DESCRIPTION
The 21-B Locust is a relatively low-cost speeder bike - also known as a "jumpspeeder" - produced by the Roche Machines corporation specifically for the Sith Empire. One of the company's more popular offerings, the Locust is a zippy, reliable model, well used by customers on many worlds. It inherits its name from its profile, which greatly resembles a springing insect with its bent forward stabilizers and trailing rear struts.
As far as stock amenities, the Locust offers little to surprise a potential customer, although factory options include an entertainment deck, navigation system, integrated comlink and a climate-controlled seat. Built primarily to carry its pilot only, a single passenger can theoretically slip onto the same seat behind them, but this arrangement is cramped and precarious. The vehicles is also able to carry up to 50 kilograms of cargo. Top speed is around 240 kph, with max altitude being about 5 meters.
