OOC: Occurring simultaneously along #TheBoars Take Mygeeto
Alhazred took a deep breath as he waited in a cabin area of the TVT Passengestic-class Starliner, EPT-12 (Emergency Public Transport). Truth be told, his surroundings did not make him feel very keen on the ship. He knew it was a good ship. The I.S.C.R.A had altered and edited it to carry the maximum number of passengers possible, sacrificing much cargo room while also modifying its shields and adding tracking devices to ensure its return by a certain date, making it an ideal emergency civilian transport. But the fact that the ship was refitted after being seized from some rather ingenious slavers in the past did nothing to hide the discord of darkness that lingered on the Force. A lot of emotional and physical pain had occurred on this ship in the past. At least they were able to get it quickly.

Alhazred had to shake his head slightly at the thoughts of everything that transpired. The Emperor died and the Hutts declared war. When he heard the news, he knew the Jedi needed to get involved, despite the Empire having their own war against the religion Alhazred now belonged to. The Hutts weren't exactly the most trustworthy to the Jedi either. It took some fiery debating, but Alhazred was able to win permission to set up something to help out the innocent wherever the war occurred.

But even Alhazred had to admire his own handiwork. Using funds from both the Jedi and the last of his own from his work with the Givin government, he was able to secure the aid of Mandalorians of all people. The 'Endless Watch' as they called themselves, were satisfied with the payment as well as the promise that they would receive a large share of good PR in exchange of speaking with the I.S.C.R.A. and other government officials, as well as securing transport from the I.S.C.R.A. The Jedi would coordinate and work alongside, and the Mandalorians would be the face , muscle and armor if the Imperial Officials began to ask questions or if the ship got caught in the crossfire with the Hutts.

The choice of going to Mygeeto was, ironically, due to Alhazred's native religion and not the Force. Out of the possible planets in the Empire, only three had celestial alignments that spoke to Alhazred. And of those three, Mygeeto's was the only one that had waning moons and a planet in retrograde. What some would've considered mad, Alhazred believed that the pattern in the stars spelled conflict for the planet. It was only when the ship were enroute to Mygeeto did they hear the news of the Gamorrean's attack.

"Sir..." a voice spoke. Alhazred lifted his head towards a volunteer ship worker. "We are approaching Mygeeto. I believe the others are gathering with the pilot."

"My appreciation" Alhazred whispered in reply. The short Nu-Vaal quickly stood up, brushed himself, and made his way to where the controls of the ship. There, a holopad was working as well for any ships to communicate with the Mandalorians felt they needed to bring along. Once there, Alhazred adjusted his turban and waited for everyone else.

Xim Zhan was already aboard the small bridge of the retrofitted transport. He had just finished engaging in a rather hot discussion with the ship’s first officer on why they were taking an unarmed transport into a warzone. He was not satisfied with the answer. Still, that was why he was there, hostage . . . er . . . refugee rescue. While other Mandalorians were providing escort, Xim had elected to travel aboard the transport. If things got hot, he wanted to make sure there was a capable pilot aboard and he was not about to trust the safety of the passengers and their bottom line to the Jedi and their magic hand waving. Whatever witchcraft they utilized made them shrewd manipulators and skilled combatants. Xim was much more practical of a man and did not want to trust the safety of the mission to something he could not see.

Across the viewscreen, the pink and blue marble that was Mygeeto swam into view. Xim’s heartrate quickened for a moment; either from the imminent situation that was sure to unfold or the sudden arrival of a green-tentacled mystic.

Xim nodded an acknowledgement to the Jedi’s presence. This was their op afterall. The Mandalorians were just an insurance policy sgainst when things inevitably went wrong. It was nice to see that the Jedi acknowledged their need. Still, that meant a lot of the specifics were left to the Jedi. And given Xim’s mood, he fired off a barrage of questions at the Jedi who had just arrived.

“Where is our landing point? Will the refugees be waiting for us there? If not, where will they be? Are they all together or in separate locations? Has a ceasefire been arranged for the evacuation? Do either side know we are coming? Who is our point of contact planetside? Is there an evacuation corridor? What is our estimated timeframe planetside? What are the standing orders if we come under attack? What are the parameters for screening of refugees prior to boarding? What is and is not allowed aboard as personal possessions?”

Stationed aboard the TVT Passengestic-Class Starliner EPT-12, Scorpio sat within his starboard side quarters as he prepared himself for the mission ahead. As a citizen of Tatooine, Scorpio knew all too well the intent and power behind the Hutts. He had lived under them for far too many years. And he understood the Empire, having dealt with them during his time under the Luka Sene of Alpheridies. Like @Alhazred, Scorpio could foresee the inevitable coming to pass, and so he had followed the Nu-Vaal. There was a storm brewing on the Horizon, and Scorpio could feel its pull in the Force, a black hole aching to swallow its entirety. There would be actions needed.

Reeling his mind back inward, Scorpio stood up, his mind tempered and his mood mellowed by the marcan leaf that sat beneath his tongue. It was time. The Mandalorians had began to arrive, and Scorpio would join Alhazred in their greeting. And the only payment Scorpio could aid with was his presence.

Stepping into the Bridge, Scorpio was met along side Alhazred by the Mandalorian's flood of questions, and as he stroked his thickening beard, he attempted a response. "I understand your need for information, Mandalorian, but please, allow my friend a moment to speak."

Scorpio stood before the group, dressed in a light set of armored clothing with his sword across his back, mimicking a hired mercenary in his own right rather than his typical armored robes that gave his away his Jedi heritage. With outstretched hands and ambushed smile upon his face, he pleaded with the Mandalorian @Xim Zhan.
