BIOGRAPHY
- Extra Sharp. Razor-sharp claws on hands and feet, with teeth that look like durasteel blades. This Trandoshan stands as a burly wall of burned color amber scales, spikes both natural, worn, and grafted, with hardened protective ridges and thick muscle. Sskyr is a young hotblooded Trandoshan hunter. Eager to prove himself and grow his score count of successful kills, as an ardent worshipper of the Trandoshan scorekeeper goddess.
- A Bloody Faith. As a young Trandoshan, he was raised traditionally, to love the hunt, and to be in touch with his instinctual fury. His love for trophies surpasses even those of his kin, collecting animals furs, bones and prized positions of his victims. Not taking trophies of kills or celebrating them appalls him, as the Traditional Hunter considers it a waste. Like any good hunter, he doesn’t waste parts of the animals he kills, using all of the beasts, which was something his father disciplined into him and it's stuck.
- Big Family. There were seventeen hatched at the same time as him, all his clutchmates, and remarkably all raised well to their young adulthood, by prosperous parents. The bond between them is not as significant as brother or sister, especially not in such a big hatching, but some do regard each other with respect, others less so. So far only one clutchmate has failed the trials in their rite of passage, and he has fled rather than face his death or disgrace, being someone Sskyr eagerly wants to hunt!
- The Gathering Hunt. As Sskyr grew and aged, two of his clutchmates started hunting with him, Sskyr’s size though large, is not remarkable but his instincts, his ability to lay traps, cunning ploys, and his ruthlessness for his enemies brought both fear and respect from other hunters. Although young, he is starting to amass more impressive trophies and hopeful lackeys looking for a piece of the credits, glory, or hunt. When not killing for sport or dogma, Sskyr works for whoever will pay, recently he and the small group that hunts with him, have approached the Hutts for work. Most with him are short on brains, low on equipment, but high on greed, and sometimes spice. One or two of the hunt might be worth the name, we’ll see if they become more than cannon fodder.
- Madclaw Rivals. Wookies and Trandoshans often do not get on, with several tit-for-tat events between their species recorded. Something Sskyr views as an opportunity to hunt impressive prey. After killing two Wookiees on a job, the hunter drew the notice of one of their tribe, whose brother had been the victim. A small gang of pirates, mostly Wookiees, calling themselves the Culling Claw sought revenge. Later on, this led to one of Sskyr’s own hunters being killed, and so a deepening blood feud is brewing between the two small groups. Whether the feud is ever settled or not, either way, it’s a good opportunity to hunt!
