Tabletop RPG

Dear SWRP,

Trying to get my girlfriend into Tabletop RPGs, she said she's interested. But she's not really into fantasy stuff, more of a scifi girl. But she doesn't like Star Wwars, so Star Wars d20 and Edge of the Empire is out. Thinking either GURPS or d20 modern. Any suggestions?

D20 modern might be a good bet. You can just use that as your source material for like rules and whatnot and have the setting be whatever scifi-verse is her favorite.

Me and my gf play Numenera. Its based off D&D all you use is a D20 and a D6 fairly new only need 3 people and a gm to play a solid story. 2 might be hard but you can do it. Takes place like thousands of years in the future as if societies have risen and fallen. The magic is essentially manipulated nanites and artifacts can be a grenade to a laser beam shooting TV remote.
