Ok, so imagine that a senator is tired of war; he feels that the Sith are to blame for this one. But he feels that the Sith won't go away unless the Jedi disappear, so he puts a bounty of 15,000 credits on each force user. who would join?

You would go bankrupt before you even made a dent.

Fact.

You would also make more enemies then you would friends.

Fact.

Then a single bounty on your head could take care of the headache. ;)

Your senator seems to be suffering from some sort of serious mental illness.

So how would he get the money to pay for this cause their are trillions of people in the galaxy and billion of them can feel the force and use it to a degree. I don't even think there would be enough money in Imperial and Alliance space to pay let alone succeed. Cause then you would just have force users being born who wouldn't have training and might really cause a war.

Ah oh and what arm said too.

Like what was said earlier, there wouldn't be enough funds to eliminate all Force users. Your best bet would be to hire assassins after key Force users in organizations if anything, though that would 1) be more expensive for each bounty and 2) make you a lot of enemies. Ultimately, if Valafar found out, I'm guessing he'll put your head on a platter, shove an apple in your mouth, dip you in butter, and serve you to the furry overlord, Hello Kitty (aka Jiang).

i already have a senator and an income for the faction: the GES. I just need one moar person to start this faction. I will keep the bounty of 15,000 credits because it's not that easy to kill a jedi/sith. This way, bounty hunters would be tempted to take on a Sith/Jedi instead of a Mando.

OOC: sorry I've been off for a while, been doing some RL stuff. Getting a promotion to Lieutenant!

Kyros doesn't want to "join" anything. He prizes independence over pretty much anything else. However, he also wouldn't question your reasons for wanting to off various Force-users; he'll just take the credits. He's in.

??? your guy is part of the galactic alliance and so is the jedi and you will be paying people to kill your friends. I just dont see you staying in office very long. not with out people supporting you. The sith would also be after you and the jedi might just let them run right by

Anti-Jedi sentiments centered around fear, mistrust, or outright hatred of the Jedi Order. Just as with the Sith, the majority of sentients feared them, and criticism developed from the fact that many common people did not understand the Jedi, their ability to use the Force, or their principles. Many of those outside of the Force equated them with the Sith and did not find them any better. The Jedi propensity for taking children away from their families at birth generated a large amount of controversy, with the last major example being the "Baby Ludi" case. Due to the Order's alignment with the Republic and the Jedi's role as mediators and negotiators, those living outside the Republic saw them merely as puppets of the Republic.

Taken from wiki. I also see it possible for a senator to want to OUTLAW the use of the force however paying for assasinations is illegal and unorthodox. Senators (politicians) will use the legal system to get there way.
