Yesss. You may have some trouble running it in Windows 7, though. They don't warn you about it before you buy it.

Steam actually has the same problem with Fallout 3, you have to disable a lot of stuff and run it in windowed mode for it to operate.

Already got the GotY edition awhile back when it was on sale. Want to play it on my PC, but the video card and all... Love it to death on Xbox, more then Fallout 3.

Believe it or not, there is a group of people who don't like Steam as a PC game hub. However, the only recurring reasonings I seem to see is a) the games you buy on Steam isn't really yours and Valve reserves the right to seize your account whenever they want and b) the suspension of Steam automatically means all of your money is gone. Both reasons being pretty stupid since you'd have to be doing something illegal for "a" to happen and Steam isn't going away any time soon.

Yeah fallout 3's story was very lack luster when compared to FNV. It just felt like more a complete story telling experience that just totally dominates any other RPG in this time(Yes, even KoToR)

A lot of my friends are console gamers and Games for Windows Live allowed me to have some sort of interaction between them. Other than that, Games for Windows Live has caused me nothing but frustration.
