Staff Feedback: Sreeya

Many of you know that, every few months, we post feedback threads wanting to know how each individual admin, and the staff as a whole, is performing as admins. Today marks the next round of feedback!

We’re looking for feedback on:

Level of activity
Administrative style
Effectiveness
Member relations
Overall performance
Anything else you want to comment on

Basically, we want honest and thoughtful feedback on anything visible we do as staff and what you think of the job we’re doing, including (and especially) what we can do better. It’s not required, but we can respond to any criticism we receive. We will do so civilly and respectfully, and you must extend that same courtesy.

Remember, this is for both our benefit and yours, since administrators are here to provide you with a great website. We want your honest feedback, but incivility means we’re going to ignore you. You’ll never be banned for giving your honest, respectful, and civil opinion, so don’t be worried about that. We WANT to hear from you!

Level of Activity: On daily, constantly active.

Administrative Style: Amazing :D Handling everything with humor and effectiveness.

Effectiveness: One of the two admins I consider to be the most effictive on this site.

Member relations: Like Jiang, Sreeya is one of those admins everybody knows and everybody goes to. We all Sreeya, I'd be very surprised if she gets a bad report in member relations.

Overall preformance: What can I say? She is a great admin and is doing a even greater job for the greater good. Which is making sure us members don't turn into a pack of wolves and kill each other.

What SIN is saying is that he thinks Sreeya is a lesbian, and he's uncomfortable with gays and lesbians being in a position where he would have to follow their orders.

Me and Sreeya have lover spats all the time, but we have great make up sex.

Given that she was hired for the position because of her customer service skills, I think that she's proven to be very well suited for the job. I hardly notice her accent at all!

Level of activity: High from what I've seen.
Administrative style: Good so far, though from the looks of some things she seems to do stuff that benefits to The Sith over other things at times. May just be me though.
Effectiveness: Member relations: Somewhat good.
Overall performance: It's another mixed bag for me, though this time it's got some good qualities that are mostly spinning around with a few irks here and there. But that is to be expected from most I assume.
Anything else you want to comment on: Interesting Fact: We've had, I believe, less then ten women as staff on the SWRP.

She really needs to stop telling me her name is Alice and she's from Sydneytown, though.

Level of activity: Active! But... I'm online more.
Administrative style: Nicer and better than Bac.
Effectiveness: Better than Bac.
Member relations: Bestest friend-ish-sorta. She's nice.
Overall performance: Better than the other admins. :)
Anything else you want to comment on: Sreeya should be head-admin.

She's a good admin, and that's my general impression.

Sreeya is very active on the site. Too active. She's like an STI! Once you think you've gotten rid of her, she comes back. It's like a nightmare... I mean, uh, it's a joy that we have an admin more active than Jiang the Kitten. :CRawr

Sreeya is an effective administrator. For the most part she judges fairly and unbiasedly, even to the point of allowing another admin to come in to make a ruling in a duel when she was already there, as to not let her bias come into play, or so I'm assuming (pst, just nod and say yes, Sreeya :CHappy ).

Sreeya's good at what she does, and works hard. She even has the near-impossible to control Radzkie under her control.

Sreeya is generally polite and fair to members, but can get cranky/uptight.

Overall, Sreeya is a very good administrator and despite the newest, she's doing more than others. Come on you old guys! You're being beaten by the newest.

Contrary to popular belief, me and Sreeya do not see eye to eye on everything. We bicker and debate, but that's what healthy friendships are made of.

She invests herself in the Sith's progress as second in command of the faction, but when it comes to administrating she's unbiased.

Her activity level is the same as mine. Congratulations, hubby, you have now gained the Radzkie level of eccentricness. We can share a straight jacket.

Level of activity: Jesus, how many RPs have I been in with her alone? A lot. That's all I can really say as I hate math.

Administrative style: Good enough, I'd say. Unobtrusive.

Effectiveness: Good.

Member relations: Quite a few people have her on MSN, I think. That's pretty good relations. I know I talk to her a lot and quite a few others do.

Overall performance: Darn good.

Level of activity: Very Active
Administrative style: Still have no idea what that means
Effectiveness: Good at what she does
Member relations: Very good.
Overall performance: She is awesome!
Anything else you want to comment on: She is the HBIC and no one better forget it lol
