Taking the plunge

Hello guys and girls!

For those of you interested, I figured it'd be a good idea to introduce myself before getting into the thick of things, so here goes: I'm 22 years old, living in the dutch part of Belgium. I've been involved in the Star Wars universe for years now, and it's the only one that's really kept me interested throughout, although I've tried others such as Vampire: The Masquerade and a bit of tabletop Pendragon RP.

Other than roleplaying I enjoy going out on the town with my friends and guyfriends, going to the gym and riding a bicycle. Enjoy music, reading, a lot of geeky stuff (don't kid yourselves, so do all of you!).

I'm hoping to get to know you all soon!

Vampire: The Masquerade was a lot of fun actually! Plenty of room for political intrigue and character development in a very dark world.
Does require a certain level of maturity among the players and a skilled "gamemaster" to sort of oversee things and be up to date with everything going on behind the scenes.
Do you play or are you planning to play it, or why the question? :D

Ah cool, you definitely should. The character creation is a little complicated at first, but once you get the hang of that you'll be all set to go. And since I forgot: I played it on an IRC Channel. The community is called Sanguinus, if you want to check it out. Pretty mature crowd, unfortunately for me most of them reside in the US so the timezones were a pain to deal with. (No one on during European daytime until about 9PM).
