Corellia
Mandalorian's are a dying breed, slowly we return to some prominence but our numbers still far fewer then what they once were. Mandalorian's haven't been a large group in many years, and the talk of old honors and glories while still remembered by those that never lived it still linger on those that remember the way. Even if my time is mostly spent away from my clan, I still live by its codes and traditions. For it is how I repay their generosity. Which was why hearing of Mandalorian's on Corellia I had flew as fast as I could to see if the rumors were true. The one good thing about being a ranger was that you could bend certain rules if it meant you were out trying to do your job. For this excuse was going to use Mandalorian's usually attract trouble so needed to make sure that wasn't the case. Some might call that prejudice against Mandalorian's but I was one so not sure how well that would work.
Getting a landing pad wasn't difficult considering Corellia was just a whole for trade and travel they had made as much room as possible to land on the world. After landing I kept my rifle on the ship and locked it up. I wasn't here to pick a fight but rather make sure the rumors were true. Plus my suit was a weapon itself and my pistol was more then enough if anything came up. I walked to the nearest bar hoping to get some hint at where the rumored Mandalorian's were. The place was a waste and only pointed deeper in the city if I wanted to find them. Not a place nor if the rumor was even true just a general go further in.
This is why I hated investigations, never any straight answers and to many people hiding how much they knew. After spending a number of hours on numerous areas that might draw a Mandalorian, I settled on a bar that was considerably more seeder and full of rough individuals. My entrance made many turned to face me before retreating deeper into their mugs. I could only been seen as a Mandalorian not a Sector Ranger so I was safe from the knife in the back for being a lawman.
Walking up to the bar and taking a sit, I tried to let the somewhat relaxed atmosphere calm me down. The bartender knew well enough to wait for me to call for him and in that silence I resided myself into knowing these rumors were just that.
