Many of you know that, every few months, we post feedback threads wanting to know how each individual admin, and the staff as a whole, is performing as admins. Today marks the next round of feedback!

We’re looking for feedback on:

• Level of activity
• Administrative style
• Effectiveness
• Member relations
• Overall performance
• Anything else you want to comment on

Basically, we want honest and thoughtful feedback on anything visible we do as staff and what you think of the job we’re doing, including (and especially) what we can do better. It’s not required, but we can respond to any criticism we receive. We will do so civilly and respectfully, and you must extend that same courtesy.

Remember, this is for both our benefit and yours, since administrators are here to provide you with a great website. We want your honest feedback, but incivility means we’re going to ignore you. You’ll never be banned for giving your honest, respectful, and civil opinion, so don’t be worried about that. We WANT to hear from you!

Since I commented on Matt's I'll go for everyone on the staff.

Brandon is the admin. THE admin. He has a great mind for all things site related, Star Wars related, and member related. He keeps his cool in all situations on the site where I myself could become aggravated. Brandon is always open minded to new ideas and willing to hear out the other side.

There are three people I just could never imagine not being on the staff: Brandon, Boli, and Matt. There is no member on the staff who is respectively the "best" in any field, but Brandon is consistently well versed almost all domains.

Since Brandon can't find a boyfriend in San Francisco and feels unloved..

Brandon has always, always been approachable, even since when I first joined the site. He thought I was an obnoxious newbie, but never ceased to be kind and welcoming. More than anything, his member relations are absolutely superb. He can always look at things objectively and respects the fact that a new member's perceptions are very important, something a lot of us tend to forget.

I can't think of anyone else that would be better suited for the role of head admin. I can always go to him with questions and even when we butt heads on issues (which happens a lot), he is always willing to look at both sides of the issue. He always tries to find something that works for everyone, which is a very important trait to have.

Something that sticks out especially is how well he keeps the staff as a team and is always willing to come to each of us specifically with any issues or concerns. He bridges the gaps that may exist as a result of different opinions and ideas, and he's always that key central role that makes the staff an effective team.

Overall, in my time here, I've been extremely impressed by how much of an active role he plays, even if he's not super involved in the rp. He has been dedicated for years and truly cares about the site and its members, and he's always been unbiased in every regard. I can't imagine the site without him.
