APPEARANCE:
Typical of an Echani, Syf is a pale-skinned individual with very light hair and silver eyes. While the silver eyes aren't readily apparent until you're very close to them, he wears his hair in a short mohawk, inviting a rather ample amount of attention. He dresses rather nicely, insisting that the best way to impress a client or a potential hiring party is to show himself as a person who knows when to "switch off" the mercenary side of things. Some in this line of work consider this going a little far, as his wardrobe has grown to an embarrassingly impressive size.

Though he's rather young, he has seen many conflicts and has made it through several injuries leaving him with many identifying marks and scars over his body, though his face is miraculously undamaged. To allude to an aggressive side during civilian life, Syf has black tattoos of circuitry outlines on his biceps, branching down to his forearms. Despite his attempts to look approachable, he's still quite intimidating to look at. Syf is big, broad, muscular, and seems like that caricature of a man that wouldn't react after being smacked across the back with a steel folding chair.

ATTRIBUTES:

Syf is a walking, breathing tank. Pushed to its limit, his body is in peak physical condition, as is his stamina and constitution. Fortunately, he has the brain to supplement the brawn. Syf isn't a genius by any standards, but his intelligence in the realm of combat and hands-on field skills is unmatched. This duo of attributes has granted his immaculate survival throughout the many conflicts in his lifetime. Though experienced, Syf never quite gathered the "big-picture" wisdom of the universe, a point that most Jedi would scoff at him for. However, he has been known to give decent life advice from time to time. Charismatically, Syf has a hard time controlling his sanity and bloodlust in or even near a zone of conflict, though when he's not going through a murderous episode, he takes on a very down-to-earth, strong silent type of personality.

PERSONALITY:

Syf's personality is night and day depending on the situation. When things are at ease, or he's required to be sociable and approachable, he's very down to earth, but doesn't like to be incredibly wordy. He has a rather apparent fascination and interest in mechanics of starfighters, speeders, weaponry, and...oddly enough, fashion. Ever since joining the Accord, he tries his best to do the right thing, though tends to disregard most laws and codes in order to achieve that right thing. If Syf is devoted to a cause, it's a cause he's deathly loyal to. Syf's warped past and lack of guiding parental figures led his upbringing to be rather lacking in terms of controlling emotion. Though as he aged, his overly aggressive and murderous tendencies were greatly suppressed and reserved only for clear fields of battle. Even if he's aware of this problem of his, he still greatly cherishes the adrenaline and rush of deathly combat. Syf often chooses to resort to using melee weapons first, preferring to be more thorough up-close with encounters.


BIOGRAPHY:
Syf's past is relatively shadowy, quite like a good handful of scum and villainy across the galaxy. However, he is open about bits and pieces of his story. Syf comes from Tattooine, born to spice-addicted and indebted parents who ever absent from most of his upbringing, leaving him to often fend for himself. Eventually the Hutts had dealt with his parents for a radically outstanding debt and the ties were completely severed. Around 13 at the time, Syf fell into guard work and mercenary activity at this very young age. The Hutts would take anybody if they were dutiful, and Syf did his duties well...sometimes too well. Syf's addiction to the mercenary lifestyle grew to an unhealthy obsession, to where he climbed in notoriety amongst corporations needing to hire workers for more covert work.

For a time, Syf had joined up with the Republic to fight the Sith armies in an attempt to hold onto a shred of morality and sense of good. However, the low pay and the trauma he went through during multiple heavy conflicts was a great deal to bear, and he slowly sunk back into high-profile corporate contracting. He fell in with Czerka Corporation for a time, as they dealt arms to the Sith. The Sith, seeing Syf's potential and strength, hired him as a private contractor and trainer for their forces and recruits. The pay was good, and things went well. However, Syf refuses to talk about most of his past beyond this point, but it can be gathered that he was pushed into several conflicts and massacres that were considerably less than morally gray. As the Sith begin to lose their foothold in the war, Syf began to see the error of his ways, and regret the atrocities he helped commit. He turned his guns on the Sith, executing his fleeing unit in the night and becoming MIA at the turn of the war. At some point after drifting, he ended up joining The Accord in order to utilize his skills for a great cause.

SKILLS:

Syf's skills in combat are very formidable. Thanks to an unknown tap into the Force, he is hypersensitive to the situations, ebbs, and flows of battle. He is proficient in many forms of ranged weaponry, though prefers close-ranged handguns and shotguns over anything else. His hand-to-hand combat skills are very high as well, even if they're mostly a boon from his physical build. He is skilled in working on the mechanics of starfighters and other vehicles, but falls apart when it comes to programming or electronic slicing. If a door has an electronic lock, Syf defaults to trying to smash his body through it. On top of exceptional combat skills, Syf has a multitude of long-term survival skills in the field.

GEAR:

If gearing up for a mission, Syf wears plain clothing with a medium-armored carrier chest rig, and lightly armored lower attire.
