris to head go and relax as the two entered into the training ground.

The Chiss smiled a little broader as she answered and waved at the two younglings, who were busy deflecting low power energy bolts shot from small ball-formed drones and now looked at the two new ones in anticipation. There was no need for them to be nervous, as the security here was pretty tight. The Jedi learned from the past, in contrary to the general believe.

"As I said. They are your competition. They also teain tutaminis, after all."

She then went ahead and introduced herself before politely asking the two if they may join the training.

After a short exchange of looks, the green twin sisters chuckled and agreed. Not two minutes later, Kenshin was surrounded by three flying training drones, while the Knight had six of them orbiting her. The twins were left wit two drones each.

Kenshin smirked under his helmet as he took his place on the line. Reaching out in the Force feeling the area around him letting it flow through him. He could feel the calmness of the Chiss Knight next to him, the giddy excitement of the padawans to his left. While he couldn't feel the droids per-say he could feel living organisms on it and those disturbed as it moved. Letting the Force whisper in his mind their locations and letting him see them through the Force. He readied his barriers as best as he could making view the Force making them mirrors large and not as well defined as he had would have like but sure they were going to be good enough for a bit.

He was ready and started the program just as the others did. hearing and feeling the droids as they darted around feeling the first few hits on his armor as he was too slow to get his barrier up but after that it became easier and easier to sent the bolts away from him. Soon he wasn't really having to try all that hard to deflect the blasts. After a while he started to feel himself learn how to direct the energy back. While he wasn't the best at it he was starting to get it going into the general area he had wanted too. He was in no way accurate and he was only getting them into a very general area he was looking at he started to press himself more. Taking time as was possible to try and narrow it down. Taking moments to feel how the knight was doing and how she was working on deflecting them. Learning from her example and with repeated practice he started to narrow it down while still wildly inaccurate by most all but the loosest of standards he was at least getting back in the direction of the probes. Enough at times to break up their patter and make them move around.

Finally after what felt like a lifetime of concentration he did it, if only just. As he did well the droids would pick up in pace and get more and more wild working with one another to get a blast past his invisible guard. Forcing him to work faster and faster and in this maddening pace he seen a glimpse of how to fully deflect the blasts back with near perfect accuracy. He felt himself fully immerse in the Force as it guided him, feeling time almost slow as the droids moved about taking shots at him. He felt them and reacted feeling himself not just deflect the blasts but return them to the droids. First using one's volley of rapid fire blasts and "walking" them onto the probe. Watching it shake and return to its orginal starting point. The second and thrid started dancing around using each other as cover as they loosed volley after volley of fire, this time he hit the second one with a well placed shot sending it into the other. Finally after a return of fast rapid movements deflected the other probes steam of fire back hitting it and returning it to its orginal start position. Giving Kenshin a break and a sigh of relief. He didn't think he would be able to do that very often but even for that quick moment he could remember what it felt like to just not deflect them but to redirect them. He knew he would have more work but for now he removed his helmet and wiped some of the sweat from his forehead.

"Kandosii!, did you see that? I hope so because I don't hardly believe it myself. And you, Taruna were a joy to watch and feel in the Force."

The Jedi knight watched closely as Kenshin began the training, ready to stop the drones when it would be obvious that he would need a hint or two.

But it was only slightly surprising to watch the young man starting and making good progress from the start, then improving steadily. The Twi'lek twinks also noticed that and of course did their best to keep up. At the start, they were better, having trained this for some time now, but as time progressed they grew more and more uneasy as the stranger catched up more and more. Using her empathy, Taruna reached out and calmed their minds to help them concentrate. She did not need to do so long, as the three of them quickly entered a state of concentration enabling them to get the best out of their abilities.

All that was left at the end for her was watching them and deflecting the blasts herself, which was considered her training so far was more of a warm up.

At the end, Kenshin seemed to be satisfied with his progress, and that was something Taruna only could agree to.
But Taruna would not be Taruna if she would not have something to teach them.

"Impressive indeed. And all of you did very well. What you probably did not realize yet, is that all of you attuned to the incoming energy already and simply refused it, thus sending them back.." she pointed at the drones that still orbited her and shot blast for blast like angry insects that were pouting for not yet have landed a hit. Taruna then changed her focus and it seemed like all the blasts hit, but if one looked close enough he would see she actually absorbed them, just to collect the energy within her hand palm. As she collected enough of it, she pointed her hand to one of the drones and sent the energy back, looking like a blue energy ball that flew in a very high speed towards one of the drones and shot it down completely. It was a little more hefty than expected, as the drone suddenly exploded as it flew away... Taruna tried to hide her embarrassment by proceeding to talk "But you also can simply store it, powering yourself or enabling you to send back a stronger response than you received. Try it out with only one drone, just imagine instead of sending the bolts back you store them within you. You will find this quite difficult at the beginning as you can not store all of it at once, but with training you will get vastly better."

Kenshin watched as the Jedi Taruna begain teaching on how to reflect energy. Watching and listening both physically and in the force as best as he could. Watching her as she started have the drones fire at her, watching them absorb them. He could feel the energy in the force centered around her palm as the droids shot over and over again. Watching the bolts get sucked in until she had enough and fired it back, destroying the poor droid. For a half second he seen her blush as she started again explaining what she was doing. He felt she was trying to hide it but he wouldn't call her out on it in front of the padawans who now seemed enchanted by her as they stare at her as she explains awwed by her doings.

"That easy huh? I imagine it requires intense concentration at first doesn't it?"

He signaled the droid to start as he held out his hand. Doing as she instructed, Glad he had bes'kar crushgaunts. He was sure his hand would be completely numb. While he felt himself being competent this was hard. Trying to imagine the energy hanging around and staying in his palms. It took much time but finally he could feel even the smallest of energy start to pool in his palm. It was small and almost undetectable but he kept at it, it wasn't fast but was very very slow going. After much time, he was just finally feeling the half the power of the actual bolts being fired at him. Finally he felt he had enough and it let it return back at the droid. The bolt was no where even close to the jedi's but about the same as the droid was shooting. The droid studdered and stopped. Allowing Kenshin to rest after his excertion, he was sweating from all the concentration. "That is rough, I will really have to practice that."

Clapping in concert with the twins, the Chiss applauded Kenshin "Marvellous! You got the gist of it faster then many of the others I saw train this. Are you sure you are not thinking of returning? We really could need someone like you"

Of course, the last part was a mix of joking and praise, not an actual attempt of recruiting, as her voice and the slight laughing at the end made perfectly clear. Taruna was not that kind of person.

"And now, that you clearly have down the basics of tatami is, you are ready for the Barrier part." with a short word, she ordered the drones to attack her, all at once. While she stood there with her arms crossed in front of her, surrounded like a bear that gust stole some honey, the drone swarmed around her and fired all they had "It's basically tuts minis redux, as you attune to the attach and d code that you don't want it. You will have to enter a slightly more determined and aggressive mindset for that.[/coloe]"

Kenshin smirked at her with her remark of returning. She wasn't far from the mark in all truthfullness, now that his people were getting back together he wanted to reform an ancient order he came across is some of the ancient writings both as a Mandalorian and back when he was a padawan. Though it was a dream he doubted they would ever again be able to be reformed. "If there are more Jedi similar to you, I might think about it." He jokingly remarked. Despite his playful remark he did think Taruna was what a Jedi should be.

Kenshin did as she did and entered into a more combative pose as the droids started to circle him. Being more aggressive was well something he could be good at, he focused and felt the droids circle around him as they attacked at him. It took him a few tries but he got the basics down, instead of absorbing or reflecting it, he just denied it was even there causing to just stop instead of getting through or being defelcted back. It was similar but it required more concentration then he had expected and wasn't sure if he would beable to keep up the pace as he did with Tutamis.

He stopped the droids for a second, "I think I get it, its like you reject its even there. Or am I wrong?"
