The past can bring back old demons, while the future can create new ones. When you seek answers, know that they may not be what you want to hear. When you make a choice, know there will be consequences. When you take away everything someone loved, and leave them with nothing, know that on that day, you have created a monster.

Yusanis Dar'sen was walking through streets of Nar Shaddaa, cloaked and hooded, but fully armored underneath. As a Mandalorian, he never went anywhere without a weapon or armor. As a Sith, he never took a breath without feeding some emotion. Today, that emotion was complex- he felt invigorated, yet short of breath. Fearful to continue, but hellbent on doing so. He wanted to slaughter everyone who dared look in his general direction, but none more so than himself.

He had foregone his typical robes, and instead put on a simple black cloak that reached his ankles, hood up to obscure any view of his featureless helmet that altered his voice. Although the act of sneaking like some coward made disgust roil in his gut, he had no choice. If someone found out he was a Sith, there would be many here that would want him dead. That being said, his lightsabers were clipped to his belt on both sides, but with the cloak, they went unseen. His blaster on on his thigh holster, ready and primed to be shot at a moment's notice.

Many walked these streets, unwilling to be found or noticed, and so a dark and hooded figure would draw little attention from others. Most would assume he was hired muscle, a bounty hunter or a mercenary. The thought was ironic, for as a Mandalorian, he had done a few jobs to accumulate credits for his Clan. Not only that, but an old contact, a Toydarian named Leto, owned a Cantina not far from here- Yusanis's destination. This Toydarian had him work as a bouncer and enforcer, keeping the peace in his shithole of a bar and making sure those that owed him paid their debts.

Yusanis wasn't proud of those sleazy jobs, but at the time, the credits were needed. The last job had not been a good one, and he was sure Leto was going to love seeing him after all these years. The Cantina was on the corner of a particularly bad part of the sector, next to the Red Light district. A flashing green and red neon sign rested above the double doors to the bar, saying in large, blinding letters, THE WATERHOLE. A new bouncer stood outside, a large human male ,armed with a electrostaff and pistol, that was all muscle. There was a line to get in, and loud music blasted from inside. Rain was coming down, drenching those waiting, but there was a small roof that jutted out from the wall to cover the doors and the bouncer.

Walking to the front of the line, the bouncer activated his staff and held it in front of the Sith. "Get to the back of the line, no exceptions." Yusanis leaned forward, and whispered something close to the man so as no one else could hear. The bouncer straightened up, and pushed the doors open for Yusanis. The Sith walked in, ducking his head only slightly as the doors were only 6 feet tall. As he entered, he heard groans and complaints from those outside, but he paid little mind.

The Cantina was crowded. There were dancers on stage, smoke in the air, music blasting his hearing, and the smell of sweat, sex, and booze permeated his mask. At the bar, the bartender was working with two service droids to dish out drinks at lightning speed. The bartender was a Toydarian- Leto himself. The Sith brushed past the drunk and high occupants of the building, even having to push a rather friendly human woman off of him, to make it to the barkeep. There was a rather tall and slender Rodian at the counter, talking with friends, obviously wasted. Yusanis shoved the Rodian out of the way, knocking him over and making him spill his drink on to his shirt.

The Rodian began to yell in Huttese, and reached to pull out his blaster when he finally stood. Yusanis pulled out his own, held it level with the counter, and pulled the trigger without looking, the bolt burning into the Rodian's stomach. He collapsed with a final scream of agony, and the music stopped. People stopped their festivities and a few bouncers from the corners of the room made their way towards Yusanis. Leto was flapping his wings in annoyance and said, "No one starts trouble in my cantina, get out!" He pointed to the door, as if that would make him leave.

Yusanis said, "Oh, now, why would you do that to an old friend? It's your old pal Yusanis, come to pay you a visit." There was enough venom in that last sentence to kill a rancor, but it had it's intended effect. The Toydarian froze, still in air, before calling off his boys. The bouncers stayed close, but did not move to take out the Sith. A good eight feet still separated the bouncers and the Acolyte, but that would matter little. The music came back, and people went right back to having fun in their sins, minus the friends of the Rodian. They ran out as if the world was ending.

"Y-Yusanis! Buddy! I missed you, u-uh, I thought-" The Toydarian stuttered, fearful and no longer making up drinks for those at the bar. In fact, there was now a bubble of vacancy surrounding the two.

"That I was dead? I nearly was- after you sold me out to the Hutts." Leto, after he was due to pay Yusanis a rather large sum of credits, turned the former slave in to the Hutts, reporting him to be an escape slave- which was true. A fellow Mandalorian who had too much to drink let it slip one night, and Leto had looked to collect once the contract expired rather than pay Yusanis his share. Once the Mandalorian's discovered what was going on, they came in and rescued Yusanis before he could be taken, and together they had fled the system.

"L-Look, it was business. I mean, I have to make some money, r-right? You under-"

"Cut the crap, I'm here for answers, and if you say one thing or make one move I don't like, I'll gut you here and now. Before you say anything, ask yourself this, do I look like someone who fears your buddies, or even the Hutts? Do I look like a man with anything to lose?"

Leto audibly gulped, and said, "W-What do you want to know?"

As there was trouble inside, more trouble soon came into the mix. Walking down the dirty and filthy streets of Nar Shaddaa was someone who enjoyed finding trouble. The person was dressed in a long dark red robe that cloaked her entire body. It was not uncommon to wear cloaks in these times, but it was kind of ironic to wear a cloak that drew so much attention by it's color. It was like painting one's brand new speeder bright red. No matter where you drove it, everyone would see it. The girl underneath the cloak loved attention. She craved it. She coveted it. Her name was Aubrey Fox. She was a Sith Acolyte. Fresh out of the Academy and ready to take on the world.

Aubrey had always been a loner. With her parents never around she grew up in a household filled with whatever money could buy. Clothes, jewelry, gifts; Aubrey had it all. But the thing she wanted most...had been love. Her mother was not the loving and caring type, you didn't see a whole lot of that in Sith women. Sith Crusader Erica Ra'Kul had given full custody to her father at an early age and Aubrey was lucky to see her once a year. When she showed up on her tenth birthday, Aubrey thought she was finally coming to stay. But it was her that was leaving.

Her mother flew her off to Ziost to join the Sith Academy and become a warrior as she had. Alone and abandoned, she focused on her studies and quickly became the teacher's pet. This of course secluded her from her peers and left room for bullies. But that did not stop Aubrey as she one day slayed the boy who she felt had cheated his way to the top. Thinking she'd be punished, she was surprised to find the teachers praise and approval in her actions. They rewarded her with her very own lightsaber and sent her off to learn combat.

Aubrey quickly learned how to fight and studied both the first and second forms of lightsaber combat: Shii-Cho and Makashi. She was strong with a blade and enjoyed the thrill of beating men to submission. Again she was hated by her peers, but it did not get to her. She enjoyed their hate and let it fill her with power. Then, out of the blue, her mother appeared and challenged her. Aubrey's eyes were opened that day as she noticed the distinct difference in their powers. Her mother had easily defeated her and used lightning as a form of punishment. Calling her an embarrassment, Erica left Aubrey to her shame and the two hadn't seen each other since.

When she was 18, she left the academy in search of her mother, hoping to challenge her once again and show her how far she'd come. This is what brought her to this system today. She would seek out news of her mother and send a message to the galaxy that Aubrey Fox would be a force to be reckoned with.

As she walked down the streets her eyes found a brightly lit sign and headed over. As she passed by the line of people leading to the door she was almost run over by a few Rodians who couldn't get out of there fast enough. She hissed at them, but they were too distraught. The guard at the door quickly stepped in front of Aubrey and said the same thing he said to everyone else who tried to sneak through.

"Get to the back of the line, no exceptions."

The girl in red took off her hood and showed the man her fair face and long red hair. "Surely you can make an exception for little ol' me?" As she spoke, her voice had a funny ring to it as she used some the Force to persuade him.

He suddenly moved aside and responded, "Maybe I'll make an exception."

"There's a good boy," she said as she patted him on his chest and entered into the club.

The club was packed with people and the air was full of vile things that made her want to gag. She'd never been in an adult establishment such as this and quickly regretted it. "How did people stand these things?" she thought to herself. All she could think of was her father smoking a death stick in his lounge chair as he lived out his retirement. Well, before she killed him that was.

She moved further into the bar where a scene had drawn a crowd of armed guards around a man and the bartender. She couldn't see who the man was, but his cloak suggested he was trouble. She liked trouble. Aubrey moved close enough to hear what was happening.

The armed guards were getting closer, inch by inch. Yusanis acted like he didn't care, but he was using the Force to sense their movements and to keep tabs on them. It was difficult, with the mass of life and energy all around him, but with his emotions at the level they were at...

It was obvious why the Sith used them.

"Y-Yusanis, come on, w-w-what can Leto do for you?" The toydarian stuttered, fearful- and with good reason. As a Mandalorian, Yusanis had once threw his own blaster aside while fighting off some Gamamorrean thugs only to beat them down with his bare fists. The Sith may not look it, but his physical strength was not something to laugh at. Leto knew this, and kept it in mind.

"I'm looking for Rodarch. You hired us when we came through here, many times, so I would think you might have heard something. Tell me about that, Leto." To most, Rodarch would sound like the name of some spacer, perhaps a former comrade that Yusanis wanted to see again or something. The truth was, Rodarch was a Mandalorian clan- one that was supposedly wiped out when the Imperium hunted down the Mandalorians to near extinction. A former member of clan Rodarch, Yusanis wanted to find them- or whatever was left of them- for he owed them everything. They had saved him, taught him strength and gave him glory, hope, family.

Leto's eyes were shifting from side to side, before he leaned in close, his wings flapping frantically. "Yusanis, I haven't heard from Rodarch for... what? Three years? When the Imperium hunted down the Mandalorians-"

Yusanis's anger flared and he pointed his blaster up at Leto's forehead, "I know the Imperium hunted them down. Why don't you tell me something I don't know before I burn out what little you have in that skull?"

The bouncers tried to move in at that point, but Yusanis held the blaster up higher, pressing it against Leto's head. The toydarian sputtered a command for them to stop, and they stopped in their tracks before they could reach the Sith. "C-Come on, man, I'm just trying to make a living! I don't know anything about Rodarch, I swear! Maybe one of the Mando thugs can tell you something!"

This peaked his interest, "Where are these Mandalorians?" He had no doubt they would not be of his clan, but if there were more Mandalorians nearby, then perhaps they could point him in the right direction. It was a long shot, but that was all he had to go on.

"T-They're working at the Promenade! Legitimate work, for the Hutts! They-"

Before Leto could say anymore, Yusanis pulled the trigger, and chaos ensued.

Aubrey listened in close for this very intriguing conversation. A man with a grudge. Oh she loved the excitement. Suddenly, the men moved and Aubrey reflexively held her arm at her side. She was waiting to pull out her saber, just in case. She didn't know what made her so jumpy. None of them would be after her. She relaxed for a minute and listened in once more. Mandalorians? Imperium hunters? She almost squealed with delight! This was right out of the history book for her. She remembered reading about the attack on Mandalore and how her own kind chased them across the Galaxy. They were just as bad as the Jedi. The only difference, the Jedi weren't a threat.

Someone bumped into her and she hissed at them. The man apologized and quickly moved away. "Filthy slumbag," she thought to herself. Then a blaster went off and everything changed. The men began to fire and people ran in all directions. Aubrey, thankful for her small size, moved around one of the pillars and kept out of sight.

The guards came at him, both brandishing blaster pistols of their own. Yusanis jumped over the bar and ducked just as the first volley of bolts hit the surface of the counter. Grinning under his helmet, he began to laugh like a psychopath. Oh, he loved to fight. He loved to knock someone to the ground and show them their weakness. Yusanis, above all else, loved the feeling fighting gave him.

It helped him feel powerful.

Standing, Yusanis aimed and fired, hitting the right bouncer in the chest. At this distance, kill shots would not be an issue, but Yusanis wanted more. Even as consumers scrambled to escape, screaming and even arming themselves, Yusanis didn't seem to care as he pressed a button on his left gauntlet. A long stream of flame burst forth, setting the front of the other bouncer alight in the unforgiving inferno. Patrons were not shooting randomly, some at him, others at each other. Yusanis saw someone behind a pillar and took aim.

He stopped, and ducked when a bolt soared over his head. It was a woman, he knew, he could tell that at the very least. She was cloaked, but he caught a glimpse of her face. Narrowing his eyes, he thought for a second before they widened.

Oh no, not her...

Aubrey Fox, an Acolyte famous for her high marks in the Academy. He's heard about her, even seen her a few times, but never exactly had a long chat with her. Despite only being a Sith for a few years, she had been raised one- a brutal woman, to say the least. Part of him wanted to appreciate her strength, even admire it, but there was something about her that made him uneasy...

He now began to fear how much she heard, or if she was sent here to follow him. If she was to track him for suspicious activity, then he knew he might as well kiss his ass goodbye. After all, though most did not know his species, or even what he face looked like, it was not exactly the biggest secret he had once been a Mandalorian.

Reaching out with the Force, still behind the counter, he nudged her with a Push. Nothing that would affect her, but it would be felt- kind of like someone poking her on the shoulder. He spied a back entrance behind the bar, and so made a dash for it. A few tried to shoot him, but he fired back madly, not even trying to hit them. When he was close enough, the metal door slid open to reveal a back room- probably Leto's private housing. The smell was awful, but it was out of this madhouse.

He gestured to Aubrey, telling her to get over here as quickly as possible. If she did, he would make sure she got inside, lock the door from the inside, and then ignite a lightsaber as he brandished it in his left hand, holding it up in front of her neck. "So, what are you doing here?" His words were simple, as if he were speaking to an acquaintance, but his body was coiled and ready for a fight if one came.

((OOC: Do not be offput by Yusanis's reaction, he's a bit paranoid and over-emotional at this point in time.))

As the chaos engulfed the room and the unarmed patrons scattered, Aubrey stayed where she was. She wouldn't intervene until she needed to. Part of her was aching to ignite her saber and have fun slashing the men down. She really enjoyed showing the men her power and watching that single moment when they realized how screwed they were.

Aubrey then felt a certain presence touch her. It was dark, and somehow familiar. Obviously it came from the man wearing armor. Did she know him? Why did he try to make contact with her? She turned and poked her head out around the pillar and watched him dash toward the back. As he did, he fired blindly, almost hitting her. She ducked back behind cover and watched the beam hit the back wall.

"Well that was rude," she said aloud.

Aubrey then decided now was the time to take action. Holding her wrist out she connected with the Force and undid a notch on her bicep that held her saber in place. A single-handed hilt ran down her sleeve and she caught it in her hand. She ignited the red beam and jumped out from her hiding place. The men never saw her coming.

With a spin and a slash she cut the first man down from behind. The men, being so focused on chasing Yusanis had no idea he was working with a partner, even if that wasn't the case. They tried to fire at her, but she was already too close to them. She spun and blocked one beam which reflected into one of the others. As she had spun, she cut down the one to her left. Aubrey then lunged forward and ran her blade through the man who attempted to shoot her. He cried out with a gasping breath as the life left his body. She then tossed him aside and ran for the door, shutting it behind her.

Turning suddenly she felt his saber at her neck. She cursed suddenly as she realized how foolish it was to let her guard down. For whatever reason she thought he'd be grateful she saved him.

"So, what are you doing here?" he said to her.

She responded calmly, deactivating her own saber and showing her hands, "Whoa there. No need for anyone to lose their heads. Is that any way to thank the woman who just saved your life?"

His eyes narrowed behind his helmet at her words, and he stepped back, lowering his lightsaber since she deactivated her own. He did not shut his off, however, but he decided she at least deserved to not have his in her face. Yusanis's eyes trailed her up and down, trying to gauge her, before he spoke.

"Saved me? I don't think that's exactly what happened, sweetheart, but I'm not going to argue. Now, what are you doing here? It's not everyday a two Sith just happen to enter Nar Shaddaa." He refused to lower his guard completely, as he was still suspicious of her presence, but he supposed she wasn't exactly threatening him just yet.

Yusanis kept his eyes on her as he reached out with the Force, trying to feel his way around his surroundings. This was a living room, or what could be called that, since there was a Holo-projector in front of a large couch, and two doorways that seemed to open up to a bathroom and a bedroom. The entire three roomed apartment was filthy, with stains and garbage everywhere. Leto was not the most tidy person, apparently.

"Do you know who I am, Aubrey Fox?" He asked, crossing his arms. There was blaster fire still outside, and a loud bang on the door as if someone was thrown against it on the other side. Yusanis was not worried just yet, but he knew they had to get out of here and fast. Leto had ties to the Cartel, as well as other gangs, and so it would not take long for word to get out about this little incident.

Apparently there was a small window in the bathroom, at the top of the shower and just big enough to fit a small person through. Yusanis continued to probe his surroundings with the Force, silently thanking his training with Javik when the Star Destroyer was overrun with Chiss. There was another exit, an escape hatch under the bed in the bedroom. He had a hunch that it led to the lower levels of the Red Light Sector, as that would probably be a good place to get lost in case of an attack.

Either way, they needed to get out of here.

"So, Aubrey, I have to track down some old friends. Either you can go your own way from here, or come with me. If you come, however, it's going to get chaotic, so keep that in mind." Yusanis made his way to the bedroom, and lifted the twin sized matress off the floor to reveal the hatch. "I found my exit. If you're coming, let's go. If not... I'm sure that window in the bathroom will come in handy."

She relaxed her guard when he backed up, but didn't fully trust that he wouldn't attack her at a moment's notice since he had yet to put out his saber. As such, she kept a tight grip on the one in her hand.

"Saved me? I don't think that's exactly what happened, sweetheart, but I'm not going to argue. Now, what are you doing here? It's not everyday a two Sith just happen to enter Nar Shaddaa."

"Actually," she said with a bit of a chuckle. "That's exactly what happened." Having no fear in her story, and the possibility he might even know her mother, maybe she felt she should share. "I'm here looking for my mother. I want to put the word out that I'm looking for her and everyone knows when if you want the word out you spread it through the black market."

She then realized he wasn't even paying attention to her as his mind seemed to be elsewhere. Annoyed, she crossed her arms. She was about to tell him off when he said to her, "Do you know who I am, Aubrey Fox?"

The question caught her by surprise and she was suddenly speechless. "How did he know her name?" He crossed his arms and she jumped when the door behind her shook from a small impact. "Oh yeah. People." She had forgotten they were still in danger.

"So, Aubrey, I have to track down some old friends. Either you can go your own way from here, or come with me. If you come, however, it's going to get chaotic, so keep that in mind."

Still speechless on why he knew her name, she had difficulty responding to him as he abrutly turned and went to the other room, "I...You...Wait!"

When she got to the other room he was lifting up the bed and she saw a secret hatch leading down below. "I found my exit. If you're coming, let's go. If not... I'm sure that window in the bathroom will come in handy."

She could hear the men in the other room trying to break the door down. Going on an adventure with a strange man who threatened her with a lightsaber. What could possibly go wrong?

"Me first!" she shouted as she opened the hatch and jumped down.

Yusanis was about to go down the hatch when she jumped down, yelling "Me first!" He was so shocked he actually fell backwards on to his arse as she was already sliding down. In fact, he was pretty sure he heard her go, 'whee!', as she slid down. Jumping to his feet, hearing the banging on the door to let him know someone was trying to get in, he quickly jumped down the hatch, pulling it shut behind him.

The hatch opened up to what seemed like a slide. Yusanis was yelling as he slid down, thinking this was a bad idea all the way down. It opened up to a dark alleyway, just as dirty as Leto's apartment, with nothing to break the fall but the cold floor. Yusanis hit the ground hard, landing on his feet but nearly doing a somersault from the momentum.

Looking around, he noticed that the alley opened up further on to a busy area. Walking forward, passing Aubrey, he decided to put his guard down for just a moment in order to get a good look around. Peeking his helmet and cloaked head around the corner, he saw they had been thrown on to the brothel areas. This single walkway had about four brothels out of six buildings, and the smell was so strong even Yusanis curled his lip.

"Why don't people shower here?" He complained out loud, still surveying.

He noticed a large public transportation depot on a platform at the very end of the street. They would have to walk past the whore houses, however, and hopefully avoid any of the thugs that were to be the law on the Smuggler's Moon. He honestly did not doubt that they were looking for them both. Now, Yusanis was not a man who just blatantly commit a crime, but times were dire...

"Ready to steal a speeder?"

Aubrey shrieked with delight as she found herself falling down a slide. She expected a short little fall to a sewer or something gross like that but this was so much more exciting. When she came out to the opening she used the Force to slow her movement and land without falling over herself as Yusanis almost did when he followed a moment later. She then became distinctly aware of the smell that they had found and she wrinkled her nose in disgust.

"Why don't people shower here?" He complained out loud.

She would giggle and respond in kind, "What a lovely smell you've discovered."

Again, he seemed to ignore her and she stomped her foot on the ground. She opened her mouth to finally tell him off when he spoke first, cutting her off for a second time, "Ready to steal a speeder?"

"I-......" and she stood there for a second collecting her words, mouth still open. She then let out a squeal. "Yes please!"

Yusanis was becoming aware he was cutting her off, and despite her obvious girly squeals of delight at the prospect of committing crimes, he actually felt really rude. He waved her to follow and entered the street, still cloaked, and weapons back in their places. His pace was hurried, but he did not go so fast as Aubrey to fall behind. Even though he didn't like the idea of her tagging along to face his past, he wasn't about to abandon her. He felt responsible now, even if she did try to kill him later on.

Prostitutes lined the streets, advertising themselves, while some oggled their 'wares' or moved along. Yusanis paid no mind to the men and women selling their bodies, for he did not care for love he could buy. Thinking about it, he had a small flashback to when he was a slave. There had been ten other children who he had worked with for the slimy Hutt. At night, when the guards paid little mind to them, they would give each other 'squishies'. It wasn't until later in life that a 'squishy' was actually a hug, meant to show affection, but they weren't exactly taught much while being worked to death.

To this day, he had only received two hugs his entire life. Never before had that thought actually bothered him, and the fact it did now actually made him feel stupid. His life had not been one of affection- it had been of cold, cruel reality. Shaking his head, he continued on, keeping Aubrey close. Right now, she seemed more like a fascinated and giddy girl than a Sith trying to find her mother. He didn't know whether that scared him or put him at ease.

"So... what is it you're wanting to say?" He asked, keeping his voice low, allowing the voice altering tech in his helmet to do it's work. Yusanis would listen intently, hoping to try and make things a bit more civil as they made their way to stealing a speeder.

His response to her would have to wait, for as the spoke, a group of Rodians, backed by a mixed posse of other sentient species, entered the street, all armed, on the two Sith's left. One of the Rodians pointed to Yusanis after scanning the crowded street, and without delay, the group of about eight aliens open fired on the two Sith. Yusanis had the Rodians pegged as the friends of the one he shot in the cantina.

Oops.

Drawing both of his curved hilt lightsabers, Yusanis ignited them and adopted the first stance of Soresu, using his second lightsaber instead of the handsign. He began to deflect some of the bolts away harmlessly, but knew they had to get moving or things were about to get dicey. Using careful footwork, he began to make his way past the group and towards the speeder depot. They had to get there before more thugs arrived.

Speaking of thugs, the moment he activated his lightsabers, the Hutt muscle decided that he was the bigger target, and open fired on them as well.

The two began to walk out of the alleyway and into the crowded streets. Aubrey pulled her hood back over her face once she set her saber back onto the sling she kept on her forearm. As they walked past the women trying to sell the one thing they actually had to own, she looked at them with disgust. She herself was a woman of age, and she'd been with both men and women too. But she didn't go around fornicating with whomever needed a quick fix.

"So... what is it you're wanting to say?" He asked, keeping his voice low, allowing the voice altering tech in his helmet to do it's work.

She'd already forgotten what it was she was trying to say to him so she just shrugged. "Apparently it wasn't important."

Before he could respond she suddenly had a trembling sense and rolled on the ground as several laser blasts flew over her head. She extended her arm and pulled out her saber once more, igniting the long red beam. Yusanis also pulled out his sabers and she was curious to see him fighting with two. He'd been the first person she'd seen actually using two sabers. Now she's done all the research on fighting forms and techniques, and she could probably tell him every Sith lord to ever use the same thing he was doing just now. Maybe once she had the time she'd consider making herself her own saber and using both. For now, she was content with just the one.

As the lasers came at them, Aubrey stood and blocked a few stray lasers that Yusanis missed. She was about to join him when people from their right began to fire at them as well. "Are you kidding me!?" She shouted out loud as they were caught in the crossfire. She jumped to get behind Yusanis to block his back while he guarded them from the front. He then began to move toward the depot and she edged along with him. She blocked the several beams but they were getting closer and closer as their accuracy caught up with them. "We need to make a run for it!" she called over her shoulder. She was good at blocking lasers, but he would have it easier since he had two swords compared to her one.

Yusanis felt her react and move to cover his back, as he was preoccupied on the left. Back's nearly touching, they deflected bolt after bolt as they moved towards the speeder depot. He heard her call over her shoulder, "We need to make a run for it!" Yusanis nodded, and yelled over the sounds of combat.

"On three, use the Force to increase your speed. One... Two... THREE!" Yusanis kept his sabers active, but lowered them to create a burst a speed that would not be obscured by his weapons. Calling upon the Force heavily, he let the energy circle his body and pierce his muscles and mind, flowing through him. The burst of speed caught the shooters off guard, and for a moment they fired upon each other, taking a few out without the Sith doing a thing.

Ahead, the speeder depot was being locked down. A ray shield came up, fencing in the area, but not covering the top. It would keep out petty thieves or riffraff, but not Sith.

Yusanis deactivated his right lightsaber, clipping it to his belt, before he offered his hand to Aubrey. His plan was to use their speed and his strength to throw her over the fence, in order to begin the assault on the droids and lone security officer inside. The droids were harmless, he suspected, merely there to conduct business as workers, but the security officer was another matter. He was big, ugly, and had a heavy repeater as big as his body.

Maybe he was compensating?

Whether or not Aubrey took his hand and was thrown, Yusanis would reach the gate and jump with the aid of the Force in order to get inside, making his way towards one of the droids who was trying to hobble away with a keycard in it's grip.

"On three, use the Force to increase your speed. One... Two... THREE!"

Aubrey let out a scream as she prepared herself for what she was doing and charged at the gate. She let the Force push her body to its limit and flow through her, giving her energy to go even further and faster. They were like two red blurs from the light of their sabers trailing behind them. She saw him pull his saber back and then offer his hand. "Oh dear," she thought as she realized what he was about to do. But she took it anyway and let him toss her forward. For a second she felt like she was flying until gravity caught up and she was falling back down once more.

She landed on the other side of the gate with a roll and got to her feet; her saber slashed against the ground leaving lovely red burn trails as it did. Aubrey got up and held her saber at the ready stance as she waited for Yusanis to catch up. She no longer worried about the people shooting her from behind, the shield would easily block those. The guards thankfully didn't shoot at her right away, instead tried to threaten her to drop her weapon. This was just sad. They actually thought she'd surrender. Aubrey laughed and spun her saber in her hand as she ran at them. They shot at her, but she was too quick.

The guards were not trained by any means and she doubted they ever fired blasters in their life. Still, something in her told her not to cut them down since they were only doing their job. Did that make her weak? She wouldn't think about it. Aubrey used her saber to cut their guns and knock them out with a kick or a well placed push from the Force. There were only a few, so it didn't take long. Soon she looked for Yusanis and saw him chasing a little droid. She rolled her eyes and went to the door waiting for him.

Yusanis caught up to the droid, and without even thinking, he slashed it in half. The droid gave out a little scream and fell, allowing Yusanis to snatch the key from it's sparking, robotic corpse. Card in hand, he noticed she had taken care of security. His eyebrows raised in mild surprise. Once again, she proved she could handle herself.

The Sith walked to the door to the speeder's storage area. When not in use, they were taken to this building to be parked and locked up so no one stole them. Smiling under his helmet, he swiped the keycard through the locking system and the metal doors unlocked, swinging open. Yusanis gestured for Aubrey to go in, "Ladies first."

The lights burst to life above their heads, revealing three identical models of speeders. All were four-seaters, sleek, and one solid color. From left to right, it went yellow, red, and green. The Sith made his way towards the desk at the back of the large, spacious room. He was sure the keys to the speeders would be there. Sure enough, there was a white, plasteel footlocker with automated locks that would only open for someone after it analyzed their fingerprint.

Yusanis sliced around the lock, chucking the partially molten piece of metal aside as he said, "Pick whichever floats your freighter, either way, we're going. Oh, and I'm driving."

Making his way towards Aubrey's choice of speeder, he would sit in the driver's seat, use the data-chit that served as the speeder's keys, and get it airborne. The doors they came in through were also used to move the speeders in or out, so they would have no problem getting through. With that, they would fly out of the depot and into the open air of Nar Shaddaa's tallest buildings in order to make their way towards their next destination.

The Promenade.

"Ladies first," he said to her with a small bow.

She nodded her head in thanks and entered. As the lights came on she squinted a little as her eyes adjusted and then looked at the speeders. "Ooohhhh," she said with a little fancy whistle at the end. She ran over to the first one, yellow and ran her hand across the metal. "I want them all," she thought to herself. The worst part was, with her family's money....she probably could.

"Pick whichever floats your freighter, either way, we're going. Oh, and I'm driving."

"What?!" she said in protest. She grumbled to herself and kicked the edge of the speeder with her boot, leaving nothing but a scuff mark. Aubrey then moved over to the red car and began to take off her robe.

[floatleft]http://i.imgur.com/l2S7xZH.jpg?1[/floatleft]She was wearing a red leather top that ended at her midriff and crossed along her sides with lace and string. Around her right forearm was a leather band of the same material that held her one-handed lightsaber. Her legs were covered in brown, skintight pants that were covered up by laced-up boots.

"Well I am partial to red," she ended up responding to him as she hoped over the frame and got in the passenger seat. She could deal with him driving. She enjoyed the thrill of going fast, but being driven around had its perks too. Once he got in she gave him a smile and tucked her cloak in her lap so it wouldn't fly off. "So where we going?"

Yusanis had the speeder going near maximum speed, trying to avoid doing into opposite air lanes as they raced through the skies. The wind tore his hood down, revealing his metal helmet completely. His armorweave underneath his armor would show no skin, no indication of species. He only had his right arm on the steering wheel, the left rested on the side of the speeder, giving the impression he was relaxed despite the incredible speeds.

His lightsaber, deactivated, was still in the grip of his left hand, but he wasn't about to let it go.

"I need to go to the Promenade, a... peaceful part of Nar Shaddaa. The Hutts pay good money to keep it controlled, to bring in tourists and not just the normal scum. Working casino, cantina, and hotels- it's a gambler's paradise. I'm not going there to gamble and drink, however, I need to find some people. A couple of Mandalorians working there as security."

Yusanis let that sink in before he said, "If you're looking to spread the word to your mother that you're here, I'm sure that'll be a good place to cause the chaos needed. Like I said, it's a tourist trap- and everyone knows tourists record everything they do when on vacation."

A speeder was not paying attention, and heading right for them in a head on collision. Yusanis pushed on the steering, and their speeder began a steep downward descent. Picking up even more speed and feeling like his stomach was in his brain, Yusanis let the speeder spiral downwards before taking control again and cutting a sharp right, flying between two cargo speeders as they went about their business. Leveling out, Yusanis slowed down only a bit before beginning to circle around to find another area within the Red Light Sector.

Looking at Aubrey, he was trying to gauge her. She was acting like an excited thrill-seeker, not the girl he's heard rumors about. He supposed that was best right now- for the last thing he needed right now was a saber at his throat while driving. The Sith did notice her outfit, however, and despite his past and determination to reach his goal here on the Smuggler's Moon, he could not deny she was attractive. He turned his attention back to driving, so they didn't die horribly.

In a few minutes they were reach their destination.

Aubrey kept a tight grip on her cloak as the wind flew her hair all over the place. She constantly kept brushing the hair out of her eyes, but she was enjoyinfg the feeling of having the wind in her face. Even though they were going at dangerous and idiotic speeds, Aubrey barely seemed to notice. It wasn't that she trusted him or anything, well...she had to a little, it was mostly because of their reaction times that everything just kind of worked. She knew she was in no danger.

Hearing him bring up the Mandalorians again it only peeked her interest. She turned to look at his helmet and took note of the designs and markings he wore. He was obviously a part of their clan, or maybe it was as simple as he stole one of their armor. That didn't seem like the case though.

"So who-" she was about to ask, being cut off by him again. They had horrible communication.

"If you're looking to spread the word to your mother that you're here, I'm sure that'll be a good place to cause the chaos needed. Like I said, it's a tourist trap- and everyone knows tourists record everything they do when on vacation."

She smirked at that idea and imagined the entire population spreading videos of her making a scene and blowing up the hotels. She wouldn't do it of course. She didn't want to screw with the Hutts. The Sith would not come and bail her out of trouble. She then looked up and saw the speeder heading right for them.

"Uh.....Yusan?"

But he was on top of it and took the speeder into a quick dive. She held onto the edge of the dash and laughed as they fell. She screamed in excitement and when he leveled out she continued to laugh as she came down from the temporary rush.

"Wow that was fun!" she said and fixed her hair once more. "Maybe just a little more warning next time."

As the flew, he noticed he had cut her off again. He wanted to face palm, but was not about to take his eyes off his flying. Yusanis also caught her trying to use his name. Perhaps she did know who he was, after all. When she asked for a warning next time, he chuckled. Part of him was actually beginning to like her.

"My name is Yusanis. That was my name given to me long ago, so you can call me that." He saw the Promenade up ahead, lighting up like beacon in the distance. It was mostly a combination of pinks, yellows, and purples, but what it looked like didn't matter. No, he was here to find the Mandalorians who kept this place safe and under control. Looking over the side, he tried to spy a more secluded landing pad, as the bigger, more populated ones had much more security and no doubt heard of two lightsaber wielding maniacs stealing a speeder not far from here.

There was a single, circular landing pad off to the side of the main entrance to the casino area. Only two other speeders were parked there, and not many people were around. Slowing down, and descending at a reasonable pace, he parked in an open spot before jumping out, offering his hand to Aubrey to use as she jumped out. Former slave, Mandalorian, Sith- none of these were no excuse not to be a gentleman.

He put his weapon away just as he docking officer arrived. This officer, a Deveronian, wrote down the model number and name of the owner to prevent thefts. He looked pissed off today, and so when he asked for their names, Yusanis produced a rather large credit chit and placed it on the alien's datapad. "Forget the names and the model number. We're just two sibling tourists."

The alien looked at the chit for a second before pocketing it, writing something down on his datapad, and saying, "Welcome to the Promenade, Mr. & Miss Zethan."

Yusanis's eyebrow perked at the name picked out, it sounded like someone was wasted and trying to speak Huttese. With a sigh, he cracked his neck and looked towards the vast, glowing thing that combined all attractions into one giant station. The Zabrak Sith began to walk towards it, hoping to make this quick. He'd never been to this place before, and was concerned about getting lost in this tourist trap. With Aubrey here, however, he was sure she would keep them on their present course...

Or perhaps cause more chaos than the bar fight.

As they got to the landing zone he quickly climbed out and she began to put her robe back on. He was then next to her offering a hand to which she smiled and took it. Maybe this guy wasn't so bad after all. She appreciated when a man wasn't acting like a total animal. She climbed out of the speeder and finished covering herself up. When the officer came she stayed silent, letting Yusanis pay the front.

Keeping up the illusion, she moved closer and wrapped her arm around 'her brother' and began to walk into the busier sections of the Promenade. She would stay quiet unless he said something to her, and looked around curiously. Everything was so bright and alive. Part of her wanted to stay here forever.
