Nicolas Borisov and he is in charge of the escort ship, the Pekham. The formerly escorted ship is the freighter which is under the control of the pirates.

Can I join? My character is Vilxi Okaxer.

Probably, if you're from the republic, then you would be on his ship, if you're anything else, either with me or the pirates.
