If looks could kill, the exacting glare that Bahati flashed in the Mandalorian’s direction would have destroyed the galaxy several times over. For the first time, the flirtatious smile and seductive eyes vanished, revealing the cold and calculating visage that lay hidden beneath. It only lasted for a brief second, but it was there. The smuggler immediately turned her gaze from the brazen Bantha’s ass; placing her focus on Wyr’ren, with a more pleasant face.
”Puttin’ the cart before the Gualaar, aren’t cha?” she said, smiling at ‘the man with the plan’. ”Ya probably aren’t important enough, YET”, she emphasized, as to not offend the man. ”ta warrant spendin’ that type of credit on protection. If ya were… I doubt ya’d be sittin’ so widely available in this type of establishment.” she continued, glancing around at some of the unsavory figures in the ‘Cantina’.
The curly haired pilot paused to check to see if her drink was arriving. A dejected look passed across her face, as she realized that she’d have to wait a little while longer. Shrugging, she pulled a deck of cards from her pants pocket, and began shuffling them. She hadn’t really thought about playing any card games with the men. It was just something that kept her occupied, as she waited for her drink.
”I do have ta say: I sure hope ya trust this man of yours. I’ve dabbled a little in some software, and I can tell ya; it takes an army of coders to crack, change, and edit A.I.s. HK droids exceedingly so. That’s why the droids are so popular amongst the more high profile individuals.” she interjected; to warn the man of his ‘man’s’ possible attempt at swindling him.
