I like this. Angus and Arkon bonded through their exile and criminal connections, a bond that encouraged Angus to erase the database recording the bounty on Arkon's head and giving him a new future. A bond that was broken when Arkon pursued a life dedicated to the Sith, something Angus could not agree with but at the same time could not hate him for. This would probably make Angus and Arkon have a relationship of animosity, mostly because they are foes on the battlefield, but with more intricacies. We should definitely work something out by having them meet again in RP. He'd be Angus, of the Bounty Hunter's Guild.

Yes! That sounds great, actually. It's not a "I want to kill you" hate, there's still respect, but they sure aren't pals anymore.

How are they enemies in battle, though? I'll have Angus be pretty skeptical about the Jedi/Sith differentiation, as in not viewing Jedi as a synonym of good, so, while he most definitely doesn't agree with Arkon's decision, it's not like he sees him as a threat to the galaxy. At least not in the beginning.

@Haro The relationship scheme provided does not leave room for neutral relations. Additionally, while Angus does not see Arkon as a threat, Arkon's own world views have been twisted to serve only the purposes of the dark lords, and if Angus is not with Arkon, then he is his enemy. The classic Sith paradigm. That said, animosity would not straight up lead to violence, Arkon would respect Angus well enough to have a conversation, allow Angus to arm himself, or some other courtesy.

I'm interested! My planned character, Sevarin Telluria, is a sith conflicted between both sides of the force, so it isn't entirely outlandish that he might know some Jedi.

Since we do plan on having our characters run into each other, I thought it would be cool to have them connected in this if you are interested. Basically, I can see Charon admiring Gaius' for his expansive trade network (the publicly known one) and the potential for some of that wealth to rub off on Zeltros if they ever work together on expanding trade in the rims. So I guess right now it would be something like neutral admiration.

The three will be pretty much start out the timeline by running into each other. Elana will be hiring Dyson to deliver a package for her to the outer rim, with her in tow, while Gil comes along as muscle. Basically, the three will start out as acquaintances.

You've probably noticed that my characters both have the same last name, and that is because Charon is Dyson's mother. She sent her low-life son off planet so he can "make an honest living" when in all reality it is to keep scandals he might cause as far away from her as possible. Because of that, as well as years of neglect and misunderstanding, the two have developed quite a bit of animosity between them. So it would be cool if you could connect the two as well!

EDIT: Oh and anyone interested in connections should feel free to go ahead and approach me! My senator needs more of those anyway.

Sure, I'm fine with it. And I hope it doesn't come to that, as I'm not too fond of it, but how does PvP even work with two people using guns? Whoever shoots first, well, wins, right? Just wondering, really, as I have never seen a thread of that situation.

Could have been employed by Nor'baal the Hutt (@Nor'baal) in his later career as an accountant. They might have less friendly view (read hostility) of each other.
Might have encountered Norro Tanwa or C6-G3 (@TWD26) during his time in the outer rim and they might have gotten along just fine. Alternatively, either has pursued Decim for a bounty on his head by one of the Hutts.

@Fen Vel Yes! That could actually be a very interesting dynamic, considering her son will be gallivanting around the stars as a smuggler. The fact that she might be friends with the HORN, and maybe interviewed by it, becomes even more interesting considering Dyson will be listening to and be a big fan of the HORN, he might even float in a weather report or story if he doesn't have bounty hunters or those dang sector ranger do-gooders on his tail. Just imagine how awkward it would be to have Charon and Dyson both scheduled on the same show.
