Someone new and Different

Location: Crouscant

Emma Taylor Bryant was walking around on her home world of Coruscant after a long day working on practicing with her lightsabers. Her master had disappeared again somehow and she knew what happened last time. Nothing good. Well, now she was in one of the deeper cities on Coruscant and she was looking for a place to just lay low for a little bit.

Making her way through the city, Emma found an out of the way spot to sit when she sensed something different in the area. There was a change in the force, there was another force user in the area of the light side. She looked around until she saw someone who she believed to be the person she sensed.

[Jade the Protector]

Jade leaned against the wall, coughing on the smog the city had. She hated the city, she would rather be in the forest right now, but the Masters told her to come here. Why? She had little to no clue. Other than find one person and keep an ear out for Sith and criminals, Jade wasn't really informed. This was normal, so all she had to do was wait and find out.

Wait.... Another force sensitive here? Young, a padawan? Jade shrugged and adjusted her grip on Night Eyes' harness. Was this the one she was told to find? Only one way to find out.
"Why you here kid?" She coughed. "You should be with your masters."

Emma looked up to the young woman who addressed her and gave a small smile.

"Well, my master is kinda.. well.. missing. But I'm used to being in this area. Alone."

she responded. Standing up, she looked at her again. She noticed that this girl's skin complexion was very light and she got the feeling that she was blind. Adding on to what she was saying before, she also introduced herself.

"I'm Emma Bryant. Plus to add on to a few second ago, I kinda live here."

she said. It was true. Emma was born and "raised" here on this planet, but mainly alone and passed on from person to person.

 

[Jade the Protector]

"Ah, so you know your way around. I'm looking for someone, was told there was a force user." Jade tipped her head.

 

[Rae Anne Jarrus]

"Well, I could help you look for them. Did they give you a name or any idea of who to look for at all?" she asked. If Emma had some clues, she would be able to find out who it was.. unless it was her that Jade was looking for.

 

[Jade the Protector]

"I think I found her. They never told me the description. No point anyways. Just that she was force sensitive." Jade tipped her head. "Regarding your master, 'missing' often translates to dead."

 

[Rae Anne Jarrus]

"Well, it is very possible that they did mean me. After all, I haven't been back to the Temple in a few days." she responded. When Jade said that her master was probably dead, she frowned slightly before responding. "Well, last time he disappeared, I decided to go find him and he was alive. So I seriously hope he's not dead." she said.

 

[Jade the Protector]

"One cannot be to sure on fate." Jade said simply. "What's his name and shall we get going?"

 

[Rae Anne Jarrus]

"His name is James Thomas. And yes, I thin it would probably be a good idea to get moving." she said.

 

[Jade the Protector]

"My name is Jade." She said as she stood up. "Let us get to the transport docks, city is choking the life out of its inhabitants."

 

[Rae Anne Jarrus]

"Well, it's nice to meet you Jade." she responded. When she said that the city was choking the people in it, Emma gave a slight giggle before standing up and following Jade to the transport docks.

Jade walked into one of the ships waiting and told the driver to go to Tython.

Emma followed Jade onto the ship and stayed by Jade as she had told the driver to take off. Emma found this girl to be interesting and found that she'd be a good one to get to know.

Jade smiled as she listened to the girl's heartbeat. "So, how did you end up in the city?"
