Star Trek RP?

Self-explanatory. I have some ideas for a scenario, but I was wondering if there was any interest in playing around in this setting. As far as original or established characters, I'd suggest using the same sort of plan/structure as our Batman RP: original characters alongside established characters to whatever extent the RPers in the group collectively decides.

Either TNG or original all the way, I say. I'd love to be either Worf or Pavel Chekov.

Okay. I meant more like would you prefer to play canon characters strictly speaking or just original characters? Or both?

I was always of the opinion setting-wise that we could mix and match since given medical tech, Kirk et. al are still more or less around during TNG.

Count me in though I am curious the setting if our own characters are allowed, as if are we limited to only one ship, and its crew or what since I have a Captain character, and ship but can be re-tooled for a standard crewman depending on how the layout turns into. I never like playing Cannon characters they never feel right sometimes.

We'll see. Batman isn't done --that's mah baby-- and I have some commitments with regards to the Halo RP. I'm also not entirely sure I want to DM a RP, so we'll see. I may end up doing Picard/other characters/some OC characters or perhaps Spock, etc. It also depends on who else signs up.

Arm: Dunno. I'm willing to have a discussion on it and see where people land, but I'll reserve ultimate discretion on it.
