Just keep in mind that the guns we have are actual guns, not blasters. Slugs can't be deflected back towards an area, given that should a lightsaber strike it, the bullet would simply be destroyed.

As for the soldiers, seeing as they all died when the catwalk collapsed, that can be overlooked (regarding the fate of the CARD soldiers).

You claimed Corne was with others, but your previous move seperated him from his men. You can either have it where the frag grenade was flug at the two soldiers who stayed behind, Corne, or the female soldier below.

Also, how is it that with ten soldiers shooting at you guys, none of your soldiers died?

@Weiss: Frag grenades* it's a general light repulsion through the force so all the frag grenades in range would be blown at the chosen target, not just one.

Also just for the record these aren't your usual soldiers, these are CARD marines. To quote my mate Gimli on the subject (who I talk to frequently about the indies I watch): "Their armour is thick, and their shields broad..." Obviously they don't have shields, but they do have heavy blaster rifles and thick armour. One won't die every time you shoot at the squad, they're elite, far more so than the troops you are commanding (which is why there's only six of them).

To add on that three of Garuga's men are firing exclusively on the Jedi, so it's actually only four shooters at the CARD marines (not counting the wounded woman who is on ground level and is thus trying to shoot them through the platform they're standing on).

@Garuga: How will the platform have collapsed if the grenades didn't detonate on it? From what I can understand from what's written Weiss' character is on the way to finish the destruction of that catwalk with his saber lance. I don't think it's collapsed yet, but I might be wrong... I'm not all that good at visualising what other people have written unless I'm used to their writing style.

Ah, from Malon's last post, I thought that the Catwalks had just collapsed.

Siri gathered the Force to her and leaped straight up, onto the catwalk that Karchin and his squad were fighting on, and just as she did, Corne cut the catwalk free, causing it to fall; bringing all on it along with it.

From what I thought they wrote, the catwalk had just collapsed, and that the CARD soldiers were now tumbling towards the ground. Therefore, I said, if they are all tumbling to death, the fact that they died meant that whether they were being shot at is negligible.

I figured it was the only option I had. Weiss was clearly cutting the catwalk free, and only Siri has the means to really escape it. She and her men, if what I'm visualizing is correct mind you, are at the center of the catwalk with enemies on all sides (including above and below), so they can't run for land. They don't have the Force, so they can't leap to a higher catwalk, so all they have to do is fall. Siri escaped that by jumping to the catwalk above.

@ Weiss; Also, they have a point. 10 people are attacking my Jedi, not my soldiers, unless I read the posts by you and Garuga wrong, so how would troops die if you're not shooting at them?

I suggest we finish this cycle of posts and then change up the posting order a bit, this way Den, DC, and I aren't having to read through two back to back walls of text and then trying to respond to them, and you guys aren't having to read through three walls of text and trying to respond to them. We should space everyone out a bit so that everyone knows their target and everyone can respond properly.

I don't want this thread degrading into the drama other main threads descend into :CSly

I'll see what I can do about my post to make it better, unless anyone has any other suggestions?

My people were divided amongst targets. Half were shooting at your Jedi to keep her occupied while the other half shoot at your non-lightsaber-blocked soldiers.

Or something to that effect that spreads us all out and gives people a chance to react to things as they come, not in one massive lump. Of all of the combinations it makes the most sense for me and DC to post together, as our character's attacks would be synchronised.

I'm fine with that. Once Malon posts, I'll add my post of Corne reacting, the two soldiers on the catwalk dying, the female soldier still shooting, Artemis having the turrents fire at Siri and the dark Jedi, and have Max Payne fire at Siri using The Horn.

I think I might have Barrel survive his previous fall, just barely, just so that Siri's catwalk can fall on him. :CSly

Karchin and his 5 men are alive and well, and it was them that were shooting you. But nvm, you could say that due to the fog they all missed, but next time around I'd expect the fog to dissipate especially since you aren't maintaining it?

Sorry =.= I'm trying my best. Usually I can easily visualize everything I'm doing in a thread, even a large scale battle, but for some reason, with this one I'm having trouble.

I think its the battle field that's throwing me off. I know we're on catwalks, but I can't figure out who is on which one, where their catwalk is, and which catwalks have fallen.

If anyone could clear this up, I could make my posts much more efficient.
