Star Wars: Sons of Darkness Casting Call

Hello, ladies and gents. It's me, Pheo. I've been working with a small team for some time now in creating a complete modification for the game Jedi Academy, making it an MMO.

Firstly, with permission, I would love to adapt some of the stories here into the MMO, as I plan to have it set a small while after DoTR's main timeline launch.

And secondly, I was wondering whether anyone wanted to voice act in both the MMO and its animated prequel, a small series explaining how the main faction leaders got where they are. (Keep in mind the faction leaders in the MMO won't be the ones from this site, nor will they be player characters). We only have one season, consisting of 21 short episodes, planned.

As of now, we have the first episode animated, however we need voices for these characters:

• Darth Justicar (Leader of a Sith Coup, male) Taken by Jax Vos
• Darth Mortis (Head of Sith Intelligence, female)

• Admiral Onasi (Republic Admiral, Female) Taken by Kara Danvers
• Jedi 1
• Jedi 2
• Rovas Galen Taken by a friend of mine
• Sith 1
• Sith 2
• Various Sith soldiers
• Various Republic Soldiers

I will point out that any unnamed characters can be replaced with your own RP character, however they have to align with the part. (i.e.: No Jedi characters as Sith soldiers).

The positions will be updated as the script evolves and positions close.

The script draft will be uploaded in the post below, and updated whenever necessary.

Blinking effect, Cecil is being dragged FP on the floor, towards a throne room. Yelling is heard in the background.

Cecil looks up FP to see a Sith emperor on his knees, two Sith standing over him
Justicar: The Jedi. Good. We'll question him next. First we deal with you.

Necron: This is an act of treason, Justicar! To attack your own emperor in his throne room. And you, Mortis, I thought better of you. This ruthless power grab is pointless.

Mortis scoffs
Justicar: The Dark Council has grown weary of your rule, Necron. You had a good run, but now they have agreed that a new ruler be instated.

Necron: That new ruler being you, no doubt.

Justicar: You can live, even take my place on the Council, if you would only kneel.

Necron: Sith do not bow, Justicar. You know that. You know the depths of my power. Do you think meagre manpower will stop my might?

Mortis: No, we don't. That's what lightsabers are for.

Cecil: (groggy) What? Where am I

Mortis: Perfect timing. Congratulations, Jedi. You will decide the fate of Darth Necron, reigning emperor of the Sith Empire. Would you have him killed, or exiled?

Cecil: I am a Jedi! I will not be a part of Sith games. Decide his fate yourself.

(Lightning lances from her fingertips, Cecil screams in pain)
Mortis: I will not ask again. Death or Exile. Your silence with signify his death and yours.

Cecil: Exile him, then.

Justicar: So be it.

(Necron pulls a Lightsaber to him, swinging it as Justicar. Justicar moves to avoid it, and blasts Necron with a torrent of dark side energy. He lies there dying.)
Necron: (in Cecil's mind) if you wish to survive, Jedi, take this Lightsaber and kill me. I will merge my life essence with you, and together we can escape!

Cecil: (in Cecil's mind) Done.

Cecil lunges forward, grabbing the Lightsaber and ending Necron, his essence joining Cecil, unbeknownst to the Sith.
Mortis: His presence is fading, Justicar. It would seem we have a feisty one here. You are strong in the force, Jedi.

A Sith Scion walks up in anger. Justicar scoffs at him.
Scion: You have ignored us once again! This will destroy our Empire, Justicar! Necron's death brings the one who will kill us all.

Justicar: I did not summon you here to bicker with you, Soothsayer. Are the coronation ceremonies underway?

Scion: Yes, indeed. Hopefully we can avoid this terrible fate you have thrust upon us.

The Scion walks out
Mortis: Such belief. Kind of like you Jedi.

Cecil: He was trying to warn you.

Justicar: Of what? Nothing could take on the full might of the Sith Empire. Something your Republic is well aware of. The Border Alliance won't be able to stop us this time.

Cecil: No. But the Jedi will.

Necron: (in Cecil's head) NOW!

Cecil unleashes a blast of force lightning, knocking the Sith back. He darts for the door, killing two Sith Troopers on the way out. Pan back to Mortis.
Mortis: Should I go after him?

Justicar: He's just one Jedi. By the time he has escaped the war will have begun.

Mortis: That Jedi just used the Dark Side to escape.

Justicar: Then he isn't even a Jedi, anymore. We could have struck him down easily, and you know it.

Mortis: Let us hope you're right.

Transition to the Rannon Praxeum, with Tavious studying in the Library. Suddenly, he gets up and walks to Rovas.
Rovas: What is it, Tavious? You seem worried.

Tavious: Yesterday my father sent Cecil on a mission to Moraband. It was supposed to be an envoy to the Sith Emperor, to discuss the trade agreements between the Empire and Republic.

Rovas: Isn't that the Alliance Senators job?

Tavious: Lord Zo doesn't trust them. The Alliance is almost as corrupt as the Sith. Bribery and crime are not uncommon, as you well know.

Rovas: And, what's so worrying about a diplomatic mission?

Tavious: He was supposed to be back here yesterday evening. He never even reported in. I don't like it.

SE: Communicator
Cecil: (through comlink) Tavious? Anyone? The mission has taken a turn for the worst. the Sith Emperor has been assassinated and a new one assigned. I've escaped with my life, but this planet is the heart of their empire. I'll be captured in hours.
Tavious: (in comlink) Stay safe, Cecil. We'll be there soon.

Rovas: I'll assemble the council

Tavious: Good. We're getting our friend back.

Fade out

@ChrisStevens150 I make it a policy not to modify the voice without express request. You could easily have armor or some sort of breathing apparatus to deepen it.
