The Wook's Nerf-herder light freighter touched down at the outskirts of town. In the cargo hold, a number of mercenaries, cut-throats, and Cartel thugs were getting ready for war. A pair of speeder bikes were being loaded up with spare magazines, grenades, bacta-gel, and whatever the advance crew might need for their assault. Saddle bags bulged ever larger and larger as supplies got stuffed inside. The advance crew, consisting of two Cartel operatives a cut above the soldiers that would back them up once the Casino's security team was taken care of, were Preyt and Darren Reed. The Wook kinda felt sorry for the poor bastards that were going to go up against the Trandoshan. Darren, too, that human had come a long way from the time Wook shaved his head.

"Uughguughhhghghghhhgh, uugggh huuguughghg uuh huuguughghg aaaaahnr uughguughhhghghghhhgh huurh, huurh uggguh aarrragghuuhw hnnnhrrhhh huurh. Huuguughghg aarrragghuuhw aaahnruh uughghhhgh aguhwwgggghhh huurh Aarrragghuuhw," The Wook said, envious that he would not be able to take part in this mission himself. Being insulting was what he did best. "Wrrhw aarrragghuuhw aarrragghuuhw uughghhhgh aguhwwgggghhh. Awwgggghhh hnnnhrrhhh aarrragghuuhw huurh, uughghhhgh raaaaaahhgh raaaaaahhgh huuguughghg. Raaaaaahhgh..." The Wook shrugged. "Wuuh uughghhhgh aaaaahnr aaaaahnr huuguughghg raaaaaahhgh wrrhwrwwhw aarrragghuuhw uughguughhhghghghhhgh, huurh huuguughghg uughguughhhghghghhhgh aaahnruh uughghhhgh." He grinned and thumbed the button to lower the cargo ramp. It wasn't like the patrons were going to be coming back for the credits they left behind on the tables in their mad dash for safety once the shooting started.

"Aarrragghuuhw hnnnhrrhhh." The ramp finished lowering and, in the distance, the glittering, flashing lights of the casino could be seen.

Be obnoxious and insulting? Darren smirked as The Wook went over the plan, Sounds like my sort of gig. The plan was a simple one, indeed - most plans that involved a decent amount of murdering always are. He looked somewhat crestfallen as the instruction to keep the building standing came in, but perked up somewhat when the Wookiee informed him he could nab the cash the venue had to hand.

Ka-ching!

"Aarrragghuuhw hnnnhrrhhh."

"Krrrrch Hrrnnnhh." Darren responded, with a wink at The Wook, who like many others, would not have been aware that Darren had learned his language. Pulling on his dueling gloves, and checking his pistols and sword, he flicked his salon standard hair our of his face, and hopped off the ramp, and took a few steps toward the township in which could be seen the casino.

"I am feeling," he rolled his shoulders as he spoke to his comrade, the Trandoshan whose name he could never spell correctly "...particularly heroic today." and with that, he broke into a gentle jog, and headed toward the casino.

Preyt had to admit it, while the Wook was a member of the species that had been fighting Preyt's, he was a cool guy, not only didn't he try to murder the Trandoshan because his species were actually the assholes in the war between species, he also gave him the fun missions, the ones that including breaking lots of stuff...and people. Today Preyt was feeling quite murderific, a word he just made up to describe that he felt like bashing a skull against another skull until the skulls didn't resemble bone designated to protect brains.

"You do?" Preyt asked his partner and best mate, a smile on his face while checking his gear "Well, I am feeling like being an annoying little ssshite for the ssslug that ownsss this casssino" The Trandoshan joked in response. Preyt was wearing mostly his usual gear, his trusty blaster rifle, the ryyk sword he won from a wookiee, the backup stun pistol he had in case something happened and two fragmentation grenades for the ocassion. But the lizard man also brought with him a giant boombox and two speakers, all wrapped on his back with a few ropes to make sure it didnt fall to the ground "Letsss do thisss Darren!" And with a smile, he turned the device on, which would play a grim song that Preyt personally loved, who would follow Darren into the building. The Wook made it clear that they were supposed to draw attention and make a lot of noise, make sure to cause a big distraction when taking over the casino, and the Trandoshan would do so happily.

As the doors swung open, a realization would dawn upon the two spacers. This place truly was gorgeous. Every single inch of the place was architecturally designed to appear modern and sleek, with an overzealous amount of glowing lights to dot the atmosphere. The entranceway was guarded by two members of security, though they didn't seem to care much for the immediate appearance of the Cartel members, talking to each other to the far left of the door entrance. A smooth jazz beat played by the band greeted their ears, even as they noticed the amount of civilians inside was staggering.

Beings of all races, classes and professions tried their luck at pazaak, chatted harmlessly countertop over countertop. Some sat at the far corners partaking a quiet drink with their friends, while others boisterously lined the bartender, laughing their spirits away. Various game machines filled an adjacent room to your left, and the sound effects of winners and losers alike could be heard from within.

"Hello and welcome to Canto Estabria! You won't be needing any help today, sirs?"

A sudden pitched voice emerged from behind the desk, calling them both over. The zabrak girl beamed a smile, and she seemed genuinely pleased to greet you. But her appearance gave off a different vibe, the tattoos just barely covered by her tunic seemed to suggest she could handle her own. Her eyes seemed to spark with some concern at the way these men seemed to move in a predatory manner, and so she'd called them over.

The cansino continued to buzz about, almost completely oblivious to the summons and the two men. Various other members of security walked about, and there were multiple camera dotting the walls above. The exact amount or location couldn't be told from a simple cursory glance, the pair would need to individually locate any possible threats. With the size and crowds inside the cantina, maintining watch on these roaming guards was difficult at best. The second story was somewhat calmer, mainly consisting of an area for dining and refreshments, if the lack of noise was any indication. A variety of restrooms dotted the casino as well, though it seemed to be severely lacking in the windows department, lighted almost entirely by the neon under-glow. Seemed this place was built for more than just luxury in mind, it had a certain easy-to-manage appearance that allowed security to control brawls that commonly broke out.

Though they would have no way of seeing the attack coming.

As Darren stepped inside the Casino, breaking out of his run as the sights and smells of which he was all to familiar with assailed him, he broke into a smile - "We always pick the best jobs," he smirked at Preyyt, as the Zabrak called over to them both, Darren blatantly giving her a once over as they approached "...oh, I'm sure you can." he replied, with a leer than would have made most spines shiver in unison. She ignored his advances, and instead he requested a small sum of credits be transferred into chips.

"One-million," Darren shrugged to Preyt "I'm feelin' like I'll be seeing it again." he chuckled, scooping up his chips, and pocketing them with a sly wink to the Zabrak.

A wink that was followed by a splash, as her head was blown out and she went careening off her chair.

"Boring conversation anyway."

Spinning his pistol, Darren fired at the two guards nearby, sending them spiraling off, to death or cover. With a flash, he spun his sword in one hand, and vaulted the nearest table into cover himself, hoping Preytt would follow him. They had work to do.

OOC - No regrets.

Preyt was trying so hard to not laugh, Balla deserved to get her casino taken by the Wook if they just let two fully armored men enter the casino like if nothing happened, one wielding a blaster rifle on his hands and a bloody boombox with a song that literally said "You better get ready to die". The slug should have known better when hiring the security and was going to pay the price dearly.

The Trandoshan looked up and around him, around the pillars and the corners, trying to find the cameras, spotting as many as he could before his partner blew the Zabrak lady's brains across the floor. After doing so, the Trandoshan began shooting at every single camera he spotted, this place was crowded and full of people, the cameras were the only thing that a had a good sight, without them, the guards would have as much trouble seeing them as the pair had.

Once that was done, Preyt got behind cover alongside his mate, taking out the two grenades he had prepared for the occasion with a sadistic smile, throwing them at the places which seemed more crowded (And had the least expensive stuff, the Wook told them to not break the place too much) hoping it would clear the view and create a lot of conmotion and dead bodies, their orders were to put on a good show, something the Trandoshan bounty hunter certainly loved to do "Good thing I am an interesssting man, ssseeing how you ssshoot every boring moron we encounter" Preyt joked nonchalantly, letting out a smile the moment the grenades detonated, savoring every moment "I love the sssmell of chaosss in the morning" He added, his rifle out again, Darren had the front part, the side that probably had the most amount of guards located, Preyt would watch their backs and sides, making sure they wouldn't be flanked, which he was certain wasn't going to happen, seeing how the bystanders and innocent were all going towards the exit after the explosions, like a giant human tide that would squish anyone that went against it.

"Oh? I'm sure you will..."

Her eyebrow shot up as Darren decided to be a chauvinistic as they came, rolling her eyes and scoffing at his little comment. The grin was odd, but she didn't look too far into it. This was her job, she'd seen plenty of freakshows, armed thugs and wannabe smugglers come through those doors to know that nobody was stupid enough to try anything at the establishment. Or, so she would have thought, as she pushed the container of metallic chips over to him. She saw the gun as it leveled, and for a split second seemed to reach for something beneath the bar, before a pop and hissing noise echoed from the base of her melted skull. She slumped over the bar, blaster mark scorching and smoking where her face once had been. The two guards roared in concern and began to try and tear their pistols from their holsters. One went down in a bellow of red mist and melting flesh, while the other managed to get behind his friend and brace him as cover. The guardsman drew his CSR-2A, pulling himself behind a small fern container for cover. He did not immediately return fire, instead, he raised his right hand into a commlink and began to mutter unintelligible commands.
A marginal amount of seven cameras flashed across Preyt's cold-blooded gaze. Each of them seemed to be connected to a central module, if the wiring was any indication, on the upper floors. Ironically, as soon as blaster fire started pocketing the Casino, the patrons began to run around like wild animals. Screams in a variety of languages echoed across the halls as the security footage was taken off-line, one after another. You could see from behind cover a small detachment of three guards approaching from the lottery machine room, one of the most crowded locations in Estabria. They attempted to push past the civilians, and when they failed, began to blast through the crowd towards the bar regardless.

"YOU HEAR ME, YOU SONS OF SCHUTTAS?! Oh- OH KARK! GET DOW-!"

A volley of six bolts would arc towards the pair's cover with the intent of rendering it useless. Unfortunately for the guards, their efforts would prove their undoing quite by convenience, as the trandoshan's primed grenades clattered onto the metallic floor at their feet. The explosion that followed rocked the games room, killing more than half of the crowd within and utterly eviscerating the guards inside. The clatter of feet informed you that a stampede towards the exits had begun, as spacers and nobles alike pushed and fought against each other in a desperate attempt to leave by the only exit available to them. The second team of guardsmen began to approach from the second story, these ones wielding blaster rifles and staying low and close to the railing for cover. While not immediately visible from the Cartel agents position (as they approached from above, which landed them behind the bar on which they took cover), it would be obvious enough that armored footsteps were approaching.

"KARK, THEY'RE ON THE FIRST FLOOR! WOULD SOMEBODY KIFFING KILL THESE CRINKS?!"

In the chaos and suddenness of such an attack, fear and adrenaline pumped quite freely. Those who froze up as a reaction were run over by those who did not hesitate to run, and even now you can clearly see some of the dead that were not of your doing littering the floor. The crowd was now gaggling at the entrance, attempting to flee. The remainder of the populace strove to hide within the restrooms. The Trandoshan hunter, with his instinctual defense, could almost smell the salt off the sweat of the human team of five trained and armored guards, approaching from above. Darren, through experience alone, would have also noticed had it not been for the otherwise hellish noises that rained out from around them.

Darren looked as his pistol.

"Well damn," he looked at it again "...thought the safety was on." Darren shrugged as the slumped receptionist, now minus half a head "You'll be fine."

He spun his pistol around, cowboy style (one of the many pointless skills he had picked up over the course of his life) as he heard the approaching guards. "Preyt, up top!" he pointed to the walkway above them, and skirted off to the right of the reception, onto the main gambling floor, jumping up onto one of the now-abandoned tables, and firing off three shots at the approaching guards, attempting to draw their attention away from the, hopefully, approaching Preyt.

Preyt let out a loud (and certainly creepy) Cackle after hearing the grenades go boom and the bodies drop harder than the bass that was coming from his boombox at the moment, man, he would not be able to come back to normal missions after this one, the fight had barely begun and Preyt had dramatically increased his body count, a lot of points to offer to the scorekeepers and a reason to do mass murder, which was something pretty rare even among the Hutt Cartel, and the best part? He was being paid for it.

Preyt noticed the scent of the guards, licking his mouth under his helmet in a sadistic manner "On it!" He responded the second Darren said the words, sprinting to his left and towards the stairs the guards would be coming from, grabbing his rifle with one hand for a moment just to drag a table towards the end of the stairs which he would use at cover, the lizard would be in a good shooting position to shoot the guards that, unlike the bounty hunter, would not have any kind of cover, aiming for the heads to take care of them quickly, all of this would probably work thanks to Darren drawing the attention away from the giant lizard.
