How dare those outsiders! Rhax’ra thought as she joined other Tusken Raiders to head towards a settlement of beings to take back what was stolen from them and another tribe they are allies with.

What exactly was it that was stolen? Precious religious items that are of various uses. Some made with the pearl from Krayt Dragons that were killed during rites of passage or were a nuisance to the Tusken Raiders no matter what was tried to make peace.

The task is simple but also difficult due to the size of the settlement they will be raiding. Locate the precious items and take them back. Maybe other items that are Tusken that were taken from rival tribes all while taking out Outsiders who retaliate. The size of the settlement may mean breaking up into groups of two or three to cover as much ground as possible.

The female Tusken Raider may be a Ranger but as she had been staying with her tribe since returning to Tatooine she had gone back to her traditional roots. Since her planet is now under ISC control that she has become obsolete. Perhaps if word got out that she had been participating in raids and what not that she will be kicked out of the said faction anyways.

The Tusken Raiders had been steadily gathering at the outside of the settlement on a ridge. They are hidden from view thanks to the rock outcropping. So the Outsiders will not see the Sand People as they gathered. Some of those who joined are young Tuskens who are coming as part of their rite of passage that will make them seen as adults among their tribes, eager to make their mark. Proven by how they are eagerly preparing their weapons and stating how many Outsiders they will take out to prove themselves. One of them being one of the children she had adopted years ago.

Noticing a familiar tribe member she greeted him, "Hello there. It's been a while." Her voice slightly hushed. With her precious melee weapon in her hands the female humanoid is ready to go as soon as all of them are finished gathering.

It had been some while since Ort'kuar had last done a job with her - and over the course of their separation, the winds had been blowing a different direction on Tatooine. If his memory served him correctly, the world they had long called home was now in the hands of yet another galactic overlord - the Independent Systems Consortium. At least, that was what the traders, passing through some weeks ago, had suggested. That, and the nearby settlement of Mos Espa was in the grips of a turf war between several criminals.

Outsiders. They only ever view Tatooine as a world to be put under their boot! Ort'kuar thought to himself as he picked up his gear from the saddle of his Bantha. His trusty cycler rifle and Gaderaffi stick, the trademark weapon of his species; both quickly slung over his back as he moved up and took his position next to his counterpart. "Seems that way. Many things have changed in the Dunes since last we met." he remarked, dropping to one knee next to her and unslinging his rifle.

"This lot have been causing trouble for weeks now. No idea who they are, and frankly -" Ort'kuar peered down the iron sights of his weapon at the encampment "- I couldn't care less. This is our land, and they're trespassing."

Rhax’ra turned to look at the settlement as Ort'Kuar dropped to his knee, "The winds have indeed changed many times since we met. Doesn't seem like it is for the better. These Outsiders are proof." She replied. From what she could see the settlement is bustling with activity.

Dropping down next to her counterpart she looked around for a good direction to start the attack, "I don't care who this lot is. They trespassed on our lands. Looted and murdered our people." She replied in agreement.

Spotting what seemed to be a good area to attack from she tapped the male Tusken's arm, "I believe there is a good area to the south east of the settlement to attack from." She told Ort'Kuar as the female Tusken continued to observe the area that appears to be some sort of arena or landing pad, "If that is what I think it is.. a landing pad. We must destroy it.." She added, "If they are of the new faction that has dared to call our home theirs.. or of those gangs that are squabbling it will cripple whatever they are up to." Rhax'ra stood up and peered at the settlement as she unslinged her precious Cycler Rifle.

She seemed to have become more combative since last they met, and Ort'kuar could see why. As he looked down on the settlement below, he listened to Rhax'ra, offering the occasional grunt of agreement. The place was rife with activity of all kinds, brutish looking thugs coming to and fro from some sort of large warehouse, some checking their speeders, others gambling.

It was a den of vice, that much was clear.

Ort'kuar had little interest in what they were doing, only that they were doing it here, where they had no business in being. As Rhax'ra tapped his arm, he turned his head and looked in the direction she was pointing. A landing pad - the ideal location for an attack, with few places for their foes to seek shelter, they could strike as they normally did, at range to pick off the strongest, before closing in to finish the job up close.

"Very good." he nodded, keeping crouched, as he gestured for the others in their party to follow. Deftly, he made his way across the outcrop, keeping out of sight of the settlement below, as the Tuskens relocated, so as to better their chances in the coming raid.

Rhax’ra followed close behind Ort'Kuar putting her slightly ahead of the other Tusken Raiders taking part in the raid. Staying low she looked at the settlement through spaces of the rocks. Watching for signs they have been spotted. From what she could tell the people inhabiting this settlement are completely oblivious. If the Tuskens can remain unseen they will have a big upper hand when it comes to time for them to attack.

As they got closer to the landing pad Rhax'ra readied her Gaderffii Stick by holding it firmly in her grasp.

Stopping when the landing pad was reached, it was a somewhat slippery walk down to be level with the landing pad due to the sand. Rhax'ra placed herself behind some boulders that obviously were mechanically moved to build the landing pad. Carefully looking over she counted all the Outsiders she can see from her position. The female Tusken was careful to make sure she is counting accurately. When she got the accurate count of eleven beings at various positions on the landing pad she looked to Ort'Kuar signalling him that she counts eleven outsiders. Looking back to the landing pad she can make out that these beings are the strongest ones of the settlement, obviously ready for a shipment or something to come to their settlement. Otherwise they wouldn't be heavily armed as well as guarding the landing pad.

Looking around she picked her targets that are located to her left. Looking to Ort'Kuar she signaled that she is ready to go when everyone else has picked their targets.
