Darman looked down the sight of his blaster. The facility itself was massive, too large to actually tell where exactly the Jedi were located. He continued scanning the facility making mental notes of various locations of guard posts and the number of guards at each spot. There was no doubt about it, this would be a tough break. Darman keyed in the comm. Frequency that had been attached to the communiqué, “This is Banthaman. Currently observing from rally point Charlie,” Darman was referring to the southeastern defenses indicated on the files they’d receive, “Advise on current position and plan of action. Over.”

Darman scooted backwards to search through his items. It wasn’t long after his meeting with Prudii that he’d received the mission from a rebel contact. It seemed since he was already in the Corellia system that he’d been hired. The details included a stash of explosives and other weaponry that Darman was able to pick up on the way to the system. He was slightly surprised at how much the rebel cell was able to hide, although it was considerably less then he would want on this mission. He had arrived on the planet yesterday, barely managing to evade an Imperial patrol while landing on the planet. He’d found an area to conceal his ship, but it was going to be hard to smuggle the prisoners where it was being kept.

It had also been difficult to move the supplies out without attracting any attention. He’d managed it and now the explosives were sitting in duffel in the passenger seat of a speeder he’d liberated. Gathering what he needed in a backpack, Dar clapped the pack magnetically to his backplate. He was anxious about carrying this much high explosives on him, but duty called. He just hoped a well-placed round would send him and half of the prison into orbit.

Dar looked down at his chrono, it would be night soon. He had sensed a matter of urgency in the completion of this mission, and he didn’t intended to be. He didn’t want to be kept in hostile space for longer than possible. But with so many estimated prisoners, Dar hoped that this partner would be able to assist in getting them off planet. He’d made the necessary space in his freighter, but it would certainly be an uncomfortable ride home.

Dar shouldered his rifle and waited…

Grim'rix was surprised to be on Coreillia but this is where he was sent. He had been here before and thankfully had some contacts left that could get him and his ship down on planet without the usual entanglements. However it had cost him most if not all of his favors he had left with his contacts. He had set his ship in a safe clearing and had his droids set up a perimeter around the ship as he suited up and brought along the cache of weapons that they had and started trucking towards the RP. His full kit with him, his rifle in his hand and his weapons placed around him in their respective holsters. All kitted he started out, hearing his com crackle to life as his partner on this raid checked in. He made sure his signal was encrypted and replied. "Banthaman this is Archer, Inbound on your location. Will advise if something comes up. Shouldn't be long. Over." Grim'rix replied with is calm deep Chiss voice.

It hadn't taken him too long to regroup with his partner as the trip to the RP was nice and easy with no real issues. It had been a while since he participated in such a raid in bit of time. Most of his time had been spent teaching others how to protect against this type of raid, however that still kept him his edge some when it came to military maneuvers. He exited from the woods, keeping the lights of his suit off as he did so making himself enter quietly as to not alert anyone to their location. He could see that his small satchel was nothing compared to the packaage this man had to pick up. Kneeling down and announcing his presence his voice distorted by the helmets speaker. "Well, well it do they want us to break them out or blow up all of the prison?" He did a sweep again with his suits sensors and seen that they were clear as well as his quick visual sweep. "So what is our final plan Banthaman."

Grim'rix knew that there was a want to get this finished as soon as possible so he was ready for whatever they had planned. He was ready to get this op over with. Never was a good idea to break into a prison on an Imperial world. So the sooner they got it done the better.

Darman didn't jump, but his adrenaline did spike when the voice spoke up next to him. This guy was quiet. He shrugged, "I was given some dets, might as well blast some holes while I'm here. Once we start making noise though this place is going to turn into Sith central. This needs to be a quick and dirty job if we want to bang out before any more party guest arrive."

"I saw a lightly manned guard post that I can hit fairly quick. I don't have detailed scans,"
Darman sent him some readings he'd taken, "But I believe that this wall here leads to the courtyards. I suspect that the one beyond that is where the inmates are kept. While I lay some dets, you could bring in that speeder so we can move those Jetti out. I don't have much in the way of weapons, but I'm carrying enough ordinance to break through almost every door we'll come across in this place. What do you think?"

Grim'rix nods as he goes over the readings. Fairly straight forward but best not to be relaxed he thinks to himself as he speaks, "Best bet indeed, I will get the speeder moved and I will get them some weapons if they need them. My pack has a few light sabers so we can at least arm some of them as well. Might come in handy."

"Now once its moved how do we get me back in, if we are blowing the wall then we need to make some noise somewhere else to help draw some attention away. Might be worth leaving a gift there as well should anyone check it out." He was sure it wouldn't take long to get them out. This was a specialized prison small from what he could tell but given the prisoners it was best to assume in and out was always the best. "While you are in the tower see where they are exactly. We need this to be quick as you said."

Darman nodded in agreement, "I can handle that. I'll set a few on opposite side of the wall and blow those first to draw attention. We'll give it a moment to let the guards rush to that side, but we'll need to be quick. We don't want reinforcements arriving while we're in there. I'll flash my light once when I've cleared the post and twice before a blow the second set of explosives. But you should be ready if things start going sideways." Dar stood up, "See you in a few then."

Darman took off at a brisk walk, hunched over with the weight of the pack. Metal was a good heat sink, so Darman was hoping that the prison wasn't the kind that had thermal imaging scanning the surroundings. Yet this was a small enough prison that they may not need to worry about it. It wasn't far towards the best position for sniping the guards in the post. His decce would do, but he had modified it for this operation. A blocky flash and noise suppressor attached to the end. At this distance he would need to account for energy dissipation, but those guard didn't look like they were wearing much. Darman got down and brought the scope to his good eye.

It must have been a shift change because the guards in the post were moving around, gathering their supplies. This was fortunate and unfortunate. Darman knew that he'd have to wait for them to get out and the next shift to check in before they could move forwards. Yet, only a few minutes later, the next set of guards were coming in and talking with the previous shift. Darman struggled to stand back up, but he knew that the would allow him to get close. The guards wouldn't see him coming.

He crouched underneath a viewport as he waited for the voices inside to calm down. When they did, Darman peeked over to see the two new guards drinking cafe and flipping through documents. He was sorry for what he was about to do, but they had chosen the wrong side. He double checked the charge on his rifle and then raised it just enough to get a clean shot at the first guard. With a *chirp* the round passed through the window and the man slumped over onto his desk. The woman next to him glanced over with a look of surprise and horror. Darman stood up to get a clean shot before killing her as well. Luckily, she made the mistake of fumbling for her blaster instead of reaching for the alarm. Reaching through the viewport, Darman pressed the gate button so that he, and Archer with the speeder, could get in.

With that finished, Darman turned around and clicked his light one once in the direction he'd came.

--
After Darman had worked his way around the building and had laid the appropriate amount of detonite in each section. Darman sat down in one of the empty chairs in the guard post, the empty bag next to him. He'd moved the bodies of the guards into a respectful position on the floor, facing away from him. He didn't want to see their dead faces, the image from earlier would join the others to haunt his sleep. Darman snapped out of the train of thought and drew out the detonator. He hoped that this would be the distraction they needed. With a click, a roaring noise followed the flash of fire across the facility. Warning klaxons were quick to follow and the comm in the post console went alive with activity.

Darman counted to 30 before drawing the second detonator. Hopefully no one would be unfortunate enough to be standing behind the second set of walls when Dar sent that wall into orbit. He'd put enough blocks into place to open almost the entirety of the courtyard to the outside world. If there was going to be a fight, at least they'd have a spot to fight. Taking position behind a suitable point of cover, Darman once again raised his flashlight and clicked it twice this time. With a sigh, the second explosion caused Darman's visor to darken, almost completely black. The concussive blast rolled over him, knocking the wind from his chest. They'd need to move quickly now.

Grim'rix waited for the man to leave and packed his stuff into the speeder and headed towards gate to the courtyard. While he didn't have the same amount of work to do but he was just as important. Stopping the speeder in cover Grim'rix exited the speeder and scanned the area with both his sensors and his eyes. Not seeing anything besides a guard patrolling around the outside he decided it was best to take care of him. He moved as silently as he could, only stopping to watch as his replacements came to take over for them. Not the usual stormies thankfully. Standard Correctional guards with basic armor and no helmets. His relief is a smaller twi'lek, quick from the looks of him but not strong. The man he is replacing is clearly bored out of his mind and ready to sleep. He would be the second target, he waited for them to separate. Grim'rix followed along in the cover for a bit longer as he waited for the man to get out of hearing range and made his move. Like a black streak of lightning Grim'rix covered the small distance and covered the guards mouth as activated his other hands gauntlet and jammed the vibroblade into the mans neck from behind, severing the spinal column and ending the twi'leks life in an instant. Grim'rix pulls the man to the side and leans him against a tree hidden from sight and makes his move to catch up to the other man.

The guard had stopped to take a moment are relieve himself in the woods when Grim'rix set upon him. This time not using his blade but instead his hands appearing as a ghost out of the brush and wrapping his hands around the mans head and twisting it with sudden powerful motion. Ending that mans life in an instant in a sickening snap as he fell onto the ground. Now sure that his immediate problems where dealt with he returned to the speeder. He waited and there it was, a flash of light. Time to move, Grim'rix hoped back into the speeder and took it into the compound finding a safe spot that wouldn't attract attention and set about sabotaging the gates so that they wouldn't close. He hooked up some small explosives to the main power lines to the gate, anyone tried to close them the circuit would send a charge to the explosives and detonate them severing the power and forcing them to close them by hand. Checking his area and sure that the speeder would be able to get out quickly and safely headed towards the area they had decided to meet at. His pack with him and now a bit lighter but still holding several sabers for the Jedi in the cells. He waited for his contact and for any other guards, making sure to keep an eye on his sensors for any trouble that might be coming his way.

((OOC sorry its a bit short had to get this done as I may be really busy tomorrow))

Darman jumped over his cover, immediately bringing his rifle to bear. The explosives had done exactly what he thought they would, the wall for the most part, was gone. He didn't see any guards, but he doubted any would be standing anyways. More klaxons began blaring, but it was weaker this time. Darman knew that they couldn't dawdle. That large of an explosion was going to draw a lot of attention of the situation here. He leaped forward towards the wall where he peaked inside. Other than the large amount of damage inside, there was no sign of anyone.

With time on his mind, Darman sprinted across the open courtyard to one of the entrances. He doubted that the prisoners would be to far from this point, so once they were freed, he hoped Archer had brought in the speeder. Unfortunately, but not surprisingly, the power was still activated and securing the door. Darman reached into his pocket and pulled out a lock cycler. Darman wasn't really good with these things, but if he couldn't open it he hoped Archer had a plan B. Affixing the device to the door, Darman knelt down into a crouched position. He brought his rifle to bear and began to watch for any security or emergency personnel that might arrive.

In his helmet he blinked twice on the comm icon, "Archer, what is your location. I've blown the outer wall, but I could use some help slicing this door."

(OOC: I will come back and edit this tonight. I was in a hurry, but wanted to get a post up.)

Grim'rix heard his com come to life as Banthaman asked for assistance. Grim'rix vaulted the wall as he dropped back into cover to watch as some staff headed towards the explosions and fire to see what was going on. Grim'rix heard his partners words as again he ducked behind a wall as he moved toward where his suit was saying his location was. While Grim'rix was okay at picking locks he did have a small charge left as well as the lightsabers if they had too. "Understood Banthaman, I am on my way be there soon."

It only took him a minute to get to Banthamans location. He could already see the cycler running as he moved up and took his position next to him. Watching the characters change as the device tried to break the lock. "Alright lets see what I can do about it." Grim'rix took his place and began working on cycler finally getting it figured out and had the door hiss open He readied his rifle and crept in knowing that his partner would be doing similar. it was split into one long hallway with a security station at one side, the length of each side was lined with cells, each one filled with Force users, shackled with stun cuffs and collars. Down his end was the wall to the outside and if his map was correct from what he has gathered a strait shot to speeder and there way out of here. From the looks of the cells in here this was all of them. From one of the cells at the end two troopers jumped out, Grim'rix pulling a Jedi with them. He didn't even think he just reacted his Shoki thumbed over to burst, first burst hit the trooper in the chest dropping him instantly, trooper tried to use the Jedi as a shield but the jedi was having none of it, the jedi headbutted him the guard dropping him to the ground. Grim'rix fired, the trooper dropped to the ground as all the bolts struck his head. "Get to the office and free the Jedi. I have on charge left and I will blow the wall back there. Its a straight shot to the speeder from there and we can blow this joint." With that Grim'rix headed towards the end of the hall and started to set the explosive. It wouldn't be long now.

While setting the charges, Grim'rix used his 360 cam to keep an eye on his partner an on the door making sure they had no unwelcome visits. He figured by now they only had a few minutes before they started to figure things out and by then he wanted to be free of this place. With the charges set Grim'rix waited for the fields to be dropped and the shackles to be released so he could pass out the few weapons he had left. With them armed and ready he would blow the wall and they would get out here. "Charges Set, just waiting on you."

Darman heard the noise of Archer's rifle as he breached the door. Darman waited for any more sounds before peeking in. Archer stood there, a Jedi approaching the pair. Two bodies lay on the floor, guards that had been in the wrong place. Darman saw the cells that the jedi were in, the conditions here were worse than Aak kennels that he'd seen. A fact that enraged him. Archer spoke, "Get to the office and free the Jedi. I have on charge left and I will blow the wall back there. Its a straight shot to the speeder from there and we can blow this joint."

Dar nodded and proceed towards the security center down the hall, rifle ready. He nodded to the Jedi who seemed to be stuck in a state of shock. Darman placed a hand on his shoulder and drew out one of his westar's, "Take this Jetti. We're here to help."

Darman continued past him without waiting for a response to where the two bodies were laying, blank stares looking towards the ceiling. As he suspected, one of the bodies contained a keycard and a set of datachips. Taking the card, Darman entered the office and quickly stepped over to the console with the cell readouts. After accessing several inquiries, Darman found what he was looking for and something that he'd not. The cells were routed to alert the main facilities security to an unauthorized opening. Had this been a stealth ops, this would have posed a serious obstacle to breaking them out. Yet, as fate would have it, the amount of noise that they'd created up to this point didn't particularly matter. Slipping the card into the port, Dar keyed in the codes written on the dash to disable the defenses holding the Jedi.

It seriously couldn't be this easy, Darman mused. But it was, the ray shields and shock collars dropped to the ground. A silent alarm had visibly been tripped, but it seemed that the main buildings security was preoccupied with damage control. Darman turned and several Jedi had ambled out of their cells with confused looks. "We have to move quickly. If you're strong enough," Darman instructed, "Grab one of the infirm and lets..."

He was interrupted by the squelling of metal as a thick metal panel suddenly slammed down at the two exits and a red light began to blink. Darman looked at the security pad, it was locked. "Archer, looks like we've run out of time. That new door would be handy right about now."

With the charge set he began passing out lightsabers to those that were still fit to fight. When running out he passed out some of the extra weapons and ammo he had on him. Everything seemed to be going swimmngly but that was short lived as the lights cut and the doors slammed shut with red strobe lights going off.

"Frell" he cursed under his breath, can never be simple could it. He hard banthaman call out that they really were going to need this new door he was about to make for the imps. He started telling them to help those who were injured . "Get everyone into cover and have them cover there ears, its going to real loud and real bright. Those of you with weapons get ready, our ride is just ahead keep your comrades covered and we will get you all out of here and home before too long." His voice was calm and collected as any chiss should be and toke up his position darkening his helmet for the coming blast and getting ready to fire at anything that lay beyond. Once everyone was ready he brought up wrist and used the datapad there and ducked his head with the rest. Even in his closed off suit he could feel the concussion and shockwave as the explosive did its job. Creating a jagged hole in the wall as well as covering the inside of the cell block with dust and debris.

Grim'rix did as he was ready for and checked the outside, to his surprise and the surprise of the armed guards outside he about tripped on their buddy who had not been so lucky. He didn't have time to think as he smashed the first guard with the stock of his rifle, feeling the bones give way to the strength of the blow. He next fired a spray of rounds in the direction of the the other guard but wasn't who killed him as one of the jedi with a weapon and followed and took the persons life. Not worried about the guard that he had hit, knowing they were going to out for some time started to wave the others through as took up a position and started taking shots at any guards that tried to see what the commotion was all about. Their yelling mixing in the sound of blasterfire, the sounds of humming lightsabers, and the wailing of klaxons. "The speeder is up ahead you can't miss it, Banthaman take point me and the other armed ones will follow behind and help anyone who gets behind." He fires of some more rounds from his shoki as if to make a point. Grim'rix knew there would probably be more people coming from all directions now. He took a glancing hit on the arm and while it had burned he kept on shooting glad his armor could take the hit. Making sure not to miss like the one shooting at him had.

"Affirmative Archer," Darman responded. His helmet's dampeners had protected him from the detonation of the thermite's intense reaction. Striding through the opening, Darman already had his gun at the ready to take any immediate threats. However, it seemed that the most immediate one had been dealt with. Darman carefully moved up to an intersection that needed to be crossed in order to reach the speeder. A hand reached up an tapped him on the shoulder, it was a blond-haired Jedi who was shaking his head. He held up three fingers and then pointed to the left. Darman nodded and made several gestures of his own while he readied himself.

Leaping into a prone position, he surprised the ambush that was waiting for them. They each managed to get a shot off, one of which landed just right in the creases of his armor. Darman winced in pain, but managed to get a shot of his own off. He missed, but that didn't matter. He'd managed to disorient them and gain critical seconds as they attempted to aim downwards at his prone body. Darman nailed one of the guards in the chest, presumably killing him, before the other two brought their weapons into a decent firing position. But Dar wasn't worried, as they took their shots the blond Jedi took out his weapon and deflected both bolts. Behind the pair another Jedi was taking aim and getting rounds off at a blinding rate. A lucky shot felling another guard.

"Go, get moving." Darman's external speakers crackled.

As the Prisoners began ferrying their injured comrades across the way, Darman's helmet-enhanced hearing heard the clattering of more feet. In front of him another half a dozen guards took defensive positions, while behind four more began firing. Several Jedi with lightsabers began deflecting wild shot back at the attackers while the last of the Jedi made it across. Darman continued laying down fire, switching out energy packs as it became necessary. After what felt like a lifetime a hand touched his shoulder again, the blond Jedi, he was calling for Darman to get moving.

Darman got up, shot hitting all around him as lightsabers wove a deadly shield around him. When he could, Dar sprinted the remaining distance to speeder and climbed in. It was incredibly cramped, but it would do. "Archer, We're loaded are you ready?"

As the last one exited the building Grim'rix and those few with he started a fighting retreat as fast as they could. They knew they had to be fast so they were shooting not really to kill but to keep them away and it was working so far. Those with sabers kept the bolts deflected while those with slugthrowers and blasters kept the guards heads down. It was only a few intersections left and they knew they had to slow down the guards, "We need to slow them down." He started with the first group of guards closet to them, Grim'rix pulled grabbed one of his grenades and threw it, not sure which one but was sure it would be an immobilizing grenade. He used to helmet to see which way to throw the grenade and using his augmented strength hurled the grenade and heard the distinctive sound of a cryoban grenade going off, filling the alleyway with frozen spires and the men the trapped inside of them. Following that a Jedi paused and pulled down some of the cat walks and other things into the path giving them the breathing room they needed.

Grim'rix heard banthaman call over the radio as they made their final sprint to the vehicle. Grim'rix bounded into the drivers seat practically tossing his rifle inside as the Jedi vaulted into the back. Turning the speed on, he called back "Hold on tight, we are getting out of here!" Not even finishing his sentence as he launched the speeder forward and around the turn towards the gate. Giving the speeder everything it had as his passenger shot at the few guards trying to shoot up the speeder. One of the guards finally had the right idea to close the gates but it was futile as another explosion roared off to the side as the main power coupling were destroyed in an explosion stopping the close of the main gate. The speeder plowed through the gate as the guards jumped aside, some running to try to close the gate manually but they were too slow as the speeder was able to slip by losing only the mirrors and lots of paint as it made its way past. Rocketing into the twilight as the gate finally sealed shut too late to stop them and only made it so no one could follow.

If asked Grim'rix would admit he felt bad for whoever was in charge there as there would be hell to pay for this. "Banthaman we are clear where to." It was time to be free of this planet and go home.

Darman sat back and breathed a deep breath. While they weren't done yet, they soon would be. He looked over at Archer who was piloting the speeder. The man spoke, "Banthaman we are clear where to."

"Call me Darman and we are headed to docking bay 13. My YV is docked and will be ready to go." He handed Archer the activation codes, "My alias here is a transport service picking up some VIP passengers. That'll give you clearance to drive this puppy right into the hangar and let us load up quickly. It'll let us slip past flight control if they haven't already begun locking down everything down. Which is doubtful given that they'll be scouring the countryside for a little while. "

He turned back to the passengers, "Ladies and Gents and appreciate the assistance in this little break, but we aren't off this rock yet. I've cleared some spaces in my cargo area so that the cabin's aren't cramped beyond capacity. If you wouldn't mind, please be mindful of the others and help the injured as best you can. We've got a rendezvous with some of our friends who can give you the treatment that we cannot."

"Do you need to hitch a ride, Archer?"

Grim'rix looked over the location and began to head that way as he listened to Darman he knew the location and it wasn't far from where he was docked though his was a private dock and he knew he wouldn't be bothered at all. After all of this he had probably earned some favors back from those he had cashed in on. "Call me Grim'rix if you want, good job back there. I should be good on the ride, I brought my own and its in a nice private dock. If you want I have plenty of room on my ship if need be."

He took them into the stardock towards the landing zone he was in with no real issues other then some weird looks at the missing paint. The guards on duty were too low on the pole to have been told anything. So they got waved in and started to get them loaded up. The Green Jedi not wanting to wait around any longer then they had too. He helped the wounded up and got them all comfy and safe before getting ready to head out.

"All right Darman see you in the stars. I will be right behind you." The last of the Jedi loaded he waited for the ramp to close before finally heading out into the city to dump the and wipe all the computers in the speeder and make his way to his own ship and headed out into the stars, making random jumps towards the ship they were to meet up with.

"All right Darman see you in the stars. I will be right behind you." Grim'rix said. Darman nodded and waved the man goodbye as he boarded his ship. Already the Jedi had found his ship first aid supplies and were busy working on each other. He nodded a greeting to several that spoke up as he past. They weren't on as much of a time crunch now, but he was eager to be gone.

Making his way to the cockpit, Dar began making sure that everything was in order with his paperwork. He was hiding in plain sight after all. He began the pre-flight checklist while he received the final authorization to leave. At least, as far as it sounded, the jig wasn't up yet. When the controller hailed him back, Dar's stomach tightened as he accepted the conversation. This was the do or die moment. The pleasant voice informed them that they were cleared to leave and thanked his guests for visiting the planet. Darman responded thankfully, albeit for a totally different reason.

-Later-

Without any other difficulties, the ship was ready to jump. Darman had computed a flightplan similar to the one he'd filed with Flight Control, but with one slight modification. The ship would never reach it's final destination. Dar would change the sigs codes and identifier to another of the false ones he carried with him. They wouldn't go near this system again, but they would have to double back through some of the other ones. At least now Darman could breath a complete sigh of relief.

(OOC: Thanks Grim, its been a pleasure.)
