PRAKITH
0200 Hours

The "Blood Princess" trusts only one man, her primary lieutenant who serves as Warlord of Prak City. Infiltrate the city in nightfall and execute him while he sleeps. Imperial Forces will then storm the leaderless capital soon after.

An exiled Dark sided cult lead by the "Blood Princess" has taken refuge on Prakith, occupying a majority of the ancient fortresses. Darth Victress has sounded the call to bring about the death of this heretic. Under the leadership of the blind Sith, Lady Eriana Fox, strike teams will focus on a three mission task force that will bring the so-called princess to her knees.

The first mission was the most crucial. Stealth and infiltration. In Prak city's main castle slept the Warlord whom the "Blood Princess" left in charge. Taking the capital will allow the Imperial Forces currently awaiting in orbit to land and occupy the planet while confusion and chaos spreads from the lack of leadership. This would be the second time The Confessor came to a stealth mission, and hopefully it would fair better than the last one.

Dressed in Sith Marauder armor, the blind Sith left the small shuttle they'd taken to the surface so as not to draw attention. Her armor was solid black, and curved to her body in a corset design over a tight fighting black and leather body suit. She had two of her favorite weapons with her, the first being two curved lightsaber hilts which rested on her belt. The second, for more silent attacks, was her Zygerrian electro whip which deemed only fitting for her role as The Confessor given she was captain of a dungeon-class ship also in orbit.

The only thing missing from her normal ensemble this late evening was her white cloak. White would draw too much attention. Instead, she'd taken to wearing a black one like that of what she used to wear when she was a member of the Imperial Republica. Also, she had left her helmet behind for she needed all of her senses working as best as they could if they were to go into this mission without being seen. Her ability to see around corners and through walls -via her unnaturally strong connection in the Force- made her perfect for this job and she wondered why no one else had thought to assign her more stealth missions like this up until now.

Turning behind her, The Confessor would ask her two partners what they saw. This was one problem or flaw with Eriana's blindness. While she could see the world around her person from every angle at all times, she could not see things to the distance. It was the same reason she hated flying and thus on the ride over her legs were tapping furiously in her seat. Even with Milo there to hold her hand, her nerves were not something she could seem to push past.

"What do you see? Any resistance? Spot lights or drones?"

When Victress said 'break their defences' she did not mention the one type of mission Mid was utterly dreadful at...stealth. Clad in his heavy armour, dual pistols and heavy lightsabers he was not prepared at all for stealth or infiltration. At least the Pureblood was quite surprisingly light on his feet to make up for the armour and if things go south he'll be the more prepared one of the three of them.

As they were on their way to touch down in the shuttle, he went over all his gear. His two pistols were fully loaded, primed with the trademark hiss-and-click of a blaster and his spare cells were within easy reach. He unclipped his lightsabre from his hip, spamming a button to rapidly open and close the crossguard valves to make sure they were operational. Finally he pulled the collapsed polearm from his shoulder and checked it over to make sure its systems were functioning. He was ready for war.

Not sneaking, though. The only 'silent' weapon on his person was the Sith Knife sheathed horizontally on the back of his belt which had a tendency to 'smoke' as the dark powers emanated from it.

The High Priestess made her way out to scan the area with the force, an ability the Pureblood was rather jealous of. After a bit she turned back and asked them for some extra input. He walked over and stood right next to her, taking his helmet off so his golden eyes could work their low-light magic. "Got a few dozen guards on this side of the wall, though it doesn't look like they're expecting company any time soon so we've got that going for us. Couple spotlights but I can see a small window between the beams for us to slip by...seems they also have sensor mines along the walls to trip alarms if they get touched so scaling that wall won't be easy. he turned to look at Milo who was standing beside them as well. "You see anything else, brother?" he asked the Crusader before looking back at the fortress.

After a few moments he spoke up."Well, no matter how this plays out, one thing's for sure...this is going to be an interesting evening."

Their shuttle landed a few hundred meters away from the city, and the walk to get closer was boring and uneventful. The Sith tried to make conversation by pointing out defensive features of Prak City as they strolled, which Milo figured was an occupation as good as any. "You seem to have spotted them all," he replied to Mid. "Awfully well defended for a city in the middle of nowhere, capital or not." And he was right. Prakith was difficult to navigate to due to the obstacles between it and the rest of the galaxy, which made hyperspace travel to the little rock rather difficult, and its surface was no friendlier. The only reason Milo could think of for such defense was the Warlord's arrogance, which seemed legitimate enough.

Milo began walking faster toward the fortress, finding that it was close enough for them to go into mission mode. He was covered in black, so his approach remained unnoticed by the guards—spotlight and all—but he kept to the shadows as best as he could just to make sure. Hearing the hum of a speeder's engine behind him, he took cover behind a large rock and turned just in time to watch a hover-truck driving toward them from far away. "There's our way in," he remarked, merely observing as it approached. Once in range, he reached out through the Force and pushed the vehicle back a few meters, causing its thrusters to sputter a bit as they fought back. Bursting out from behind the rock, Milo jumped in through the open passenger window and directly onto the driver, knocking him out with a punch to the face. He opened the driver's side door and pushed the unconscious body out, motioning for the two other Sith to hop into the cab, where they would find various produce.

The man waiting the two Sith lovers was...not what Eriana expected. Had he not been briefed on the mission? He seemed ready to storm the castle by force, not by the silent way of an assassin. But she knew Mid from her church so she knew he was at least capable of fulfilling his role. She only hoped his error in judgement would not come back to haunt them.

Replying to her request of their view, Mid would explain he saw a few dozen guards just outside the walls. That was troubling already. But easy enough to work around. They could sneak around or kill a few who got too close. Either or. What she was worried about were the spotlights. For living creatures she could sense them coming. The beams of light, not so much. And to make things even more difficult, further analysis showed sensor mines on the walls as well. It seemed these cultists had thought of everything. Though the fact they were this paranoid had one crucial mistake behind it: if they'd used this many resources to prevent people from getting in...there would likely be very view on the inside. They just needed to cross that threshold and then Eriana suspected they would be in the clear.

To Milo's reply of their objective, he would comment on the same thought Eriana had, that they were a little too well defended for a place this small. Eriana then added her own thought on the matter, "But the question is will they have the same traps on the inside? I am willing to bet otherwise."

The group continued forward when Milo then paused, causing Eriana to do the same. Her feelings lingered around him, gently searching his mind for whatever was going on in his head. She had an image of a truck pop in her head. Then, affirming this mystery, he explained that this truck she was seeing was their way in. She moved up to him and removed her glove from her hand, and then gently placed her fingers at the base of his neck. Their minds linked for a moment, his senses going into hyperdrive while she began to see through his eyes. It was a skill she had gotten much better at (a fellow Force user who she was training in the way of the Force). Due to this extra practice she'd been putting in, neither of them would get headaches from this experience.

After viewing what he was seeing, and knowing what he was thinking, she retreated from her lover's mind and put her glove back on her hand. It took her a moment to reorient herself to the black sonar-like vision she was accustomed to, but then turned to stand straight and ready for the plan they all figured out without needing to speak aloud. The truck would pass by and Milo tweaked with their thrusters causing it to slow down just enough for three highly trained Force sensitives to steal it. Milo moved first, accompanied by Eriana behind him. Together, they entered the cab (only she would do so moments after him so as not to cramp one another). She'd enter the passenger side door after Milo vaulted through it and then closed it right after. Mid could sit in back.

"And what is your plan exactly when we get to the gate?" she asked knowing full well what he was already thinking.

The truck flew along the makeshift path until the large entryway into the capital came into view. They slowed down and Eriana began drawing in the Force within herself. Pulling into the checkpoint they were instantly greeted on either side by guards with guns. The one who approached Milo did the talking.

"Where you coming from?"

But it was not Milo who needed to talk. Eriana would handle this. It's what she did best. Reaching out with the Force, she merely held her hand in front of her chest and swirled it like she was dancing. "We've got food and supplies for the men. You've already cleared us. Move along." Her words echoed in their brains as she pushed the thought into them. Doing two at a time was easy, doing so without being directly next to them a little more challenging. But it was different than trying to extract information. All she was doing was changing their line of thinking.

The men would both respond in unison, "You've got food and supplied for the men. We've already cleared you. Move along."

Eriana lowered her hand as the two guards then took a step back and out of their path, gesturing them to pass by with their arms. A smirk crept across her face as she tried not to see, too cocky about her abilities. It was possible either of them could have done the same, just perhaps not as effectively. So...maybe she could be a little cocky.

"Feel free to thank me whenever, boys."

Mid was close behind the 2 crusaders, producing surprisingly little noise despite being a walking duraplast tank. When Milo looked behind them and moved in behind some rocks, Mid followed almost immediately. Milo slowed the truck down with the force long enough for both him and Eriana to jump in, knock the driver out and hijack the vehicle effortlessly. Mid was rather annoyed that he had to hitch a ride in the back of the vehicle but there was no point in arguing with the 2 sith in the current moment.

He leapt into the back, landing in between a bunch of crates filled with various rations and meals that would make prison food look appetising. He pulled a sail over himself to cover himself up just in case they managed to see into the back. He opened a channel to listen in on what the two said in front, in case they had to move or there was a change of plans. Mid was quite surprised when Eriana used a mind trick on both the gate keepers simultaneously, allowing them easy access into the city and bypassing the city's defences entirely. Mid breathed a sigh of relief, scaling a completely flat wall while dodging sensor mines would not be an easy task with his current attire.

"Not bad, Confessor. What's the next part of the plan?" he whispered into his commlink, just loud enough for them to hear without blowing his cover in the back. He peered into a partially opened crate as he awaited an answer. The smell of various delicious salted meats met his nose and caused his stomach to growl slightly. "Oh we're taking this crate back to Ilum…" he whispered to himself, forgetting to mute the microphone.

In her ear she'd hear Mid from behind them asking her what their next stage of the plan was. He then mentioned something about a crate which would have made her roll her eyes if she even understood that facial gesture. "Now we take this truck as far in as we can and use the cover of night to sneak through the castle."

This was mostly Milo's plan at this point, but she knew what he was planning regardless. That's how well they worked. It might have been because they were so much alike, but Eriana was sure it was more of their intimate mental link that caused them to always be on the same wave length. There were no secrets between them. To emphasize the point, she reached over and squeezed his hand randomly as he drove and then returned it to her lap.

Eriana couldn't see what was around them exactly, for the complex whizzed past her faster than she would have liked. It wasn't near as fast as say the lanes on Coruscant, but the concept was roughly the same. She retreated her senses to just their vehicle and let the Force build up inside her. She kept her mind focused on the task at hand and thought about how the rest of the night would go. They needed to be stealthy. Could Mid accomplish that? She knew Milo could. But she would take the lead regardless.

Once the speeder came to a stop, Eriana discovered (by branching out again) they had come right to the loading dock of the main castle. Perfect. They were right where they needed to be. How perfect. The Force yet again was by their side. Leaving the vehicle Eriana would take a breath and let her sonar-like vision explore further out. She instantly could feel the lifeform of one of the guards coming to greet them; probably with some sort of customs duty for deliveries. He barely got within ten feet of them when Eriana lifted her hand and sent the man's body barreling into the side of their truck, rendering him unconscious. It was a rather strange and sudden thing for her to do, but she'd only done it because she knew no one was looking at them and that no one else was around. Something only she could have known with her powers.

"Milo, my dear. Would you go and unlock the door for us? I'm sure this gentleman here has a key for you..."

They passed through the customs without problem and took out the only guard left. Milo didn't even unlock the door; he rolled down the window, reached out through the Force, then grabbed the keys and closed the window. He drove the truck further into the city, trying to look as inconspicuous as possible. He knew their destination from the maps he'd seen in the briefing, so he did his best to navigate the streets properly. Prak City reminded him of Coruscant, though more primitive. Many of its buildings were made completely out of rock, and the speeders seemed to be older models. It made sense; Prakith was hard to navigate to, so hyperspace routes to the planet were still in their infancy and not widely known or charted. Anyone that figured out how to get to the planet kept the secret to themselves to keep competition from interfering.

Milo parked the truck on the backstreets near the Warlord's mansion, keeping to the shadows. After all three Sith were out, he began heading toward one of the back doors, which was also poorly lit and dilapidated. Sliding the key in, he was surprised to find he got it right the first time, the door opening instantly and without problem. He slipped inside, finding himself in an empty hallway.

Mid stayed low, keeping himself hidden under the sail in the back as the two stronger Sith out in front dealt with the guards and inconspicuously manoeuvred through the back alleys towards their destination. He was rather jealous of the two out in front. The city looked impressive from afar and he wanted to see more of it's fascinating architecture but sadly he was reduced to cuddling up with produce under a blanket.

The truck came to a halt and as soon as he heard their doors open he jumped out of the back, landing as softly and gently as possible to not produce any sound. He stuck close to Milo and Eriana, drawing his Sith knife in his left hand in case they needed to quietly dispatch someone inside. He followed them into one of the doors, keeping his knife at the ready. The low light made things hard to see, but after a few blinks his golden eyes adjusted to the darkness, allowing him to see a little better. As useful as a force light would be by now, that would have been the stupidest move he could make.

He stuck close to the two Sith, carefully placing down each foot as he walked and surprisingly being almost completely quiet. The only sounds that came from him could only be heard if someone were standing right next to him. He had the basic layout down of the place, but with Eriana leading the mission he decided to just hang back and follow the High Priestess' orders.

And so they were driving again it seemed. Eriana kept her mind quiet and focused while they moved through the city. She felt the terrain pass by her in her mind but she wasn't focused on viewing it. All that mattered was the shuttle they were in, and that Milo was beside her. When they were finally at their destination, the blind Sith would exit the vehicle and close the door behind her. She would now focus on the surrounding area to get a more perfect view of what was around her and more importantly, who was around her. She was surprised that no a soul was on these streets, everyone was packing into their homes it seemed. But there would be guards inside the mansion. A few merely doing patrol. It would be no effort at all to complete their task.

They headed to the back door where Milo would use the key he'd taken and gain them entry. He would take point, but Eriana was close behind scanning the rooms around them and the corners they would come to. She'd let Milo know the instant someone was headed their way. She would have figured Milo would have had her take the front of this endeavor, but in a way it made sense. Being between the men would allow her to focus on her view rather than protecting herself and worrying about being hit. Milo would cover her front; Mid her back. It was a perfect arrangement. And she couldn't think of anyone else to have fighting beside her.

The halls were dark but that proved to be a mute point to the blind Sith. She had no issue navigating herself in the halls while making sure to not walk into any of the cabinets, tables, or dressers occasionally placed about for decoration. They'd come up to a corner where Eriana put her hand on Milo's shoulder. She whispered to him via the Force that a a guard was walking to them. She'd allow him to silence the patrol, or have Mid do it since he had his knife ready. Either way, it made little difference. Eriana could have done the task herself, but that's what teamwork was about.

Following further into the complex they would come to the lord's door where Eriana would wait out in front of it. She placed her hand on the door and focused intently. The lord and his wife were sleeping in the bed. And by using her sonar-like ability she whispered to the both of them this time that there was some sort of droid in there with them. She couldn't tell what kind, but it was likely armed. And if they didn't dispatch it quietly, the other guards were sure to come running. It was probably using its own scanners to alarm the floor or the door even. Not that any of the Sith were worried about starting a fight or getting caught in one.

"How do you want to handle this?" she asked them both after giving them the rundown.

Eriana came to a halt and Mid did the same. A patrol was close by, and if they were spotted all hell would break loose. Mid quietly moved around her and waited at he corner for the guard to arrive. As soon as he stepped past the corner Mid's knife would sink into his throat effortlessly. Mid grabbed hold of the man and quietly laid him down against the wall, holding his mouth shut as he wiped the blood off his blade on the man's uniform. The guard stopped twitching and Mid gave Eriana a quick nod. He took point, letting her sight out any more guards for him.

They finally reached the lord's bedroom and Eriana brought him to a halt. The door was being watched closely by a droid, ready to set the alarm off with the slightest disturbance. Mid stood hunched over, thinking of something. He looked back at her with a smile. He tuned in on their closed line. "If we focus the force together we can short the droid out, using your sight and my ability. Should knock him out quietly and allow us to advance." he spoke as quietly as possible, only loud enough for her to hear.

If she went along with it he would place his hand on her shoulder, look at the door the hold his hand out. Their combined powers would short the droid out and power it down instantly, leaving the lord completely undefended and them able to just stroll in and execute him without further interference.

As she didn't even have to fear, her arch priest would take care of the incoming guard with little ease, all while keeping the man from making any sound and thus alerting their presence. For a large tank of armor, he was impressively stealthy. While he worked on disabling the threat, Eriana kept her focus around them in case more guards came to walk about. For now, they were safe. But they had to be quick. If another guard made his round this way he'd see the downed body and then this whole mission would be for naught.

At the lord's door, Mid would think for a moment before giving her a solution. His brilliant idea was to focus together in the Force. It wasn't a bad plan, but it was risky. Eriana had never shared a mental link with Mid. It would be better to try it with Milo instead. But Milo might not have the expertise the arch priest would when it came to droids. With a sigh she would nod her head for them. Taking a deep breath she placed her hand to the door again while then reaching up with her other to place it along Mid's cheek, her thumb pressed against his temple. He likewise would hold the door with his opposite hand, also doing the same thing to her with his (much larger) hand.

First, she would make the link. Closing her mind to everything but the Force, she would see Mid and Milo next to her in her aura. But she focused on Mid's flame and let everything else die out. Her own aura was like a white flame in her vision and it would start to mix with the red of Mid's. She'd begin seeing some of his most recent memories, an inescapable trait of this link. Likewise, he would see hers. And her thoughts and time had been spent all around Milo in the recent weeks. What he saw would likely surprise him, or maybe not. Never in a thousand lightyears would Eriana wish for Mid to know that side of her, but this was unavoidable.

As the link was formed, Eriana turned her head to see through the door. But she wasn't moving her head, she was moving Mid's. Together as if they were sharing bodies, she would use his eyes to see what was actually in front of them, while also simultaneously seeing beyond the wall in a sonar like field of vision. Mid would be able to see the droid and from there use their shared connection to focus into its circuits and disable it from the inside. What was as simple as a pulled plug, the droid powered down and twitched before becoming silent. As soon as it was done, a cold rush would hit Mid as Eriana retreated from his mind. She stumbled backwards as she lost her balance only to be caught by Milo.

Naturally, he'd ask her if she were alright and she'd affirm that she was before saying to Mid, "Finish this. Quickly."

Eriana connected with him in a way he had never felt before. Not only could he see some of her more recent memories with Milo...oh boy...but he could see how she saw. She would also be able to see his most recent memories which were not nearly as entertaining as hers. It was like nothing he had seen or felt before. Her Sight was beautiful, yet very useful. He was so taken back by everything that he almost forgot to scope everything out. He saw the droid and focused in on it. The droid shut down effortlessly and their link severed. Mid stumbled back and his breathing intensified. He was in disarray. After a few seconds he recovered. He needed to ask her to teach him to see like that.

Their path was clear and Mid didn't hesitate. He snuck through the door, slowly and quietly making his way to the warlord's bedside. He hoped that Eriana and Milo would follow closely as he moved up. He stood over the warlord, holding his knife over the man's heart. Without a second's hesitation he thrusted down. The blade glided through his sternum and into his heart, killing him swiftly. He left the mistress next to the warlord for Eriana to take care of.

Their mission was done. The invasion could begin. All they needed to do now was go back the way they came and they were home free,

After taking a moment to come back to her senses (literally), Eriana would follow after Mid. It was always such a mess trying to return to being blind after having just been able to see out of someone else's eyes. While being able to see colors and shapes, nothing compared to being able to see everything around her at all times. She always knew where she was and what was around her. She was proud to be blind. The Darkness gave her that connection and she never felt more connected to it when she was using it to see. That's why she'd never even think about getting some surgery or replacement. Her blindness was her greatest strength.

The group would travel into the room and sneak over to the bedside. Mid would then take his knife to end the man's heart with one quick fell. Eriana could see the light leaving him as his body turned cold. Eriana however did not come with a knife. She had her sabers with her, but they would make too much noise. If she'd crafted them with pikes on the ends like some other Sith she could just use that. She'd never had to be stealthy like this. But there was nothing saying she couldn't just use the Force either.

Holding her hand out, she'd focus on the girl's own heart. She could feel it beating through the vibrations. If the room weren't dead silent as it were now she'd never be able to have that kind of focus. Closing her eyes once more for focus she let the Force grab hold of the beating muscle and squeezed. The girl's body would start twitching for a moment before the whole thing snapped in her gasp and the life left her body. To the outside world, nothing would have happened. But inside, there'd be a lot of spilt blood.

"It is done then," Eriana explained to her partners after lowering her hand. "Now, let's leave and signal the rest of the squads for their missions.
