Trychaj hated Tatooine, truly he did. He was sure there were other places he'd hate just as much but that didn't really dim down the annoyance he had with the place. It was one giant dustball with a hot sun, more hot sun, smugglers, thieves, slavers and boy did he hate slavers, rival mercs, Tuskan raiders who hated everybody even other Tuskans and... and he wasn't really sure what he was forgetting here.....
Still, being that the Merc was in the area, his Vorantikus slung on his back as he sat about the Cantina waiting for his contact, he had to remind himself he accepted this job while he was temporarily stuck on this planet. Oh it wasn't like he couldn't leave, his ship was alright and he had docked here as a reprieve from the lonlely void of space and to restock. Of course while he was here he had to earn credits, and his nosying around earned him knowledge that Czerka needed some muscle to deliver guns to some gang operating in some fort not far from Mos Espa.
Honestly he'd prefer a job to clear some Tuskans out of their tents or crush some other gangers, but beggars can't be choosers and he was in need of some credits to his name. So again here he was; stuck in some cantina with some drink he didn't care to name. waiting for a contact and apparently a couple of Karks to help him get this damned op on the road.
He knew at least one of them to be the fella driving the Speeder Truck carrying the goods, the other.... its a blank, but that was a risk you take being a lone merc. Scowling he pickedup his drink and swug it down in one go. Gods he should have stayed on Nal Hutta, but noooo he just had to uproot himself cuz he didn't want to be tied down on the Farkled world.
"Shows what I kriffin' know, here I am on some druk planet doin' some two bit job" 'Course if he did it right it might mean more jobs with Czerka, maybe even employment with 'em. But he had a bad feelin' that this job wouldn't be so easy.
Oh well, all he had to do was do it... hopefully his 'co-workers' shared a similar mindset.
