Mygeeto, a planet that was part of the Sith Empire. That was all Kes needed to know as he prepared to go in the shuttle to embark on his mission. From what he was told, he would be participating with some other students and perhaps a Crusader but honestly, Kes didn't care, he wanted to finish this misison quickly as possible. According to the briefing, the Planet Governor was requesting aid as some guerrillas were causing havoc within the planet. How dare they show disloyalty to the Sith Empire he thought. It was a stupid move. That was all that he needed to think of their disloyalty. While he admired their bravery, he wanted to kill them. Kes looked at the possibilities of this mission. Perhaps he would gain some prestige in this mission or maybe some tactics on how guerillas operate for future references. He didn't really know what could come out of it but he was getting their alive and he wasn't going to get his arm cut. That was a promise he made to himself and he intended on keeping it.

As usual, Kes gave a nod toward the pilot giving him an order to travel to Mygeeto. Their had a checkpoint and that was supports to be the garrison in Mygeeto. Kes needed to kill the rebels. It would prove the fact that the rebels can be killed. The guerilla force in Mygeeto was weak, pathetic, and it was only a local force but it needed to be killed before it was a future threat toward the Sith Empire. As he reached Korribian orbit, Kes meditated muttering the Sith Code in Mandalorian.

Soon they jumped into hyperspace and within a few minutes they were in Mygeeto orbit on their way toward the garrison in Mygeeto. As they desended toward orbit, Kes wondered how this lightsabers would prove useful. He was proud of himself, proud that he got lightsabers from the other acolyte who was weak, who was a novice compared to him. Kes would show the acolytes in the academy he was a force to be feared with in this misison.

As they landed in the local garrison, the exit of the shuttle opened with Imperial soldiers giving Kes a respectful salute for an acolyte. They stated that they were to go toward the briefing room to be given more information in the current situation such as the guerilla tactics, etc. Kes then went to the briefing room waiting for his fellow Sith.

As in any war, there were groups that refused to believe they had lost. These misguided soldiers thought that if they fought long enough and won man small, phyrric victories, the Imperium would give up. Mygeeto would be a lesson on how wrong that line of thinking was. It was a bold move, Mygeeto had vast mineral wealth, and "liberating" it would put a dent in the sector's economy. The retaliation would be swift and harsh, and the planet would fall under Imperial control once again. Rook had seen that several Acolytes had volunteered to deal with the rebels. In the interest of not letting a handful of inexperienced acolytes bungle a mission, Rook decided to go with.

The white paper cone that the garrison mess hall claimed were cups vanished into the wookiee's large hand as he crumpled it into a tiny ball and dumped it in the recycler. He was aware of some of the murmurings of the off-duty soldiers, a visit by the Sith was very rarely a social call, and his formidable stature only gave them more to talk about. He stood, and made his way down the hall to the briefing room. Another acolyte was already there, and Rook growled a greeting as he stood near a holoprojector, the blues from the images reflecting off his brand-new armor.

Another mission another chance to prove himself, Magrektor thought to himself as he left his machines on Korriban. The trip through hyperspace took several days, in the meantime Magrektor assorted his arsenal. He layed out his weaponry in front of him while he meditated on the mysteries of the machine spirit. He slowly picked up his slugthrower. Yes, he thought to himself as he placed the weapon in his dufflebag. This would allow him to go against force users with relative ease, its silencer attachment made utilizing stealth, thousands of times easier not being to thrilled to be put on the front lines going against heavily armed soldiers.

Other than the norm, being his blaster pistol, combat knife, jet boots, and grenades he was set to go. He was fiddling with one of his contraptions when the ship captain messaged him on his datapad once he entered the planets orbit. He geared up, throwing the dufflebag behind his back as he exited the imperial shuttle. As he exited the shuttle he took his sweet time to take in all the history of this planet. Through his gas mask he saw the limitless potential this planet would give to the empire if these silly guerrillas weren't trying to take it for themselves.

Magrektor entered the briefing room taking notice of the Wookie and the human. Being himself he positioned himself in the back of the briefing room sitting on a chair backways forward, preparing to hear what was needed to say.

Xivilli loved space travel. He felt ecstatic every time he was on a ship, and repeatedly surprised the pilot with his knowledge of vessels, since it is the stereotype of the Sith that they are all mindless brutes, bred for war... only half of that was true, however.

The Pureblood, when they touched down, walked off the ship and double-checked his gear. Durasteel chest piece, pauldrons, thigh guards, gauntlets, and boots. Armorweaved outfit underneath, mostly black, and on his belt were his two signature curved hilt lightsabers. The Acolyte stretched and popped his neck, he was ready. Keeping a calm expression, the Pureblood let no true emotion leak through his features. If anyone knew how excited he was to kill the rebels, then they might think less of him.

Besides, he was trying curb his own recklessness.

Entering the briefing room last, he felt slightly worried he might've been late, but smiled when it seemed like nothing had started just yet. He nodded to Kes, and then bowed to the two unfamiliar Sith in the room before leaning against the wall, crossing his arms, and waiting for the fun to begin.

Kes saw as 2 other acolytes arrived toward Mygeeto in preparatino for the mission. He noticed a species that he was unfamiliar with, a Pureblood he believed was called Xivili and someone who had a strong presence within the force, one of a Crusader. He was at least happy that he got to kill people. This was good enough for him and hopefully it would increase his prestige within the academy,

The military commander cleared his throat indicating that he would give a status on Mygeeto

"The planet of Mygeeto is one of strategic importance to the Empire due to its minerals. We have conquered this planet but rebellious people that the Empire is to powerful to be defeated. A local insurgency has sprung up although we believe it has no connection toward the Jedi or any other rebellious forces. This worries us as the government has requested Imperial forces to deal with this mater. Intelligence suggests that the local population might now something and we have established a location that would be in our interest to investigate. It is a small village in Mygeeto that may at least have useful information although beware the travelling toward that village is dangerous as Mygeeto is a desert like planet which allows the perfect time for a surprise attack(I am not familiar with the terrain so I apologize). Any volunteers?" We require 2 people

Kes looked at the other acolytes and nodded at the commander indicating that he would participate in going to the village. He awaited the other Sith's response.

"I'll go, why not?" Xivilli asked, stepping forward with his arms behind his back in an officer like stance. "If this is our first lead to the heart of this evil, then I shall go with, even if it is to ensure this entire group remains alive. Two Sith are more powerful than one, after all."

The Commander and several troopers behind him stood on the frozen platform waiting for the two Sith to join him. His breath rolls out of his mouth as the icy wind whisks it away into the distance where it dissipates and disappears. It pleases him that the Acolytes indeed decided to assist them after all. He thought it rather unnecessary for the Sith to join him in rooting out the rebellion, though any extra help wouldn't be turned away. all he had to worry about was whether they would follow his orders or simply go off and do their own thing. He was in no mood, nor position to baby sit.

The Commander hopped into an 2M Saber class Repulser Tank behind him, followed by four other troopers. The other three troopers hopped onto hover bikes leaving two behind for the Acolytes should they feel that they need them. The Commander knew the trip would be a bit of a ways from the landing pad, though he expects that he doesn't need to tell the Acolytes, because as was said before, he doesn't intend to babysit anyone.

These trips out to the smaller towns didn't usually have much action as far as ambushed went, though it was always good to be prepared. You simply never know what to expect, and with the Rebels, he needs to make sure he takes out as much resistance as possible. Previous ambushes on him went successful, though this was because he never brought the heavier equipment such as the tank. That, and the presence of the Acolytes should be able to easily crush any resistance. He curses the fact that he was given such a small patrol for the trip out to the town, and because of his purpose being to root out any signs of the resistance's members or location, he expects there to be trouble.

Keeping his head out of the top of the tank as they traversed the landscape, he lets a cigarette hang out of his mouth. He knows them to be bad for his health, though his extended career in the military allows him some sort of luxury, and the cigarette is only something to keep him occupied before some rebel group blows him to smithereens.

The cool air against his face cools it and it dries into an icy mold of what his face looks like though the frost that builds in his beard is easily brushed off with a sinlge stroke of his hand in-between taking puffs of his cigarette. Something catches his eye on the road ahead of them as they speed toward it. He gives the order to halt the approach with a fist flying into the air.

He steps down into the road and realizes what he's looking at. With recognition, he looks around the landscape to find nothing, which surprises him, but everything about the situation screams ambush. He swings the blaster from his back into a ready position as he heads back to the tank.

"An IED," he grumbles through his still lit cigarette as he approaches the convoy. He flicks his cigarette at eh partially buried explosive. IT was barely hidden, and it made him think it was only recently buried there. That means they were almost certain to see some action soon. The cigarette lands on the explosive, though without allowing it to rest, the explosive goes off, triggering a war cry where several armed Rebels dressed in all white emerge from the icy sides of the road.

Their blasters are white, and their clothing explains how they hadn't been seen, "Guerrillas," the Commander grumble to himself as he begins to shoot. he needn't give the order of what is obvious. Take them out, though he expects them to leave at least one survivor. Anyone they can keep alive would prove to benefit them in finding the source of the rebels.

Dozens of rebels pop out of the snow awaiting the signal of the IED going off. They would jump up to rip apart the rest of what is left of the convoy. They'd done it several times before with great success and their success was drawn by their use of guerrilla warfare. Their protests had gone unheard and they merely wanted the Empire to leave them live their lives in peace, and without the terrorization they leave them. Too many times have the citizens of Mygeeto been forced to give their food, money, and even their men to serve the causes of the Empire. What more can the want, though the question was moot. They are forced to fight back, and nothing can stop the momentum they've made against the scores of speeder riding troopers they've already taken out.

The guerrilla tactics they've utilized help to save many men form dying in a direct assault where they'd almost certainly be outmatched. The rebel man pops out of the snow next to the young men beside him who were merely 15 and 17 years old. The men in their village were rather scarce and they were forced to recruit the youngest of the men to help their cause. It was almost impossible to keep the enthusiastic men from joining the cause. They fight for what they believe in right?
