If your character is killed you use the death credits transfer instead of the one-time transfer (the later of which is the only one with the eligibility period). I'll make this more clear in the OP.

Hey there, the Sith Empire does not currently have a bonus for character creation avaliable to them. They only have Character Activity tiers 1 (completing a faction plot thread/mission) or 2 (participating in PvP). You can see which bonuses the factions have at the bottom of the first post.
