Hello and welcome. Ima call you Bob. Have a good time with the folks here. There is some nice RPs to be written. I am certain of it.
Also don't worry too much about char aproval. Usually you can start RPing right away. And what with the editing and stuff; depending on how you go about it there will be additions to your char on a more or less regular basis. Threads, equipment and all that stuff. So try not to fear it. Its a part of RPing for most people here.
