Many of you know that, every few months, we post feedback threads wanting to know how each individual admin, and the staff as a whole, is performing as admins. Today marks the next round of feedback!

We’re looking for feedback on:

Level of activity
Administrative style
Effectiveness
Member relations
Overall performance
Anything else you want to comment on

Basically, we want honest and thoughtful feedback on anything visible we do as staff and what you think of the job we’re doing, including (and especially) what we can do better. It’s not required, but we can respond to any criticism we receive. We will do so civilly and respectfully, and you must extend that same courtesy.

Remember, this is for both our benefit and yours, since administrators are here to provide you with a great website. We want your honest feedback, but incivility means we’re going to ignore you. You’ll never be banned for giving your honest, respectful, and civil opinion, so don’t be worried about that. We WANT to hear from you!

When it comes to disputes and such Bac's fair. I really liked how he dealt with the Mando problem. Instead of approaching it biased and laying blame on a single person, it seemed he stepped back and took a look at the bigger picture in order to find a way to solve the issue.

I still don't want in his club, though. I'm too cool for that. Besides, Sreeya doesn't like when I'm away from the kitchen too long.

Level of activity: Quite active
Administrative style: Overruling, he's the one I usually go to when I need a final ruling on something.
Effectiveness: Quite effective, I mean you are kinda in charge.
Member relations: Good, he's pretty funny at times.
Overall performance: Decent!

Good Lord Almighty... Where do I begin with this thing?

Level of activity: Good.
Administrative style: Positive
Effectiveness: Effective and does not seem to pick favorites. Mostly.
Member relations: I've seen it as a love/hate thing. Some like him, some adore him, and some... well, the opposite.
Overall performance: Better then other Head Admins I've seen in my lifetime, that's for damn sure.
Anything else you want to comment on: To be determined. Still gathering Data.

He's good at what he does, and that's all that matters.

Bac's activity is mix. Sometimes he's slow, but other times he's very fast at getting back to us. [ST]Maybe if someone :Bac would be a little less flirty with Sreeya, we'd get a little more done, ya know?[/ST]

Bac's definitely proven himself an effective and fair administrator and mediator.

Bac's very effective at what he does. His rulings are fair and unbiased, and rarely are his rulings challenged... for the most part.

I've yet to see Bac be a Doomsday or a dick to anyone, rather he generally has a polite facade on at all times. I've not seem him get angry, which I hear is a rare thing at best (like a blue moon or Jiang taking a bath :CRawr ). He's generally unbiased to people and treats them fairly.

Overall, Bac's an effective leader, whose biggest issue to work on is slowness, though as Head Admin, some of those issues may be due to working on other issues.

Bac is far from slow :CStern he alllways gets to me fast as crap.

Maybe it's because we're on the same timezone, or maybe it's not sreeya he's flirting with :3 (jk), but it doesn't matter. He's honestly the best admin ive seen

Overall, Bac's an effective leader, whose biggest issue to work on is slowness, though as Head Admin, some of those issues may be due to working on other issues.

One thing I should point out, and I have said this in public multiple times before, is that I shouldn't be the first admin anyone goes to. There are RP Admins and we have a Faction Admin, so that should be your source for questions and requests before you hit me up.

I just don't like him, he's a creeper, but it's probably just that profile picture, I hate beards. Im glad he doesnt have a beard in real life, that would make him worse. I also just hate how much he says dick, hmmm, does he have many personal relationships with dicks? I also hate how he is so much older and smarter then me, and politicions bore me. Lol JK, though the question about his relationships still stands...

Activity is great, he's respectful and usually willing to answer your comments, depending on how stupid they are. ^^ He's a great administrator and I would hate it if he left, hate to admit it, but he's actually funny sometimes. Oh, and I LIKE HIM BETTER THEN SIN!

You should outright refuse to help unless either it requires immediate attention and no one else is on OR the other admins won't get involved. I've seen the case of the latter done before, namely the "I'm not touching this thread. (Other Admin here) can handle this."
