"We have ten minutes until we're at the facility, men."

Several grunts, and the clicking of weapons being readied were the answer to Raven's statement.

"I need not remind you all failure is not an option. Doing this will make your job easier in the future, for upcoming battles. I expect the very best from all of you, in the name of Lord Lettow."

The 20 men assembled in the small freighter with him all raised their hands in salute, echoing Lettow's name. Raven leans over, and speaks to Primus aside.

"You're ready for this?"

OOC: We're going to NPC the Republic forces, if that's ok. I tried this thread awhile back, and no one showed any interest in NPCing, so bleh. We're infiltrating a Republic refueling station on Malastare, and then blowing it up/disabling it.

 

[Scurge]

*Responding back to Lord Raven he says in a low voice.*

As ready as Lord Revan was when he turned against the Republic.


*He looks around the small ship. Staring momentarily into each man's eyes. Not tring to read them just looking. He knows that failure will not be tolerated by Lord Lettow. He will not tolerate another failure. The anger has swelled in him. When he was forced to retreat on Dantooine from the Jedi. He will have his vengence on the Republic soldiers and citizens. He wants to slay as many as possible.*

 

[Revan The Great]

"The plan is that we're tourists. We go to the resupply depot, and get as far as we can with "Persuasion". Then, once our luck runs out there, our boys will will begin guns blazing, and we take no prisoners. Everyone here has stealth belts incase they need them."

Raven tosses a belt to Primus, and looks at the quicky-incoming cityscape, probably not even a minute left.

I've done this before. Infiltrated facilities, killed people, destroyed and sabatoged things. I would have probably made a better spy then an admiral.

His thoughts wander to a year or two back, when he was only a feeble acolyte, hoping to join the ranks of The Dark Jedi. Those days were long over, but the experiance remained with him. The way he was able to impersonate a general, the concealment of his weapons, the way he killed the real general soundlessly, without anyone even knowing. Hopefully this foray would be just as exhilirating.

 

[Scurge]

*He catches the belt as it comes to him. He gestures a thank you to Lord Raven. Then he straps the belt on neatly. He tries to his the belt from being in the open but still keeping it in a reachable quick spot. He does not feel scared what so ever. He feels entralled with anger though. He wants to arrive now so he can murder the Republic soldiers.*

The ship touches down, and Raven steps out, followed closely by Primus. The two make their way towards the refueling depot, closely tailed by 20 elite commandos, all unseen as they make their way to their target. Raven eyes Primus, feeling the anger rolling off the young Sith.

"Any questions?," mutters Raven out of the corner of his mouth.

 

[Scurge]

*He says low back to Raven.*

Why don't we just destroy everyone here? I say we just murder everyone.

*Storing his anger momentarily. To use it later as a weapon. When combat arrises. Now he needs to function as a speaker. He did not fully surpress it like a Jedi. Just enough to function properly in a situation. He knows its not a Sith ideal. He does not care though. Theres a time when you should be able to control your anger. He continues walking behind Raven. Making his way to there targets.*

 

[Revan The Great]

"Because, we do not need to lose lives of our men. We also do not need to turn public opinion against us. Even if it IS against it, force-forbid we make it worse. It would only hurt us in the long run."

A man casually walks out of a guard booth, and stops Raven with a hand on his chest.

"Sir, I don't think you're supposed to be here. I suggest you leave now."

"I am cleared by The Jedi Council, and given permission from The Senate itself to oversee the operations here. I suggest you do not hinder me any more then you already have."

A small flux in the force signals that Raven had sent a powerful suggestion to the man, but had not completly dominated his mind. The man assumes a deer-in-the-headlights look, and motions them on through sheepishly.

"Subtlety can be much stronger then force. Many of the previous Sith did not learn that lesson, and fell to their underlings."

 

[Scurge]

*He says back to Raven in a low voice.*

Yes...I am going to have agree. Like Subtle manipulation instead of intimidation. Subtletly can be a good tool. Like patience.


*After he is done speaking he waits for Raven to continue. Not wanting to charge ahead. He decides to wait for him. Though while he is waiting. He thinks of how subtletly could also play a role in many other things over force.*

 

[Revan The Great]

The next checkpoint contains an officer, perhaps his rank is Major, and two subordinates. The Mid-level and up officers are standardly trained with anti-force manipulation techniques. Or so Raven had been told. This one would be a bit trickier. A camera is positioned above the bridge, overlooking the checkpoint. Not exactly ideal.

Raven lowers his head slightly, obscuring his face from the camera. The small wire attaching the camera feed into the facilities' computer slowly slides out of it's slot, and falls completly out, blinding the camera.

"Alright, how did you two get in here. I am going to need I.D., and going to need you two to come with me."

The major puffs out his chest, showing out important he thinks he is. Raven has only to scan the man's mind for his name.

"But Alan, don't you remember me? They sent me to come get you."

"Alan" looks slightly surprised, and attempts to take a closer look at Raven's face, obscured by its slightly downward-looking position.

"Well look up boy, I can't tell if I know your or don't."

Raven crosses the last several feet between him and Alan in a second, and embraces the man like an old friend. Alan gets a slightly bewildered, and embarassed look. That look, turns to terror, and realization. Raven backs out of the embrace to reveal a bloodied knife, and the major keels over, a wound in his chest. With a wave of his hand, Raven sends the other two guards off the bridge. Barely stoping them from getting a shot off.

"Subtlety, combined with practicality, young Primus."

The doors infront of the Sith party slide open, and Raven continues through.

 

[Scurge]

*He watches as the man gets stabbed and the other two get thrown off the roof and he thinks it is rather funny. He lets out a small low chuckle. He watches the life exit the man. Something he had not seen in a while. Since the days he on Emperess Teta. His homeworld. When he use to hunt down people he deemed inferiors. They died the same way. He immediatly thought that man got what he deserved. He says to Raven in his tone that he had been using the entire time on this planet.*

Yes....I know of this tactic. During my days on my homeworld. I would kill inferiors.

*He follows Raven fowards. While doing so he gestures for the rest of the party to follow them.*

Yet another checkpoint looms ahead of the men, and the traffic around them increases considerably. None are the wiser though, afteral Raven and Primus had obviously been good enough for security. Up ahead was a security checkpoint manned by at least 10 men.

"Primus, perhaps you would enjoy the honors?"

*He steps in front of Raven and looks over at the ten men standing there. Gaurding the post. Primus uses the basic telepathy of the force and calls over 14 men. He tells them inside there minds the plan. It is simple plan. One cannot make a joke about the plan. cause even though it is one of the oldest. It still works in wars even to this day.*

Okay...put your silencers on all your weapons. We are going to assault the men over there. We don't want this getting loud. This is going to happen quickly.I expect them all the die very quickly from your blasts and my saber. I want you seven to take the left flank and you seven to take the right flank. Me I will assault the middle. I can easily kill there middle.

*Primus takes his anger that he stored before and brings it out for the fight up ahead. He does not think this will be an easy battle. He knows it will be an easy battle. As the men walk over to the flanks. They put the silencers on there weapons. They hide themselves doing it. So the Republic soldiers will not notice anything. Which is the obvisous thing to do. When they get to the flanks. Priimus sends another message to them.*

Fire!

*Primus ignites his crimson blade and uses his anger and the force to enchance his speed and strentgh. He gets into the Djem so form to deflect blasts much easier. The men on the flanks are doing what there suppose to do very well. Killing the Republic soldiers. Catching them by surprise. So the middle will be easy to crush and they will be surronded and destroyed. When Primus reachs them he begins cutting the soldiers down with ease. Since they were preocupied with attacking the men on the there flanks. Also at the same time creating another flank and not relizing it. After some minor fighting the Republic men are destroyed. He quickly turns on his stealth belt and sends a message to all the Sith in the room, To do so as well.*

"Very good."

An alarm starts to blare, and the lights dim, then turn to a red color, bathing the whole facility in the eye-sore light.

"Apparantly not good enough"

Raven ignites his saber, and gestures down the hallway. Without another word, he takes off at a complete sprint, almost too fast to see.

 

[Scurge]

*Primus sprints behind Raven signaling for the troops to follow. As he runs he thinks of what the Republic is going to do about all there men getting sluaghtered like that. He thinks what any logical person would think. More troops will be coming. They will be only coming to there death though. He does not use the force so the troops will not become lost. His excersize is good in situations like this. When he is'nt using the force. He follows Raven's path to destroy the Republic base.*

Primus and his men turn a corner just in time to see Raven decapitating the last of at least 20 men, taken by complete surprise.

"Keep up. All of you."

A low grinding sound is heard to the parties' left, and a large metal door opens to reveal a tank. Its main cannon aimed at at Primus and the commandos.

 

[Scurge]

Get out of the way!

*Primus yelled to his men. He immediatly used the force and ran to the flank of the tank with incredable speed. He leaped onto the tank. Still having his saber ignited he drove it right into the door that on top which the soldiers entered and exited. He began to cut it open. The force was still enchancing his body so he is doing it rather quickly. After cuting a big suqare into the door he leaped inside and found two men. They were obvisoly scared of Primus because he cut right through the top of the tank. Something many people do not do. He quickly decaptated one man and sliced the other up into bits. Killing them both. He looked at the controls and sliced them as well to bits. Disabling it so it will be of no further use to anyone else in the future. He walked under the square looked up and leapt out force enhanced. After landing on the tank he deignited his saber and put it on his belt and jumped down and continued as nothing had happened.*

 

[Revan The Great]

"Primus, lay the charges on their fuel depots, and the controls. With luck they'll all go up." Raven turns and cuts down 5 soldiers who just ran through the doorway. More are coming.

"Get going."

 

[Scurge]

*Primus jogged over to the controls. He pulled out a mine and placed it on the controls carefully yet quickly. He wanted to blow this place to bits. He ran over to the fuel depots and placed the mines carefully. As he did so he felt rather happy about the mission is going so well. He knows it will be over soon. After placing all the mines in the correct spot he gets up and begins to run away. He gestures to everyone. Kind of letting everyone know. Lets get out of here.*

Raven flicks his wrist, making bodies fly at his assailiants, stopping them for but a moment. He sprints after Primus, leaving small indents int he ground as he moves. Truly, The force is a powerful thing.
