Supply Acquisitions & Supply Routes

Two parts to this:

The Rebels are in desperate need of supplies. A few supply routes need to be established. Supplies need to be acquired. Plus I would like to use Gabe in a stealth role.

Is there any characters out there that can establish routes and smuggle supplies to rebel forces?

IDK if this should be written up as missions or not but this is meant to further the story.
