(ooc: I've just gone through too many rp forum's with god-modding that I shun anything that has similair direction to God-modding)

Othalis sat back and smiled, she was currently wizzing through hyperspace to a nice little planet in the core, the word on her head hadn't spread to the core from the mid-rim yet so that was her best bet of survival...and some work.

Suddenly the monitor before began to flash red, sending red against the shiny steel walls around her. It had detected an anomylie upon her person that she wouldn't be able to notice. She quickly ran to the med-bay near the cockpit, she did a full scan to detect exactly where it was.

It appeared to be situated around the right of her lower back area.

She cursed out loud. ''Darn bounty hunter's'' she muttered.

She quickly removed it and ran it through a scan. The medical bay was filled with medical items left behind by the dead. The dead that where made that way by the buisness end of Othalis's blaster rifle.

What? It's not like they needed to use it anymore, she thought.

A blue monitor in the central panel flashed blue, indicating it had found something. It was some skin tissue, the tracking device was a sharp object so may have pierced the user's skin when it through the device upon her.

It would take a great deal of time with such a microscopic sample, so Othalis left the Med-bay active and returned to the cockpit, soon she would be at her destination.

((Ah...it does happen. Just don't call me a godmodder again lol. Have you actually destroyed the tracer or turned it off? I'm assuming you have. Are you actually still going to Coruscant?))

Relaxed in her small ship, Aisha was stirred from her meditations by a low beep. She looked at the panel and saw on the data screen the light of her tracer blink out. Damn, she's found it. She reached into the Force and tried to find her imprint...but as she was not Force sensitive that was difficult. She found nothing helpful. But the hunt was not over, not yet by a long shot. She still had the correct hyperspace bearing and could narrow her search down to one system at least...and she had tracked with slimmer odds before. She just hoped that Othalis would be stupid enough to attract her attention before she did another hunter's.

A monitor sprang to life at the back of the Othala. A communication beacon had beeen picked up by the ship's long range sensor's. The message sounded throughout the ship.

''Well spit on my foot and call me a toydarian! Is that the Othala I see before me!'' shouted a loud mouthed individual. The voice appeared to be that of a correlian male, judging by his accent and use of galactic basic.

Othalis appeared before the monitor, wearing nothing but a scandlous skimpy black silky dress that barely covered her knee's...and everything else.

''Ah...you'' said Othalis softly to the monitor.

''Don't remember your old pal Malcom? Come on! You broke me out of that rock of a prison!-''

''As I recall Mal, I broke out and you followed me..what are you doing in deepspace anyway?'' said Othalis.

''Well....a friend of mine..a bothan said you where leaving for the core. And I know your route's. Due to some intel from my contact's in the mid-rim. The thing is Alis...can i call you Alis?-''

''Get to the point ..Malcom'' interjected Alis.

''I've got a job for you, just get to Ator as soon as possible. Meet me in ''The shaky Toydarian'' club in the deep sector's. Ask for a guy named Suif at the bar, he'll give you the job.''

Othalis immeidately shut off the monitor and went the cockpit.

''Ator it is..thanks mal'' she whispered.

Aisha dozed as the ship zoomed through hyperspace. When she had followed the bound she had looked at the nav computer and it said they were approaching a planet called Ator. She had never been there and had skim read a short file on it. Just another city world, she thought. All spaceports started to look alike after a while. She would find her way around. She could see a speck in the distance as she came out of hyperspace, opening her eyes wide. She would bet her lightsaber that that was Othalis...there were no other ships about. She eased the ship toward the speck on the planet, trying to stay close enough to see it but hoping she would go unnoticed.

Othalis exited the med-bay, a datpad in hand. The results of the test had came back and she now knew exactly who was tracking her. She didn't even have to check the database. The skin had a red pigmentation...and was Zeltron.

----Sudden Flash Back to Coronet----

''Well hello there...you draw quite an audience..'' whispered Othalis.

"I hadn't notice,"said Aisha sweetly, "and you are?"

-------Flashback Ends-------

''That bitch!'' cursed Alis.

The ship began to rock and the onboard computer signalled that they where beginning the descent to the space port. Alis strapped herself into the pilot seat of the cockpit and prepped for landing.

It was nightfall here too.

((She's a Zeltron not a twi'lek ))

Aisha guided her ship down carefully, following the ship she now recognised as the one Othalis had taken off it to a large space port. The spaceport had a number of landing bays, but Aisha chose one near to her quarry's, but not too near. She exited her ship, alone, wearing a black cloak for the cold and put a hood up to leave her face in shadow. She busied herself talking to a merchant, but her eyes were focused on the ship she thought was Othalis'.

Othalis exited her ship. She moved quickly, knowing that the Zeltron who had placed the tracking device had to be one of experienced calibur. And so could be watching her every move. She rapped her long black leather jacket around her, also putting up it's hood.

Her eye's glowed bright blue, giving off the effect of some kind of enhancement to her vision. Most liklely an adjustment to her basic Umbaran trait's.

She wove in and out of the crowded spaceport, the night was cold and the sky filled with stars, and moving light's, most likely space stations and ships.

Ator was much like coruscant, with wider street's and the lighting and atmosphere had a violent-blue hue to it. All kinds of life roamed the planet, many on different forms of transport, be it hoverboards or speeder's.

She made her way to a paticular place, hoping to be there at a paticular time, to meet a toydarian friend of her's named Falthia.

Aisha saw the hooded girl step out of the ship. In the distance she saw glinting blue eyes, and it unsettled Aisha. She had seen a lot of strange species and all she could relate that to were the odd Umbarans, but Othalis was not bald or amazinfly pale, unless she wore a wig and a lot of fake tan. She watched her leave and decided, rather than risk losing her in the crowd, to head to the space port cantina. She sat in the corner, sipping a vert strong short, routinely disippating the alcohol before it entered her blood with the Force and absent mindedly fiddling with the straw. She could see out of the window and waited for Othalis to return to the space port.

Alis stood before the nightclub. It seemed a mediocre joint, filled with rich and down trotten alike. She obsereved the holographic display above the entrance, a Toydarian seemingly shaking from too much drink, or it was some kind of dance she wasn't aware of.

She smiled, it seemed a nice place, a pity she hadn't noticed it the one time she had been at Ator recently...one of the few times she visited a planet without looking for a job...or finishing one.

She strolled in, noticing the wookie doorman who gave her a curt nod after sniffing at her blasters. She reluctantly gave them up, but there where more where they came from, places she wouldn't dare let the wookie go. The concept of such a hairy species baffled her and yet brought another crooked half smile to her face. A full smile was a rare occurence for her.

The bar was brightly lit, with display screen littering the far wall, displaying all sorts of differnet sports and entertainment. In the back of the establishment there seemed to be holograms of exotic Twi'lek dancers. All etremely beautiful, the establishment appeared to be quite the profitable one.

She quickly walked to the bar, lit with orange neon as was most of the club. There was a large looking man cleaning out a glass discussing something with a Rodian, the rodian departed and Alis quickly engaged him in conversation.

''Can a girl get a drink in this joint?'' she said with a menacing demanour and yet with a warm smile.

She did not know this man, she knew very few on this planet, she usually stuck to space and the planets further out from the core. The man suddenly had a mean look on his face, he had a rather striking scar running through both eye's and yet he did not appear to be blind...probably due to that new eye surgery that had been recently developed in the core, she should know..she'd had her's done.

''Ye couldt wait a blasted minute ye rodn't!'' said the man, obviously not very educated, and obviously not the barman, probably just there to intimidate those who tried anything.

''Nevermind'' was all Alis said.

She scanned the bar, it was roughly ten metre's in lentgh and shelves hung striaght accros the back, the bar ran around these shelves allowing them to serve many different customers at once. This appeared to be done recently as there was some iron filings on the floor, usually the type that came from shipping crates.

Her trained eyes then fell upon a droid, standing roughly seven feet tall with one bright green eye in the centre of it's black head. It floated above the ground, with two charcoal black arms on either side, and one underneath, that came straight from the bottom of the droud.

It noticed Alis, and hovered over to her from one end of the bar.

''I'm sorry for my colleauges manner Umbaran, may I interest you in a drink?'' said the droid ploitely.

Alis didn't reply, but merely motioned with eye's that they should talk somewhere else, noting that it was a new model of protocol and service droid that should be able to interpret basic body language.

The droid complied and took her out to the back of the establishment, where there appeared to be an illegal game of sorts being played. The droid took her through this room and into the next, a bdimly lit room with an isle in the middle, it appeared to be a small private bar, for customers who didn't exactly want to be seen in public, due to bounties or..other things.

''You came quicker then I expected, the rude correlian man said you where good and fast, but I had no idea.'' said the droid, speaking very quickly.

''Well he's much to kind, now do you have a job for me?'' said Alis, eager to leave the club.

''As a master a fact I do, Umbaran do you know of the recent pirate war's in deep space? Well their's a paticulair faction leader I would like to be elimenated, as their war is on some hyperspace lanes that are needed for travel to Ator. And this is just bad for buisness. All the information you need, your sum of credits and the location of the target is in this datapad'' said the droid, a compartement in it's 'belly' suddenly opening to drop out the datapad.

Alis took it and left, no more talk, she had a job. And she intended to see it finished.

Aisha saw Othalis enter a club. She chose against following her and opted to finish her drink and wait. It did not take long for Othalis to exit and Aisha was moving. Her lightsaber in her sleeve she slowly and silently crept along behind her in the spaceport. She increased her speed, her light footfalls making little noise on the ground. The hooded figure was closer now, the distance between them shortening every second. Aisha held her lightsaber in her hand, the switch very surely in the off position. She reached out and grabbed Othalis by the shoulder, shoving the lightsaber hilt, emitter first, into her back and pressing it against her spine.

"Be calm," said Aisha, "and you'll live. Make a sound or even think about moving a muscle and I switch this lightsaber on. Got it?"

(ooc: lol didn't give me much of a chance there.. but alright)

Alis smiled. An actual full smile. She put her arms in the air, and didn't try to move at all.

''Gotta hand it to you Aisha, almost thought I had gotten rid of you. What? You ditch the others? Pity...but I have a proposition for you. Your a bounty hunter, you dont care about taking me in for justic. You want credit's. What say you to me giving you a great deal of money? Just let me go with one of those tracking device's and I'll finish this op. Then I'll come back with enough of credits for you to retire.'' Said Alis, with a stern leveled voice. As if she found the whole thing hilarious.

((I wanted to have a chat before you run off. Killing you now would be unfair/godmodding.))

Aisha listened to her. She was a bounty hunter, they did not make bribes. But she had taken to this assassin, for some reason she just felt that she was someone who was on the same wavelength as her. She smiled and spoke softly, "Othalis, how about we do this my way, considering you're in a bit of a situation at the moment. What say you to coming with me, quietly. Me handing you over to the prison guards, collecting my credits and maybe you escape a little too easily from the guards once I've packed my credits."

She paused. She was a hunter and it was her duty to honour the terms of a bounty. Simply leaving Othalis in the custody of the guards, with a weapon and unlocked cuffs, with a nice warm ship waiting for her, would be fine. She delivered the bounty and it was not her fault if they were too stupid to hang on to her.

"In the process, the bounty is lifted," she continued, "creditors don't pay twice. It's not the done thing."

Alis smiled. She liked the way this bounty hunter thought, the bribe was a crude move on her part, but she had a job and the deadline was two weeks. More than enough time to take a visit to a certain astroid prison.

''You got yourself a deal, Zeltron'' was all she said.

She turned around and put her hand's out to be cuffed. She eyed the bounty hunter up and down. She would indeed be a very rich woman after she collected the bounty, Alis almost envied her.

"I knew you'd see it my way," she said. Just in case, though, she kept her lightsaber in hand as she took her cuffs from her belt and put them on her. She locked them for now, she did not trust Othalis to roam around her ship just yet. Aisha led her up the ramp, as she passed Othalis' leaving a few credits with the ticket for the dock officer. She took her up into the ship and sat her down in the passenger seat in the cockpit before firing the engines up and blasting off. She turned to Othalis, "So, what's your story then?" she asked. She had all the details on "Othalis the Assassin", but knew little else of her. What drove her to become an assassin? She was curious, there were few young women in their fields these days.

Alis's ear's perked at the question. There was no harm in telling this woman her 'story' but it was a dark one. And she was generally a woman who kept to herself aside from her contacts and very few friends.

''Well Aisha, it's an odd one. My father was in the highest political circle of the Umbaran senate. Unfortuantely for him this made him a pretty big target. He was a wimsical man, a very warm giving person. The perfect man some would say, they always wondered why he would strive to become a politicain...anyway he didn't have a bounty put on his head or anything like that.

Oh no, his head was put on red crosshair's. Crosshair's from the scope of an assassin.

An assassin who turned out to be my mother. A Coruscanti female, human in origin. Anyway she didn't want a big public assassination, which is what most assassin's favoured when it came to politicains. She apoproached him in his quarter's. A knife in one hand.

According to father, when he told me of this story. She was the most beautiful woman he had ever seen, and I was the exact image of her, aside from my Umbaran traits. Whatever happened in that suite, father convinved her not to take his life, it was love at first sight. A lost soul searching for a place to settle, a real life to live. And she found my father.

But she was a high contract assassin and she couldn't exactly fall off the grid. So she was hunted, this time by mercs, assassins and bounty hunters alike. Even the republic was after her.

I was just ten years old, when they where both killed. But I tookall of their belonging's and forged a life for myself, among the stars so to speak. Got myself a ship, some decent equipment and used all of mothers and fathers contacts to gain my own.

And that's my story I guess.

What about you Aisha? Got a tale to tell?'' said Alis.

It hurt her to reccolect her past, but this was just another bounty hunter albeit a very good one. And plus her past didn't give her any gain. Just an insight into what she was.

A born,

Killer.

Tough she thought. But everyone has their little problems, she supposed. She was taken aback by the question. Usually when people asked her about herself, they were usually men and usually only cared about one thing. If she needed something from them, she would lie and persuade. If she did not she would ignore them. Othalis was not a man though, just another girl with a history.

"Well," she said, "you know the drill. Mum was a bounty hunter, dad a regular guy...well as regular as they come in this universe. One day my Mum hunted a Duros with a family that got pissed off. They went after her, but that ended up being their last mistake. They took my dad with them though," she paused and breathed deeply, "my mum then took me with her to hunt, and that we did, for ten years. Three years ago, we went after a bad Jedi. She landed a poison dart on him, but got a little too close before he dropped," she decided against explaining how she had found a holocron on the Jedi, and taken it for her own ends, "and three years of hunting later, here I am."

Tough thought Alis. Here was a woman who almost was on the same wavelentgh as her, with a history similair to her own and yet her capturer had had more time with her mother. And for that Othalis envied her.

''You know exactly where our destination is? Or shall I give you the quardinates?'' voiced Othalis.

She worried for her ship, moreso her home than anything, left behind in a crowded spaceport. It had defenses but it wouldnt be long till someone scratch it's hull, or put a nasty dent in the side.

This got her in a rather distasteful mood all of sudden.

Aisha looked at her with a sly smile, "no thanks, some of us do our jobs properly," she said and felt the Force flowing through her. She continued as though she had read Othalis' emotions, "what's up?"
