Something chilled? Hm. Well, I do have a recipe for homemade ice-cream. You can either use an old-fashioned ice-cream crank (I made my own through the magic of power tools and welding) or one of those ice-cream makers.
There's also zabaglione or sabayon which is like this custardy thing which is quite nice.
