The Art of Seduction

[Carden Mannux]

*The Crimson Lettow soared towards the peaceful world of Naboo. The Dark Lord intended on surveying the damage caused by the Mandalorian during the night to avoid being detected. However, he had a hidden agenda as well. There was a Jedi Knight on this world that would prove to be a valuable asset to the Order of the Sith should she fall prey to the temptations of the darkness. He was sure that his very presence would draw her to him.

When night fell on Theed, he landed near the outskirts and quickly made his way towards the palace. His cloak covered his scarred, pale face and his blood red eyes shone like fire in water. The presence of the young Jedi Knight drew closer, but for now he would continue to survey the mayhem that Mandalore left behind on this peaceful, backwater world.*

 

[Captain Kara]

Sara felt something, something powerful and it felt dark and evil. She pulled on her robes and hoked her double-saber to her belt.

"A dark-force user, here....", She felt compelled to find this evil presence.

She opened the door of her room to the balcony, she stepped out into the cool night air. Her black-brown blew in the slight breeze, she surveyed the air looking for any activity. She took a hair tie that was very dear to her and tied up her hair. She jumped down off the balcony onto the ground. Her mind shot suddenly to reoccurring nightmare, she was having. Her father, a dark-force user telling her something and another man in the background. She shook her head then looked around, she closed her eyes for a moment and headed in the direction that the presence was originating.

 

[Carden Mannux]

*As the Jedi woman approached, he felt her presence growing stronger. He turned to see the brown-cloaked figure moving in his direction, so he quickly headed off into a back allyway. When he was sure no one was watching, the Dark Lord leaped higher than any normal man could jump and landed safely on a roof, perched on the edge. The Jedi woman stood just below him, searching for him. He pulled his metallic lightsaber hilt from his belt, though he had yet to ignite the crimson aura. He sensed great anger in her, so he would be sure that it was her that struck first....*

 

[Captain Kara]

She stopped her track he was closer now but where. She looked around, where was this person or thing. She felt the darkness of the creature from above her, her eyes shot up to the buidlings looking for this creature. Sara grabbed her saber, and ignited the magenta blade, waiting and watching, knowing this beast was here somewhere.

 

[Carden Mannux]

*The ignition of the Jedi woman's blade sent a small smile stretching across his face, as he could feel the anger and the hatred that was directed towards him from her very soal.*

"Time to play...."

*His crimson blade sprang to life from within his black-clad sleeve. He let a warriors cry that echoed into the distance as he leaped down into the streets. As he landed, he turned to face the Jedi woman with a grin that could shatter bones and shake the very world itself. His cloak remained over his face, his blood-red eyes the only thing visible in the darkness.*

 

[Captain Kara]

She looked at him then made a thrusting motion similar to a fencing move with her saber, taking the move, taking to first move toward her destiny.

"I don't see any dark force user that often." She said, "And it's been awhile since I've had a good fight.

 

[Carden Mannux]

*The Dark Lord sommersaulted over the useless attacks. His saber thrust down upon upon his hapless foe with the strength of an assassin droid. His blade sensed death, as did the Dark Lord of the Sith*

 

[Captain Kara]

She blocked the attack but was pushed to the ground. She was mentally and physical weak from these nightmares. She put her left hand up and made an attempt to force push him away.

 

[Carden Mannux]

*His wrist shot up, deflecting the push into the distance. He moved in, towering over her like a predator ready to strike on his prey. With his free hand, he unleashed a wave of electricity towards the body of the Jedi woman ready for the kill.*

 

[Captain Kara]

She put her hand up and with her last ounce of strength used Force Deflection, only a bit the little shot away, she still got most of the lighting, shocking her body.

 

[Carden Mannux]

*He stopped the wave of brutality, though his blade still shone forth. He crouched down, still towering over her.*

"There is no escape. Don't make me destroy you...."

 

[Captain Kara]

She closed her eyes and looked.

Do what you must sith?

 

[Carden Mannux]

*He steps back, his blade shimmering back in to the hilt of the lightsaber. He turns to her, his menacing blood-red eyes starring straight for her.*

"Your destiny lies with me, Jedi. Your father knew this to be true...."

 

[Captain Kara]

She pushed herself up enough to stand, she braced herself against the wall. The anger swirled in her bright blue pools making them pools of hatred and disgust. She had a few burns acrossed her body, blood running from her mouth, she wiped it away. Even though she was battered and bruised, she was still a beautiful woman.

My father...my father was a fool...what do you know of my father?

 

[Carden Mannux]

"I know that he wanted you to follow the same path as he, young one."

*His hand reached out before her.*

"Come with me....it is the only way...."

 

[Captain Kara]

My father...wanted me to be a Sith...

She looked into the dark eyes of this Sith.

...something he couldn't be because he was to weak...he was defeated by me...a jedi who was soon to become a knight...he was a weakling...I want that power something he couldn't have...because he was weak...I don't want to be weak...like he was...

She hesitated for a moment then grabbed his hand. She then gave into that hate and disgust she had for her father being a weakling, her hate for her parents who gave her away, disgust she had for the jedi for their weakness in the code, and her hatred for the code.
