The shuttle lading on the dry, arid landing platform that was Korriban's landing platform for new arrivals. There was a dry breeze on the air, the kind that made a man thirst. Crosis gathered his All Temperature Cloak around his armor that he wore beneath it. It was a black cloak and was complete with a hood. His armor protected him against most melee weapons, Lightsabers not included....yet. He turned his attention to the pilot and the man that defeated him with his Force Lightening. "Why are we here? And why is it that I sense I will be leaving your incredible company? If I am an Acolyte, I am in need of a Master, are you not to fulfill that role?" Crosis asked the Sith that brought him here. His deep voice sounding like thunder. Commanding, and attention getting. He peered out the man who slowly turned to face him. The other man laughed.

"No little Sith, I have urgent business on Coruscant. You leave here to begin your training. Good luck, what does not kill you, will simply try to do so better next time." And with that Crosis turned as the loading ramp lowered to let him out of the shuttle. He turned his attention back to the Sith in the cockpit. "I will have you know that I am not a little Sith, I am twice your size physically speaking, and you only won our engagement because finally your lightening beat my fortitude. I hope we meet again, I would love to strike you down, so that you know the error of what you have just done by referring to me as little Sith, I am pure blood, something I will remind you of later. Until then..." Crosis gave the other man a slight bow, but only just a slight one. With that he turned on the heels of his feet and made his way off the shuttle.

Crosis shielded his eyes from the harsh sun of the planet, once his eyes adapted he gazed around to see what he could see. The degree of masonry that even in this time still had a semblance of its once grand appearance was something of a sight to behold even as the wind whipped his cloak about him. He saw various Sith of various species, sadly, going about their business at the Academy. Crosis walked closer towards the doors that lead inside the Academy. It was glorious. The shuttle pilot took off as soon as Crosis was far enough away to clear the shuttle. Crosis closed his eyes and took in the scent and smells of Korriban. This place was a clear and obvious hub of Darkside energies. Crosis smiled and basked in the sheer and wonderful feel of the Darkside of the Force flowing into him, feeding him. He clenched his hand into a fist.
"Ha ha ha, with the Darkside at my beck and call, truly I will achieve my ambitions, and woe be to any whom get in my way. For I am Crosis, your future Lord and Master. Here me, for I shall bend the galaxy to my will!" And with that proud declaration he made his way inside the Academy.

Crosis spent the next hour roaming around the Academy dedicating the layout of the place to his memory. Each room, each purpose, every corridor. After that, he went to where the actual training room was and looked around. Standing at six foot four inches and being over two hundred pound of muscle. He was a large thing in a black cloak wearing a lightsaber on his waist. He called out to the occupants of the room.
"I am Crosis, Acolyte of the Sith Imperium, I need one of three things, to speak to the Master of this Academy, someone to train with, or a Master to train me. Whom can assist me in acquiring the information that I require?" His deep voice sounded through the room like thunder dancing over mountain tops, confident, charming, id somewhat demanding. His hood still hiding much of his face. He called the Force inside him, feeling his way around the room the best he could, wanting to hopefully sense and be aware of any incoming sudden danger.

Kes heard the voice as he was learning how to improve his lightsaber form and to meditate. He looked at the man, clearly this person was very muscular, probably having the same strength level as Kes. "I will happily train with you. I need to improve my form. What form do you use?" Kes said looking at him to observe his characteristics.

Crosis waited for someone to answer his declarations. Then finally, after what felt like an eternity someone spoke up. Crosis turned his head in the direction of the man who spoke up. He smirked at the Human who had answer his call. His face and skin was still concealed against the fabric of his hooded cloak. "Come then Human. I shall give you instruction in the art of Djem So. Prepare to meet defeat as the kind only a Sith Pure Blood can bring!" Crosis said with utter confidence as he advanced toward the Human, igniting his lightsaber. Its black blade hummed to life. Crosis wasted no time whatsoever letting the Darkside of the force flow through, in him, over him. Welcoming the dark, cold embrace it offered. The rage, hatred, pain came upon Crosis like blizzard on Ziost.

Crosis swung his lightsaber in a wide arc toward the chest of the Human. He then quickly followed up with a swivel on his foot and several powerful, yet quick testing blows toward the back and legs of his opponent. Crosis let out a laugh as the ferocity of his blows grew with each strike, until he held nothing back and come on like a Krayt Dragon. Each blow was so hard each slash potentially striking something critical. Crosis made sure to examine the form of the Human, his technique, and then dedicated to his memory. Crosis, when it came to physical things, was a swift and sure learner due no small part to his eidetic memory. Crosis laughed once more loving the feel of combat, after all, since he could walk he was trained to fight, to kill. And now that he had the darkside to serve him everything in the galaxy was it should be.

Upon being this close to the massive Crosis, it was easy to tell that he was Sith Pure Blood, Sith Species, true Sith in every form of the word. His armor and cloak he filled with a powerful physique. Crosis was a warrior, a fighter, and there was no mistaking that. He was a solid man, probably had no to very little body fat on his body. He was one of those rare but true physical specimens that scientists loved to get their hands on, test what their limits were. Crosis force jumped back words to put a little space between himself and the Human before him.

He could feel it, the acolyte had a strong connection to the force and saw did Kes. Kes simply gave himself to the dark side in a degree where he would still be in control while letting it flow through him.
He swung his saber in an Ataru stance then in a Djem So opening stance hoping to confuse his opponent while getting ready to fight. The Pureblood charged at him attempting to injure hid chest which Kes blocked with questions vertical strike. As the opponent moved to attack Kes's feet, Kes sidestepped dodging the attack as he prepared himself for what was coming next. He then attempted to strike blows at Kes which he would dodge the ones at his legs and block the one at his back. Kes was familiar with the Djem So form. He had not trained under it but had basic knowledge of it thanks to the archives but he could not utilize it. Thankfully, Kes's left arm and left leg were healed from the Duel with Dawn and Kaata. He saw the man close able to determine he was just as muscular as Kes. Kes then moved backwards and as his opponent force jumped, he used force jump qnd jumped below his opponent sending multiple powerful strikes on the opponent's legs and knees and as his opponent was landing, Kes had landed first because previously he was below his opponent so he sent an unexpected strike to his opponent's arm and back as then strikes carried lethal precision. He then moved back ready to see how his opponent would counter it.

Crosis snarled as the Human parried his blows. He was not surprised however as this was just an opening volley, a test of the waters as it were. Ataru, then Djem So. Crosis would have to be on guard. The human managed to dodge or parry all that Crosis flung his way, but then again Crosis was not flinging a whole bunch. The dual or spar or whatever this was had barely begun, there was plenty of time for blood. For true combat when they would stop testing each other. For the time being however playing it as they were was not such a bad idea. It was safe. Just because he was nigh consumed by rage and hatred did not make him a mindless beast, a beast, just not a dumb one. Stupid Sith were often brought to keel before the time, and with Crosis' dreams what they were, he would be damned if he let anyone slow him down from achieving them.

Even before Crosis landed as he leapt through the air the Human was already on the ground to meet him. Crosis hiked his legs up as far as they would go and parried the barrage of slashes aimed at his feet and knees. When Crosis landed with a thud he turned it into a backwards roll ending with him in a nimble pop up to his feet. Even As Crosis swung his saber towards the Humans throat the human had moved back and the saber strike hit nothing but air.
"Not bad for a Human. But I am far from finished." The pure blood said his voice held the tinge of contempt in his voice when he called the other man human. Crosis charged the human, his powerful legs moving him quickly across the gap between them. While charging, Crosis used his telekinesis to fling a weapons wrack at his Human opponent. Taking the advantage of the distraction, or saw he hoped, he called inside of himself more of the darkside to enhance his speed beyond that of what is possible. He flanked the Human and raised his black saber into the air at a 45 degree angle and prepared to use the Falling Avalanche technique of the Djem So style. He brought his lightsaber down toward his sparring partner in the attempt to cleave the inferior Human in twain. On the off chance that attack was blocked or dodged, Crosis gathered the Force in his hand and pushed the human away from him and sent him in the direction of the Korriban training room wall.

Kes was impressed by his opponent's speed and connection to the. He however wouldn't let him win the duel. Kes was angered bh his opponent's arrogance hoping to teach him a lesson as Kes gathered his energy prepared for his opponent's attack. Kes's opponent sent training equipment at him attempting to distract him however Kes jumped in the air dodging the distraction and when he was landing blocking the attack as his opponent force pushed him to the wall. As Kes hit the wall, he thought of hoe his opponent was using brute strength. Kes then got up giving the opponent no chance of striking him as Kes used force speed enhancing his speed remarkably as he used cho mok at his opponent.

Crosis smiled. It was an evil and wicked thing "Again I say that you fight well for a Human. But I should inform you, you have no chance of victory against me. I have been trained all my life to fight, to kill, to simply be the best of the best. Your training started what, when you got to the academy here? Ha ha ha ha! Don't make me laugh. You're just a little lost Human away from home in a world to big, to dark, and to ferocious for you. So I am going to give you this singular chance, submit to my power, or taste the insulting flavor of defeat." Crosis warned the Human and brought himself into a low defense stance. He was ready. It was time to stop playing around. If this would have been the battlefield chances are he would have been dead from taking up to much time with his opponent. That made Crosis very angry. He felt himself snarling again like some rabid beast. He embraced the anger, the hatred, the fear of loosing. He let the Darkside in, and the fed from each other.

Crosis gathered the Force around and inside himself. He let the power of the Darkside grant to him supernatural speed. Crosis was getting ready to charge at impossible speeds but alas, his opponent was already charging him, moving faster then anyone not trained in the force could perceive. Granted the the near sudden arrival of the Human made Crosis' brow raise, it was not entirely unexpected. Crosis parried his opponents attacks keeping up with as he too was enhanced with speed. Crosis looked over at some of the fallen weapons from the rack he had previously thrown at the human and gathered a few up with the Force and flung them toward the back of his opponent. He would not be defeated by some impure human scum.

Shouting with rage and deciding that the best defense was on overwhelming offence, Crosis pressed his attack. He brought his lightsaber down on the human like a super fast sledge hammer. Furious, powerful blow after powerful, furious blow. Crosis made a surprisingly lithe round house kick toward the human's face, and immediately crouched and followed it with a leg sweep. But not relenting in his assault he again gathered the force into his body and expelled it through his hand at toward the human to hopefully sending him back to his lover, the wall. Using his saber hand he ripped some of the ceiling down and threw that as well in the direction of the human. Crosis gathered a l;ittle more of the Force and leapt away for a chance to catch a breather.

Crosis' chest heaved and hoed with the labor of trying to restore measured breathing. As powerful as he was, he was still only an Acolyte, and still learning. Crosis spat on the ground. His chest still heaving. He knew that he could not keep this up for terribly to much longer. The frequent force using and the ferocity of the lightsaber dueling was working a hell of a tag team to really frak him over. Empresses tits, he cursed in his head, he refused to lose. He would not let a human beat him, ever. He had far to much Pride as a Pure Blood to allow such a....blaspheme to the Blood to occur. He was Crosis, Son of Warlord Ka'ral, Massassi Caste. He would win. It was in his blood, it was what he was born to do.

OOC: I am assuming that you are using a training lightsaber as am I right?

Kes could sense his opponent's arrogance which made him mad. He hated people with arrogance but what could he expects, it was just a lowlife acolyte. He saw rocks coming at him as he prepared himself. Kes was ready as he is used the force and sent the rocks at the direction of the acolyte. He then prepared himself as his opponent sent powerful blows at him, as expected from the Djem So form. Kes blocked each strike using his strength for defensive measures. As the opponent moved to make a roundhouse kick, Kes leaned to under the opponent's legs as he sent a strike to his opponent's knee which would be difficult to dodge due to the precision and speed that was being used to reinforce the attack. Kes then jumped up dodging the force push attempt and as he landed he used his force speed as he went on to attack his opponent or so it seemed. Kes's true target was the air as he was going to attack the opponent's other knee, Kes jumped up force pushing his opponent to the ground as he went to applying sun djem and cho mok to his opponent.

OOC: Oh my no, Crosis is using a Lightsaber that is very real and if you get touched by it, it can seriously injure, maim, or kill you.

Crosis snarled as the rocks he sent flying toward his opponent came hurdling his way instead. That was unexpected. Crosis rolled out of the way of the rocks and came back up on his feet. The smashed into the wall and ground just moments after he stood. That most certainly would have been a very bad day indeed. Crosis held his lightsaber at the ready. He was getting tired, but his stamina was great. He could keep going for a while longer. He just wondered how long. Not even the man who attacked him and brought him here was was this skilled martially. The faintest seed of doubt crept its way into the mind of Crosis. He closed his eyes. It was only for a second, but it felt like a life time. He took that doubt, and destroyed it, filling it with instead rage, and hatred.

When Crosis had went to his next assault the human blocked all of his attacks and attempted to take him out at the knee. Crosis did however managed to dodge it with a back flip that if it wasn't seen wouldn't have been believed. Then the blasted human jumped out of the way of the Force Push that Crosis had sent his way. Crosis let out a frustrated roar of savage rage. This was ridiculous. No Acolyte should be this untouchable. Then the thought occurred to Crosis, maybe he was not fighting an Acolyte like himself. Maybe he was fighting a Crusader, or a Master. The thought filled him with pride and anger simultaneously! He tightened his grip on his Lightsaber. But before Crosis could do anything he was slammed to the ground by the Force. The sudden arrival of the floor knocked the wind out of the massive warrior.

He rolled over onto his back and saw the human getting ready to press his attack. He once again flipped himself to his feet and tried to draw in as much air as he could. Once more Crosis' chest was heaving with effort and labored breathing. Crosis decided he needed to conserve his remaining Force ability and physical energies for defense. Another high octane offensive now would cost him the duel. And he was hellbent on not losing to this human. He refused. His pride would not allow him to fail, to falter, to stumble or to back down. Crosis decided to berate the human some more, attempt to make him lose focus, or maybe enter a rage and lose focus that way.

"Face it human. You're going to lose. I have more power, more physicality, I even out weigh you, I think. You're outmatched, out class. Surrender now and I will give you the honor of serving me as a slave. Does that appeal to you human? Cause that is all that you shall ever be, a slave. Some pitiable human with a lightsaber, never able to achieve the greatness of his betters. Always second rate. Is that the existence you want? Ha ha ha ha! Then if it is bring your pretty face to my lightsaber and I put a smile on your corpse!" Stated Crosis, all confidence and brought himself into a defensive stance.

Kes laughed, this acolyte was beneath him."My training outmatches yours. I am more powerful, I was trained since childhood. My father made me a lethal machine and I have developed my understanding of the force to a high degree for an acolyte. You don't deserve to be Sith. Your words are just uttered with know meaning. This is why you will fail." Kes replied as his anger took over him and suddenly he let out a scream that was powered by the force. He didn't know what this was but he liked it, he liked the power as the glasses in the Korribian training room shuttered. This attack would have killed an average human as he focused extremely and used this to target Croisis's ribs which had a strong potential to be broken. As the attack came,Kes readied himself prepared to use his speed or dodge if Croisis dodged it.

When Crosis heard the Human tell him he was more powerful and more Sith than he, Crosis could not help but laugh. It was hearty, you're so diluted laugh. "Is that right? Please child, don't make me laugh, the laughing hurts more than your attempts to crush my spirit. Though that is to be expected from a weal Human like you. You're not cut out to be in the Imperium, do US all a favor and go to the slave pits on Nal Hutta, I am sure the crime families will treat you nice. After all it is not every day that a slave can wield the force and use a lightsaber." Crosis jeered the Human. There was nothing lesser species could tell him that would deflate him, let alone some human.

Then the Human let out a scream with the Force that sent Crosis back against the wall. It was all anger and fury and rage. It shook Crosis to his core, which was an unsettling experience all of its own. When the scream stopped, Crosis fell to his knees unable to stand just yet and needed a moment to get his bearings and his breath back. He noticed that he had dropped his lightsaber at some point during his intimate time with the wall. His brow furrowed in dissatisfaction and he called it over to him. It zipped back into his hand and he ignited the black blade. He stood to his feet looking far more confident than he felt that his legs would support the endeavor. Crosis made the wise decision to feign weariness with nonchalance, and leaned against the wall. He finally looked up at the human took a moment to make sure when he spoke, he did not sound as shaken as he felt.[/i]

"It is clear that you can not defeat me, so I shall do you a favor and none shall be the wiser, I am going to allow you to live, and will even bestow further honor upon you by claiming this duel of ours a draw. So what say you human, a draw?" Crosis placed one booted foot on the wall and pushed himself off with more effort than should have been necessary, just another reminder of how taxing this duel really was. He walked over to Kes, well walked was to strong, he half gracefully lumbered over to him, deigniting his lightsaber and offered the Human his large red hand. Crosis used every ounce of will power he had in his body to keep the look of revulsion off of his face as his hand waited for the potential clasp of agreement. Crosis however did look the Human in the eyes.

"I always had that some Purebloods were arrogant. Looks like I met a lowlife."Kes said smiling as his opponents insults would not make him feel diminished. He looked at him and despite Kes's hatred for other acolytes, he believed that he had tactically won the battle because he found someone who he wouldn't consider a rival but someone he had a reason to kill. "You never deserved to be a Pureblood, fools like you should be hanging out with droids however I shall accept your offer of a draw." Kes said as he smiled leaving the training room for his quarters as it was now at night.
