History
The Five Brothers Syndicate was at one point nothing more than a dream, a goal that a man known only as The Dealer aspired to create. His wealth acquired through both legal and illicit means provided him with the financial stability to make his dream a reality, but he lacked an essential component to starting the intergalactic organized crime syndicate: business partners.
However, wealthy partners were soon found. In the past, The Dealer had used the services of two independent solutionists known only as The Ghost and The Speaker, and they had used his as well. The three made a risky decision: to meet with eachother in person, abandoning their usual protocol of keeping their identities secret. In a meeting in a private room in the back of one of The Dealer’s Corellian casinos, the trio met, and for the first time in the history of their lives as notorious ‘ghost’ assassins, The Ghost and The Speaker revealed themselves to The Dealer. The combination of The Dealer’s business prowess, Yutaka Beesko’s (The Speaker) myriad of connections, and Arrik Krishki’s (The Ghost) unrivalled mastery of Anzati Arts, led to a business transaction that culminate with the establishment of the galaxy’s first taste of intergalactic organized crime: The Five Brothers Syndicate.

Beliefs, Motives, and Goals
The goals of the Five Brothers Syndicate are simple and achievable: the acquisition of wealth and power throughout the galaxy via slavery, spice and gun trafficking, contract murders and a myriad of other illicit activities that only the FBS can provide so flawlessly.

Locations
Though the Syndicate is in the process of establishing outposts throughout Core, Inner, and Outer Rim worlds, the main base of operations is rumored to be on Corellia. However, such is only a rumor, as no one finds or contacts the Five Brothers Syndicate unless the Lord and Overseers allow it.

Forces
The Dealer was not a lone wolf in his business. There is no doubt that he was the solitary mastermind behind his underworld activities, but he had a myriad of henchmen and a small armada nonetheless. Such forces and fleets remained under his jurisdiction with the foundation of the Five Brothers Syndicate. It is also known that he has the allegiance of The Ghost and The Speaker. The employment of strong capable forces, the loyalty of the notorious untraceable assassins, and a copious flow of credits has led many to acknowledge the potential and power of the new organization, thus causing more recruits to join in order to wallow in the abundant lifestyle brought on by becoming a member of the syndicate. As some commonplace criminals are permitted to join the ranks, the standards for any job other than a lowly grunt are more than high, thus preserving the high profile and reputation the Syndicate has already achieved.

Funding
The Dealer owns many casinos, cantinas, etc. across the galaxy, primarily on Corellia. The affluent, mysterious man uses the prolific income of his establishments to fund the operations, provide lucrative salaries, and create a legion of beneficial business transactions in order to further the Five Brother Syndicate’s wealth and power. The luxuriant flow of credits into his pocket is overlooked by most authority figures, as his wealth is reasonably attributed to his legal businesses.
To further the inconspicuousness of the Syndicate’s wealth, the spoils acquired through the operations (slave trading, spice and weapon trafficking, etc.) are prolific enough to pay the salaries of those working under and with the criminal institution, thus making it self-sustaining in order to avoid successful scrutiny by the law.
Upon co-founding the Five Brothers Syndicate, The Ghost and The Speaker invested several million of their credits into the Syndicate’s funding in order to help jumpstart it into the galactic underworld scene. 25% of all of the profits made from independent hits, i.e, the hits made through The Speaker, not the Five Brothers Syndicate, are used to aid the organization. As their hits range anywhere from several hundred thousand credits to several million, this has become another lucrative source of income.

Yes and yes, though I he'll have to join through an rp, so as to keep it IC.
but what would you like to have him join as? Keep in mind he'd be an employee of the Five Brother Syndicate, so if he did do bounty hunting he wouldn't get the profits from collecting the bounty. What he would collect would go to the Syndicate's profits, and he would get paid a salary.

Yes, I'd understand that part. He wouldn't be completely devoted to the syndicate anyway, he'd keep enough time to himself (if that's actually possible) to freelance a bit.

That should be fine. So long as he lets the overseers and overlord know who the target is first in case they make sure it doesn't conflict with Syndicate interests. (You don't have to ask if its an NPC, but if at sometime in an rp you are going to assassiante or collect a bounty on a player character, check the roster to make sure the person's not an associate or P.O.I, I'll put up a list)

Hi Leo, I'm just new here and have a mostly-done character profile.
A female Zabrak professional thief/dogsbody is looking to sign up with the syndicate - is there any work with you lot?

Profile Here.
