It was another morning on Corellia as the lifeblood of any planet, the citizens, came to life again from a long night's sleep. However, this was not the case for Patron's Oasis, Crescant City's most popular club. The Patron's Oasis never went to sleep. It just had short periods of less noise and orders and mornings like this belonged to them. But there still was a traffic. Amongst the few customers, there were three who were summoned here not by their thirst or need for spice, but by a common cause. They were to receive further instructions on their next mission.

From behind the bar stumbled the bar owner, holding a Hookah pipe and delivering it to the table the Hutt Nor'baal and his associates were sitting next to. He put it on the table and smiled. "Here ya go, boss. Fresh stuff, as always." he said and laughed then noticed Maki and Vol Kalinth. "Hey there. Nice to see ya, catgirl. Enjoy it in here." he greeted them and turned around to walk back behind the bar. However, before going there, he very subtly dropped a small purse and a datapad on the table. Upon activation, it displayed a message:

Nor'baal Vesajilic, Vol Kalinth, Maki Slithin,

you are to travel to the city of Coronet, the capital city of Corellia. There, you will need to find the dock master, a Drall named Norghar Rass, and "persuade" him to allow ships belonging to the Exchange to pass and unload their cargo without any needless inspections. Use whatever means neccessary in rational boundaries. Murder will be frowned upon. In the purse are enough credits to persuade him should he want to be paid instantly. Good luck.

Almost drowsy, the Hutt looked up from his Hookah, and focused his considerable attention on the man with whom he would be working with today in their little escapade. Offering a simple nod of greeting and respect, the Hutt made his way over to the man on his Sled, adorned with a simple blaster pistol and several small grenades, before coming to a halt beside him.

<Lets get going then.> he said simply, gesturing toward the door, so that they could get cracking with the task ahead.

While Vol did get a quick glance-over at the message on the datapad, his focus was primarily on the rest of the club-goers around them. Needed to make sure no one was spying on them. Of course a well dressed Chagrian, a spiced-up feline mercenary, and Hutt smoking a hookah were certainly eye catching. Speaking of which, this seemed a bit excessive for bribing a minor official. Maybe the folks in charge knew something he didn't...

Vol tried to shake off his bout of paranoia to no avail, and found himself fingering the blaster pistol he kept on his hip. A touch of neurosis and a heavy blaster had gotten him out of more tough spots than anything else. He warched as the Hutt hovered over to the man at the bar, before gesturing for them to follow. He stood and strolled over to the waiting Hutt, just missing his other cohort sneaking some credits to pay her tab.

Sorry about the delay

As the group left the bar, the shining rays of morning sun have covered their faces. The sunrise would perhaps be more beautiful in another city, but since this was the Crescant City, Corellia's greatest industrial giant, many of the rough-looking buildings just ruined the scene. However, along with the sunrise were the streets filling up. Every few minutes, more and more people entered and left the MagLev trains leading to all parts of Corellia. Some people continued to travel in vehicles, but the MagLevs were what Corellian citizens truly thanked for. Cheap yet practical.

Close to the Patron's Oasis were standing two men, wearing all blue and looking very... official. One of them was wearing glasses with a black frame. They were frowning at each other, lost in a conversation.
"Again, I do not see why we should go in there, Johnson." said the one wearing glasses.
"Because you don't sweep bars like I do and trust me, many things are said and done in here."
"You're basing your judgement purely on assumptions!"
"If you have any better idea, throw it at me." After a few seconds of silence, Johnson rolled eyes. "That's what I thought. Now follow me, Sparrows." he said and led him into the club, mumbling something under his nose.

Waving a hand to show to his droid that the tab was to be settled on his account, Nor'baal made his way out with the rest of the team. He had no intention of taking the lead on this mission, instead content to see how well the others did on this mission, even with his limited assistance. Sat back in his recliner, the Hutt watched the to gentlemen sitting outside the bar having their discussion, and chose to ignore it.

<Get them to move along if they will be of no use.> he chuntered to himself, unwilling to be delayed. He was however impressed with the MagLevs, one of which careered over their heads on one of the Czerka Lines - indeed the only lines on the planet - with terrifying speed. A sign of the times, he thought, wondering if such things would ever find their way to Hutta.

Vol's eyes widened significantly as he spotted the two CorSec officers bickering amongst themselves near the door. He pulled his suitcoat over his blaster more, and kept a hand at his side to try and obscure it from view. Being caught with an unregistered firearm would cut this particular deal very short, very fast, nor to mention it would draw attention to the Hutt and leave a rather poor first impression on him. Maneuvering around to the opposite side of the Hutt, he kept one eye on the agents and another on the MagLevs, unimpressed by the public transportation.
