Lights danced across the battlefield below, matching the intensity of the fighters blows against one and another. It had been nearly two decades since Rynn himself had partook in any sort of spar for glory, the once young Mandalorian had grown into his late thirties at this point. His ancestral armor was scorched with blast marks, one of the horns broken and seared from a battle years prior. Why he was here, amongst a group of strangers, Rynn still didn't know. It was not that he cared for the games, or any of those participating in the battles.

The cold lifeless visor scanned across those gathered and watching, recognizing no one in particular, the faces he had come to know, vanished. His people's rise had come as quickly as their fall. They were nothing again, but a distant memory that the galaxy had come to forget. His hand rested against the tops of his upper chest plate, holding against it for comfort as he turned his attention back towards the sport. The lightsaber that he had worn against his breastplate as a trophy pressed against the pad of his hand -- reminding him of the empty pride that had come in that long forgotten deceit.
I wonder where that man is now? Most likely dead.

Clove couldn't help but smile softly in response to the girl's remark. You'd have to be either stupid or tough. Well. It was pure stupidity in Clove's case. And she was so glad she had been stupid enough to join huttball back then. Clove was taken aback by Koemi's question, but she quickly calmed herself down. After all, she'd been mentally preparing for this moment for ages. "It's lovely to meet you, my name is Liona." She extended her hand to shake Koemi's.

The game was... Clove couldn't think of a word other than violent and spectacular to describe it. She did cringe a few times, her face scrunching together in disgust. But when the Raging bull scored, she too cheered—loudly. Adrenaline rushed through her veins, transporting her back to the field. For a brief moment, she felt as if she were standing on the field, noticing the cheers and seeing her teammates' smiles. Hearing Altair's warm laughter. She awoke to reality when Koemi spoke, her big blue eyes darting to the girl. "No... Not really, no. Although I'm sure they can make a comeback." She didn't know how, but it was huttball, and miracles happened all the time.

But the miracle didn't happen; the game ended with the red team having failed to make a comeback. And as a result, the yellow team had won, causing Clove to leap from her chair with glee. She clapped her hands before looking at Koemi. Her joy faded the moment she saw her; the last thing she wanted to do was rub victory in the girl's face. "The yellow team played admirably. I'm sure they could have won if it hadn't been for the droid's malfunction."
