I have recently realized (read: this occurred to me randomly five minutes ago) that basically all of my characters are human. This seems kind of boring, yet imagining myself rping, say, a Zabrak, just seems weird. So I went looking on Wookieepedia for Near-Human species, to ease myself out of this human-supremacy complex. A couple, notably the Zeltron, seem interesting, but I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations for a species, who I will use for my WIP Indie. Anything mostly humanoid is fine, though Near-Humans are preferred. Let the [ST]trolling[/ST] feedback commence.

A Ubese. There's not too much known about them but they have a distinctive nomad element. Look at Nemal's bio, for my take on the Ubese. Plus, they can pass for a human except for their eyes.

More seriously, I'd suggest Chiss or Zeltron. Both seem very easy to pick up and play.

Lol. I'll probably make a Zeltron - then I can say she went Indie because the Jedi code was too restrictive. Zeltrons view monogamy as quaint but unrealistic. :bitchez Also would explain the not being a Sith - Sith are just too damn serious, galactic domination and whatnot. They need to learn to live a little and loosen up. ... My God, this is going to be fun.
