BIOGRAPHY
Serga Shani grew up under her parents’ wealthy life as ambassadors to the Republic for their homeworld. She was often accustomed to luxurious commodities and had a better life than most Zabrak back on Iridonia. She still held a value for common folk, and had many childhood friends of lower citizenship.
It was not until she turned ten that her parents found her natural ability in the force. When receiving a gift for her birthday, she was frustrated that it wasn’t what she’d originally wanted, and threw it across the room with her mind. Her parents, both shocked and in awe at this immediately contacted the Jedi Order. Serga was soon sent to train her in her abilities, and to get her emotions under control.
Ten years later, Serga had formed a few too close attachments (for the Jedi code that is), and gone against some of the Jedi’s philosophies. She'd had a few sexual exchanges in secret that would go unnoticed for a while. Not long after earning the rank of Jedi Knight, her master began to see that her ways were diverting from the Order’s. While she held up their basic principles and beliefs, and never gave into the dark side, she let her emotions guide her actions in many cases and denied that the Jedi should remain exclusively peacekeepers.
Not long after falling out with a close friend, who was another Jedi, her master reported her actions, including her risque endeavors to the council. Serga's emotions got ahead of her and she lashed out at her master. After a month of discussion, the council ultimately decided to take her lightsaber, deciding she should meditate on her actions before returning to her rank. She grew angry at the council about this, and in a fit of rage, added upon her distaste in the Order's philosophies, and her master's tattle-tailing, decided to denounce the order and leave.
Today she lives on her own, traveling the galaxy looking for occupation. She also carries out the typical duties of a Jedi and still follows their basic principles and morals. Not long after leaving the order, she’d learned that her parents were doing some diplomatic work for the Republic of Serenno before they disappeared. She set out immediately to find them. Wanderlust would take her many places on the way, however.

Serga, having been raised by senators had very good social skills. Her speech patterns are usually clear and didn’t often include slang. Serga while compassionate can also be very witty and sarcastic. She makes sure she has a good balance of jokes and seriousness. She doesn't give a crap when it comes to inconveniences and difficulties. She made many friendships in her time as a Jedi, but after leaving, seeing as her only companion is a droid, she tends to be depressed in such manners. She longs to make new friends and meet new people to help along on her journey.
While a very compassionate person, Serga isn't without flaws. One of the major factors in her exile from the Order was her weak will to the whims of her emotions. She let anger, sadness, happiness and love guide her actions far too often for a Jedi. Often she can come off as reckless and dumb, but she tries to control herself.

Melee:
She is skilled with her lightsaber staff, and can wield almost any type of saber. She is training in Shii-Cho and Soresu.
Charisma:
She’s a very compassionate, charismatic person. She’s proven to be a good leader, and her good mood can lift almost any spirit.
Medical Knowledge:
While she heals mostly with the force, she has a good knowledge of medical procedures and medicines.
Acrobatics:
She goes on parkour runs every morning, and exercises her focus in force acrobatics.
Intelligence:
Being daughter to two Senators, her education was fair. Her base language is Zabraki, and can fluently speak Galactic Basic.
Piloting:
She can navigate hyperspace on her own, and land/dock her ship, but nothing above that.
Technology:
She’d rather rely on her instincts and force abilities to accomplish goals rather than tech, but she can use the general things.
Marksmanship:
She can aim and pull the trigger but that’s about it.
Stealth & Espionage:
She’s not the best.

Why would a Jedi need engineering skills?
Force Powers:
Telekinesis: Very Skilled
Being her first skill learned in the force, Serga is quite adept with moving things with the force. The heaviest thing she can currently lift is a typical land speeder/taxi.
Healing: Moderately Skilled
Serga being a very compassionate person desired to learn the ways of healing in the force. She’d trained with a few masters in this area, and is still learning. The most she can heal is a major cut (deep gashes and long scars).
Acrobatics: Slightly Skilled
Serga was often in the fight against the Exiles, and therefore needed some evasive skills for combat. She took it upon herself to practice acrobatics in the force, and goes on parkour runs every morning.
