Distinguishing marks
Apart from her outfit she doesn’t have any. Miraluka is very distinguishable by themselves.

Force sensitivity
Yes, inborn. But only to feel it, not trained to use it.

Strength
Any strength she may have comes not from her body but from the Force and her sharp mind. Physically she's not very strong, even fragile.

Dexterity
Untrained in the arts of combat or firearms, her dexterity might be described as average for a miralukan, which is high to start with due to their inborn attunement to the Force.

Constitution
Very healthy but not very strong, not used to enduring pain or engage in combat.

Intelligence
Incredible. She soaks knowledge like a sponge. Add to that near eidetic memory, she is practically a walking encyclopedia. And very capable not only absorbing knowledge, but analyzing and using as well.

Wisdom
Tar'ja draws wisdom from the ancient times through tomes of ancient texts and scrolls of long forgotten times. The wisdom of the ancients are her driving passion, she can practically do anything to widen her knowledge of the world and the Force. And especially anything connected with the Force. Unlike most of other Sith, she doesn't narrow her expertise to the Dark Side of the Force, she's interested in all its aspects. But her knowledge is mostly purely theoretical.
As a scholar she is exceptionally educated in history of the galaxy, as well as Sith and Jedi Orders. That knowledge serves as a driving motive to learn more every day.

Charisma
Although she may look rather attractive, she's not very well used to talking to living people. Living in solitude her experience with interaction with other sentient beings was little and always brief. So she doesn’t know how to "charm" anyone, that concept is very strange to her.

Force powers
Novice -> Low-> Moderate -> Advanced -> Master

Force sight - Advanced
Being naturally attuned to the Force Tar'ja got the ability to see with the Force from birth. As she grew, her curious and perceptive mind delved into the secrets of the Force. She began training her inborn ability to see with the Force to broaden her natural power. That allowed her to develop some interesting ways of using Force sight. For example with meditation to calm her mind she could use the ability to see further than even simple eyes could see, or see deeper through the object blocking the view. If she concentrated hard enough she could see through castle walls or into deep undergrounds. But that was very hard to achieve and required deep concentration.
Force sense - Advanced
First of all, Tar'ja doesn't use Force sense in its most common way for she was never trained properly. All she could master was development of her own inborn abilities. With that she developed a power, that allowed her to see the Force itself. She saw it as a waves or clouds, mist surrounding the place or object, constantly moving and changing. It changed its color depending on the emotions it channeled at the moment. On the battlefield the mist would be raving around, burning with bright red or purple color. In the meditation chambers of Jedi Temple or sleeping bedroom of children care facilities it would flow quietly shining with blue or pale green.
There is one problem with this ability. Tar'ja cannot use it for long, for it takes such concentration of will and power that her head starts to hurt after one or two minutes of using it. Perhaps after training and developing this ability, the negative effects could be minimized or even removed once and for all, but that requires a skilled Master to teach her to immerse in the Force.
Force persuasion - Novice
All she has in the skill of Force persuasion or mind trick is purely theoretical. But she feels she needs to learn it, so she could persuade unwilling victims to reveal information or other knowledge to her if need arises.

Lightsaber / sword forms
Except the fact that she has a lightsaber and knows how to switch it on, she has absolutely no idea how to use it. She learned all the theory of lightsaber formes and styles by heart, she knows what kind of power drives the blade in combat, but she never even tried to use it herself.

Strengths and weaknesses
Her biggest strength is her mind, the brain that can take in any information and store it instantly. She never forgets what she's learned. And she has a powerful ability not only to remember, but to analize information.
Her weakness is her body, fragile and totally unfit for combat at the moment.

Gear
She wears a black dress with long sleeves. Her chest is hidden behind undecorated chestplate, made not of armor material, but plastoid alloy. She never takes her leather gloves off. The only thing that is really remarkable about her appearance is the mask covering the upper half of her face. As a miraluka she doesn't need eyes to see, so the mask isn't look-through, its black and solid. An ancient relic, made long ago by her ancestors it was passed down from generation to generation. The edges of the mask are decorated with lines of runes no-one today can read. The back of the mask is rimmed with metal rings, through which the hair is pulled. You can't see how the mask is locked on her head, but it sits so unmoving as if it was one with her head. And Tar'ja never takes it off.
On her belt hangs a single lightsaber hilt, slightly carved in the grip, the back end of it decorated with a single red gem. The blade is bright red, but the crystal inside is a mystery. Tar'ja learned all she could on the lightsaber crystals, but she never attempted to disassemble the weapon to check which one is inside. The weapon has no switches on its surface, to turn it one the user has to use the Force. The switch of course exists, but unlike other lightsabers it is not on the outside, it is inside. To turn it on is a small manipulation with the Force, although to do it one must know how. And most practitioners of lightsaber combat are too used to use the outer switch so it will take them some time to figure it out.

Ship
Lambda-class shuttle
Model: Lambda-class T-4a imperial shuttle
Length: 20 meters
Hyperdrive: class 1.0, backup class 10
Armamend: none
Hull: reinforced durasteel/carbon fiber
Minimum crew: 1
Passangers: 8 personal staterooms + 1 meditation chamber.

After her father crashed in the family shuttle, Tar'ja had to acquire other transport for herself. Her new contacts she has made during her travels managed to bring her an old Imperial shuttle they found Force knows where. It was in bad shape, completely stripped of all weapons and military defense systems, but the cost was more then fare. Tar'ja gladly bought the shuttle and spent the remains of her savings on overhauling the ship. It turned out really nice. New engines, new hyperdrive, new shields.
The ship was redesigned to be fit for long range flights on it's own, the consumables on board could sustain 4 passangers for 2 months.
The ship is piloted by a family servant, who was the only one who remained after Tar'ja "fall" to the Dark side. He isn't a bad specialist, but he's not a fighter pilot. He never leaves the ship except to refill the supplies or run maintenance on the ship. He's forbidden to talk in his mistresses presence or anyone else's for that matter, so he's always silent. Except Tar'ja cought him a few times mumbling to himself, but decided not to punish him too severely.

Droids None

Pets None

Personality
Upon arranging the death of her father and killing her mother with her own hand, she took a new name for herself. In the ancient language of the Sith Tar'ja could be translated as "protected by shadow" or "shadow protector". But in her understanding of the intricacies of ancient Sith language Tar’ja translates her name as “Shadow keeper”, meaning it as a keeper of shadow’s secrets. She’s a gifted scholar, almost to the brink of obsession. She doesn’t care much about the happenings in the world or wars or politics. Her interest is in ancient history and the arts of the Force sorceries. She is totally unmoved by the promises of power or influence, but a simple statement that she doesn’t know something can drive her mad. And in the hunt for secrets of the Force or ancient knowledge she can torture, kill and corrupt anyone or anything that stands in her way. But she does it all with a cold heart and blank expression.

Biography
Tar'ja was born as Talia Hulis on the planet Alpheridies, the adopted homeworld of Miraluka species. Her family was part of a large wealthy clan, that ocupied large estate. Her father was a very strong believer in the old teachings of the order of Luka Sene, so he became a collector of all the relics and artifacts of old Jedi Order. He was not very lucky in acquiring actual artifacts, but he managed to collect a lot of books and scrolls, all on the subject of history and teachings of the Jedi.
Her mother was a strong supporter of her husband, so when young Talia was born, she was viewed as an heir to her father's legacy as a scholar of the Jedi.
But the more Talia was forced into the Jedi ways, the harder she resisted. It wasn't the teachings themselves that made her so furiously antagonizing, but the way she was forced to this path. Her mind developed strongly during her young years, it was almost a miracle how she could easily remember everything she heard or read. Her parents were endlessly pleased on her progress in studies they were forcing on her. By the time she turned 15 she read and memorized everything her father managed to collect.
One thing she was forbidden to do - to practice anything connected to the Force. Father explained that she will study under the tutelage of a proper Jedi when she will be ready, and by "ready" he meant she needed to learn everything about the Force so she would not shame her parents when the Jedi will finally come. Secretly Talia thought that idea ridiculous, but she had no way of fighting back her own parents. So she started to try some Force technics in secret. As it could be expected, she failed every time, even in the easiest of tricks, but she stayed persistent. She experimented on her inborn ability to see through the Force and that course was fruitful. She developed her Force sight to higher level, then anyone of her species as far as she knew. And she managed to do it all in secret.
When she turned 16 she became legally adult in Miralukan society, so she was allowed to travel on her own. Having her parents seemingly endless wealth, she took a small personal shuttle to travel through galaxy. It was a dangerous expedition, she knew, but she kept to the known trade routes or strayed to uninhabited worlds, looking to find more knowledge on the Force. And she did. Money allowed her to collect a lot of rare books and artifacts, like ancient scrolls. And many of those were not Jedi teaching, they were works and researches on the Dark side of the Force.
Talia delved deep into this new field, learning something new with each page she read. The knowledge she acquired showed her the narrowness and sometimes wrongness of many teaching she was taught before. The Jedi were thickskulled and narrow minded when it came to the power of the Force. The teachings of the Dark side were much wider, but they too had limits. Talia studied and learned everything she could lay her hands on, but the wide truth evade her again and again.
Her sight showed her, that the Force was everywhere, it flowed all around them, like a living mist or fog or sometimes even river or waterfall. Sometimes it was a soothing cloud and sometimes a raging storm. And it flowed endlessly, changing as it went.
Talia learned for herself, that unlike the beliefs of both Jedi and Sith, the Force wasn’t divided in two different rivers, the Light and the Dark. It was one and the same all the time, just changing endlessly. The Force was one. So both Sith and Jedi were wrong.
But to learn it, Talia needed someone, who could teach her the ways of the Force. Not only how to see it, but how to touch it, use it. And in the ways Talia needed to use it she understood that no Jedi would teach her what she needed. It has to be the Sith.
When she came back to her homeworld she found her father furious. He was keeping track of her financial operations and he wasn't very happy with her spending money on untracable deals with unknown parties. He suspected thay she got "in the wrong company" and that he will deal with it. He ordered her to stay at their mansion and not set a foot outside untill his return. He finally has found a suitable Jedi master and they agreed that Talia will become his padawan.
Then he headed out. It was no surprise, that her father expected Talia to obey his order without any objections and never try to disobey. After all she quietly obeyed all her life. But Talia became someone else now, someone her father wasn't familiar with.
As soon as he left, Talia slipped out of her room and ran to the estate hangar, where her parents' shuttle was parked. She knew a bit about the starships now, so she managed to slip into the engine room of the shuttle and damage the thruster control module. The ship could still fly in the air, but as soon as the pilot tried to leave the atmosphere and get off the planet, the thrust engines would fail, leading to immediate crush.
And just that happened. When her father's shuttle left the hangar bay, Talia was watching it through the window of her bedroom. And then the shuttle rose to leave the planet it's engines went out and with a long dive the shuttle crushed into the ground with a great explosion. Talia smiled.
Her mother, the now widow, was grieving endlessly, blaming all the staff and servants for the loss of her husband, for she believed that it was a lack of maintenance that caused the shuttle to crush and kill her beloved. She was broken and almost insane with grief. The large estate soon became almost deserted, all the servants banished from the ground. Just very few remained, who were old and unquestionably loyal to the family for countless generations. But they too preferred to stay out of sight from the heartbroken mistress.
That served Talia well, for now she could explore her father's collection on her own without the annoying guidance from her parents. And in the basement, right below the large library, she found a large room, hidden from everyone. The door was a simple piece of wood with a hanging lock under the handle. Talia had no problem of finding the needed instrument and cutting the lock off. Inside the room she froze with excitement. It was another library, not as great and well tended to as the one upstairs. The shelves were covered with dust and spider web. And they were filled with ancient tomes and scrolls. After a quick inspection, Talia realized that all of them were works on the Dark side of the Force.
In the middle of the room, on a stone pedestal a small wooden stand rested a long metallic object. It looked like a slightly curved metal tube, at one end it was hollow, and on the other there was a beautiful gem. The metal surface of the object was covered with lines of ancient runes, which Talia instantly recognized as the ancient language of the Sith. And with that came the realization - it was a lightsaber!
Taking it in her hand, Talia felt it somehow brighten up in the Force, as if coming alive. She read of course about the lightsabers, and that the core of this magnificent weapon lay a single crystal, which was attuned to the Force. But reading about it was very different from feeling it coming alive in her hand. It lay here for so long, trapped and locked away from the world. And somehow Talia knew that the weapon recognized her as its owner. And if that wasn't the Sign, she never will know what is.
With the weapon in hand, Talia left the hidden library and headed upstairs. An old servant met her in the hallway and bowed deeply to his young mistress. Talia ignored him completely. At the end of the hall she faced a large wooden door, decorated with silver, and pushed it open.
Her mother, was sitting in an arm chair, facing the window. She was sitting like that for months, ignoring all the servants who came bringing her food. She sat there looking in the direction her husbands shuttle was headed when it crashed. She looked pale and bony, not the same powerful woman full of life that Talia remembered. She was pathetic. Talia's grip on the lightsaber hilt tightened.
- Talia? - came her mother's voice as she slowly turned her head in the direction of her daughter. - Haven't seen you for a long time. What is it?
"You haven't seen me cause you didn't care," Talia thought to herself but never said a word out loud.
- Talia? - her mother repeated. - Something wrong? You don’t look like yourself? Talia?
The young woman raised her hand and a bright beam shot out from the silver hilt of the lightsaber. There was no switch, it just answered to her need.
- My name is Tar'ja, - she hissed and swung the blade.
Her mother's body fell from the chair, cut cleanly in two.
Young woman stood over the lifeless body, looking at the weapon in her hand. It felt powerful, unstoppable. But the lack of resistance from cutting down a physical body reminded Tar'ja that it is just as dangerous to the wielder of the weapon as it is to the opponent. At that thought the bright blade went out.
Tar'ja turned around and left her mother's bedroom without a second glance.

Dexterity
Untrained in the arts of combat or firearms, her dexterity might be described as average, no higher then any other common men have.

Keep in mind that the Miralukan people do have enhanced dexterity actually because of their Sight. Or rather their "reflexes" but that's in the category of Dex so, meh ;P Just don't forget that!! It has saved my skin a few times...

Also, Drain Knowledge will probably have to be removed as it is a Crusader-rank Ability. Look here for a list of abilities appropriate for each rank =)

Good luck! Hope to see you around ;D
