For some reason, it felt like an eternity since Teynara had set foot on Tython, the off-world mission in which she had participated keeping her away from home far longer than she would have liked, but that was the lot of every Jedi, or so she supposed. The Utapau trip hadn't exactly reinforced her faith in the Galaxy, but she was still alive and able to return, so that was a start. The one considerable upside was that the young woman was at least starting to feel as though she was fitting into the role of being a Jedi, which was more of an acceptance than she had started out with.

Stepping off the transport only an hour ago had felt like a blessing, true enough. It wasn't exactly a sunny day - the skies were a little overcast and it almost seemed to threaten to rain and coat the Jedi Temple in a torrent of water. The temperature was warmer than might have been expected, but with a chill breeze that suggested that the warmth would vanish and the air plummet into cool or cold at any moment, carried along with rain and perhaps even lightning, if they were lucky. Teynara certainly hoped so - she'd always enjoyed a good storm. There was something...majestic about it.

Of course, if the weather brought a Force Storm along with it, that would be a whole different matter. She'd witnessed just one while being here, and had actually travelled to see it, purely to assuage her curiousity. In truth, the destructive potential of it had frightened her, and it wasn't something she wanted to witness up close. If something like that hit the Temple, we'd be lucky if it were still standing afterwards.

She'd only stopped at her quarters briefly to drop off her travel bag and equipment from the journey - she'd unpack it all later, since she had some clothes that needed to be laundered, and naturally had to deliver her journals to the Archives for decryption and storage. All missions had to be accompanied now by a formal report, and she'd dictated hers on the way back, privately, sitting in her quarters aboard the Ambassadorial vessel the Jedi had used for the mission. But before that, she simply wanted to spend some time outside and enjoy being back on Tython for a little while.

Standing on one of the many balconies arrayed around the Temple, she rested against the rail and simply looked out at the scenery. Tython was one of those worlds that would probably always carry a natural beauty, and she couldn't help but wonder if the Force was partly responsible for that. The strength of that energy here is way beyond anything we'll find anywhere else, she thought. The irony was that she hadn't noticed it until she'd left Tython, but as she became more and more sensitive to the Force, it had become obvious that it was different here. It was there on Utapau, and even in space, but not so...concentrated. The contrast was fascinating, but it made her feel more alive simply to be here.

It was good to be home, even though routine and the grind of daily life and training would no doubt return in force rather soon. So, for now, she was just enjoying this, taking a moment just to be. Even the Masters couldn't argue against that. They did always speak of living in the moment, learning to focus every ounce of oneself there instead of elsewhere. And so I'm here. My little safe haven, away from everything out there.

Standing at the crest of a small hill that offered him an unrestricted view of the surrounding area, with the Jedi temple clearly visible in the distance behind him. A gentle breeze was blowing, not particularly cold, but the clouds in the sky kept much of the sunlight out and the weather was still pleasant. After more than a month on board the Light of the Force, it felt good to be planetside, to be feeling actual ground below his feet. The life support systems aboard the Jedi flagship kept the temperature at a level considered comfortable by most species, the air was constantly cleaned by scrubbers and even the lights were reduced at fixed hours to simulate the effect of day and night. A great deal of effort and capital had been put into ensuring that people living on ships such as these were as comfortable as possible, that living there would feel almost like being on a planet.

But to Moridin there was always something missing, the feel of a breeze on his face, the sounds of birds chirping in the distance, or in case of some place like Coruscant, the noise of the city, they were but some of the things that made the difference for him. Of course other than the most important thing, the strength of a planet through the Force. On the Light the Force had burned bright with the strength of all the Jedi onboard the vessel, but here the planet itself was alive, it was a completely different experience. Even on Coruscant or Tarris, the Force was alive in a manner completely different from aboard a ship.

It was with these thoughts on his mind that he finally turned around and began making his way back to the Temple, a place that had become a second home to him after the bombing of the Coruscant Temple. Corellia would always be home, not matter where he went and how much ever time he spent away from the planet, but Tython had a special place in his heart. As a Jedi he was used to having to constantly move from one place to another, never knowing when he would have to head out on another mission. But Tython was a place he could look forward to return to, a place to rest and recuperate. There was a beauty here, not just in what eh could see, but through the Force as well, something that made him feel comfortable and brought him a sense of inner peace he no longer felt at Coruscant. No matter where he might be in the Galaxy he would always look forward to returning to Tython.

But this time there was a different purpose behind his returning to the Jedi planet, one that he knew he could no longer delay. For a long time the council had been trying to get him to take on a padawan, something that would be the next step in the training of a young Jedi as much as it would be the next stage in his own training. He had been delaying, making excuses, rushing off on missions, or participating in simulations, all just to delay doing what he knew needed to be done. He had been uncertain, not sure if he was ready for such a responsibility, but there was no more delaying, he had made up is mind. He owed this not only to the Order and Master Caas' teachings, but to himself.

So when he had been asked to continue the training of a padawan, Teynara Jeralyr, one who had already been trained in part by another Jedi, he agreed. It seemed perfect to him, not taking on a young initiate fresh out of the temple, rather an older padawan with some training in the ways of the Jedi, something that he could build on. As he looked up he suddenly noticed that he was already back at the Temple, a smile appearing on his face, somehow his feet had taken the steps in the right direction even though he had not been paying attention to where he was going. The Force as guiding him, as it always had and always would, all he had to do was trust in it and follow the path set out for him.

After having asked around a little he soon learned where he could find Teynara and headed out to find her. He had been told that she would most probably be returning from a mission today, and she did not disappoint. He soon found himself standing at the entrance of one of the numerous balconies that dotted the Temple, this one providing a beautiful view of Tython laid out beyond the Temple walls. Teynara herself was leaning against the railing, apparently enjoying the view.

Not knowing what else to do he cleared his throat loudly before asking, "Teynara Jeralyr?"

Hearing her name, and for some reason having the proposterous sense that she was about to get served with papers or something equally ridiculous, since nothing good ever came from someone addressing her by her full name, Teynara turned away from the beautiful vista she had been enjoying, brushing her hair away from her face so she could see who had decided to interrupt that moment of peace. Frankly, anything less than a subpoena and someone's going to get yelled at, she thought with just a touch of irritation.

Another Jedi was standing there in the doorway, and she realised with a start of surprise that she hadn't heard it open. Guess I really was lost in the view, and my own thoughts. She wasn't normally that oblivious to her surroundings, but maybe she was a little more tired than she'd thought. And I did sleep on the way back, too, so I should be okay. A mystery to be solved another time, since now she had to deal with the new arrival. He was older than her, and considerably taller, so she had to tilt her head back slightly to look up at him. From her perspective, he looked a little severe, and she could suddenly guess what he was here for.

"Yes, that's me," she said with the faintest of sighs. "Look, it's been a long trip back from Utapau, and I will file my formal report in a little while. I just wanted to stop and take a minute or two to catch my breath. You really didn't need to come and chase me down, you know," the young woman added, narrowing her eyes to show that it was both unnecessary and slightly irritating that this Jedi had done so. She placed her hands on her hips and appraised him carefully. "I was going to come down to the Archives in an hour or so."

That was it, though. The moment of peace and quiet was well and truly spoiled now, she recognised with a faint touch of irritation. But this is why they keep trying to teach us to carry a little inner serenity wherever we go, so I can deal with things like this without wanting to throttle someone. That wasn't always the easiest thing to learn - most of the time she felt perfectly calm and ironically moreso when she was being shot at, but personal time was personal time, and she wasn't entirely sure she liked the fact that the Order wasn't prepared to let her have any today. I guess my ten minutes are up, she thought wryly.

"Anyway, I'm sorry, I didn't mean to get all angry with you," the Padawan said apologetically, exhaling slowly and letting the sudden tension fade. Part of the training they were all supposed to deal with was about priorities, and hers had maybe gotten a little mixed up in not following through with those pesky end-of-mission protocols straight away. Have to take care of business first, I suppose. "I'm afraid I didn't catch your name," she added, smiling faintly. "You clearly know who I am, so I guess you have me at a disadvantage."

As soon as the words had exited Moridin's mouth he had felt a change in Teynara's presence through the Force. The calmness was gone, replaced by a sense of irritation and even a little anger. He normally tried not to read the thoughts of others, giving them the privacy that every sentient being was owed, and he had extended the courtesy to Teynara, but with such a reaction he actually felt tempted to peek into her mind, to find out what he had done to entice such a reaction from her. But Master Caas had trained him well enough to know that every gift came with the responsibility to use it wisely, and so he suppressed that urge, as he always did.

As Teynara turned around, Moridin got his first look at the female Jedi. Blue eyed with shoulder length blond hair, she was over a head shorter than him, and quite pretty as well. Then she began speaking and Moridin quickly realized she had mistaken him for someone else, from the words she said probably someone sent to nag her about mission reports. And judging from her expression she wasn't really pleased with getting nagged, or thinking that she was being nagged. Well, he kind of understood that, he hated writing up reports as well, but he did note that she had let her irritation get the better of her and learning to not let her emotions control her was something that he would probably have to help her with.

Suddenly realizing what he had been thinking of, he was a little surprised that he had already started thinking in terms of his new role, as a guide and a teacher. Maybe he had been a little too worried about this entire padawan business. The fact that Teymara seemed to regain control of her composure and apologized, only supported that line of thought. But deep down he still knew that this would probably one of the most difficult things he would ever do, and if the words of the Masters were anything to go by, also the most fulfilling.

With an answering smile on his lips, he began speaking. "My name is Moridin Zerga, nice to meet you. I don't know if you have been informed but the Council was made aware of the absence of your previous master and asked me to help continue your training. That is if you don't have a problem, I doubt you'll learn much from a teacher you don't want to learn from."

Teynara's first reaction was scepticism. She couldn't help but wonder if someone was playing a practical joke on her, so there was that sense that someone was going to jump out at her with a holocamera, just to get a shot of her reaction. Sounds like something Guhoo might do, or maybe even Amilthi, if she's in a good mood, the young woman thought, her pale blue eyes narrowing just a touch. But no, you couldn't possibly convince a Jedi Knight to play a mere prank, so no, this was genuine! The Council certainly hadn't contacted her to inform her of anything of the sort, but since she'd been off-world, that was only natural. That's quite some surprise, then, she thought.

"My apologies for my greeting, Master," she said with a touch of remorse in her otherwise calm tones. Not exactly the most auspicious of beginnings, having a short rant at the man who has come to teach you, she thought, slightly worried that first impressions really would count in this case. "I thought you were somebody else. The Archivists have a tendency to really chase you down if they want something, or so I've noticed." She could still remember the time she'd accidentally removed a data crystal from the Archives in order to study it. That hadn't been a pleasant experience.

She took a moment to think about what he'd said, something along the lines of 'not learning from someone you didn't want to learn from'. It seemed a little early to judge how their relationship might develop, and Teynara did often feel that she was adrift, so to have someone she could turn to for guidance would ultimately prove to be far more of a benefit than any detriment that might be caused by conflict between them. But so far, I'm the only one who's given any cause for dislike, if he's the type to judge. She hoped not, but if so, all she could do was work to repair the damage.

"It would be an honour to learn from you, Master," she said, offering a polite and respectful bow, that of student to teacher, as they were now. "I don't know anything about you other than your name, it's true, but I'd like to learn that, too," the blonde added with a shy smile. "Although if you're training me, I suspect you may find you're the one likely to have a problem!," she noted, her smile becoming a little broader, a touch of mischief clear enough.

Moridin smiled at being called Master, that was something that would take time getting used to, and the smile only broadened as Teynara explained who she had mistaken him for. "Think nothing of it, these things happen. And I do know how the Archivists can be, they are very passionate about their work, at times a little too passionate." He himself remembered many instances where he had found himself in a similar situation and remembered how many times he had wished he could undo something he had done or take back something he had said.

While he waited for Teynara to respond to his having been appointed as her Master, he took step into the balcony and watched her as she processed the information he had just shared with her. When she spoke he responded to her respectful bow with a warm smile, "And it will be an honour to teach you, Padawan Jeralyr." He said it with a smile on his face, his voice warm and friendly.

Noticing the mischief in Teynara's voice, Moridin raised his eyebrows in mock horror, replying in a joking manner himself, "Good, I doubt I would have been able to handle a perfect little porcelain doll for a padawan who was just perfect at everything. The more the things you think I would have problems with, the better." Pointing to the railing, he walked over to it and stood leaning against it much as she had a while back, looking out at the beauty of Tython. "So tell me, what would you like to know about me? Ask away." After all, if he was to teach her then she would have to trust him, and for that she would have to get to know him first.

This one continues to be not what I expected, Teynara thought with a touch of surprise continuing to run contrary to every other emotion running through her at that moment. Hard to say how I feel about it, though. Worry at living up to someone else's expectations, anticipation of the challenge, curiousity about what will happen now, and about the one that will be responsible for it. She took a slow, deep breath, trying to clear her mind of all the different feelings assailing her. Just need to stay open to possibilities now, and not do anything stupid. Okay, it wasn't normal that she was the type to be impetuous or foolish, but even so, that wasn't always a state in which it was easy to remain.

But her biggest concern at present was answering his question: what do I want to know? It would be easy to just say 'anything and everything', and put the ball back in his court, so he'd be forced to tell her what he felt was pertinent to know about him. But that places him at a disadvantage, and actually makes me sound disinterested. More to the point, she didn't exactly want to put him on the spot - it was amazing how people's minds could just go blank when faced with an open question that forced them to decide what to say, rather than just being given a closed question that would require a more specific answer. It's like asking a person what they're thinking - the mind goes blank and suddenly you have no answer to offer.

"Given that we've just met, Master, there are honestly too many questions to ask without submitting you to an interrogation," Teynara noted with a faint smile, suddenly amused by the mental image. Could tie him to a chair with a dim swinging glowbulb over our heads, only separated by a small metal table in an otherwise dark room... Just went to show that she'd seen too many old holodramas as a child, she supposed. "I admit, though, I've not seen you around the Temple before, so I guess you're not a Tython Jedi? Or do you just spend a lot of your time in the field?"

Could have been more personal than that, asking age, favourite colour, why he became a Jedi, everything... Still, much though she enjoyed connecting with the other members of the Order, there always had to be that detached professional barrier that remained in place. The Order teaches a lot about keeping yourself above your relationships, in case you need to sacrifice that relationship for the greater good. Not an easy thing to do by any means - as far as she was concerned, the other Jedi were all supposed to be family of a sorts, so it made little sense to keep them at arm's length, but that was at least what some Masters advocated. Not all of them, though. Have to chart your own course without irritating too many people in the process, I suppose...

"If you're wondering, I've only just returned from a mission off-world myself," she added, glancing over at the older Jedi now stood beside her, watching his reactions as best as she could without staring. "It's strange, learning to be a Jedi, but even stranger trying to apply what you learn off-world..."

Open to the Force as he was, a state he often found himself in when on Tython, Moridin suddenly felt something from Teynara, an image appearing in his mind of him sitting tied to a chair in a dimly lit room with who appeared to be Teynara sitting across a table in front of him. He might have learnt to control his telepathic powers once more, but there were times when he unknowingly picked up on thoughts, and Teynara's statement at almost that same time about interrogations almost confirmed that he was feeling an echo of what she was thinking and thankfully not a vision of the future. Learning that his padawan would someday tie him to a chair like that could make things awkward.

But he was intrigued by what he had seen, seems like his new padawan had a very active imagination, with a playfulness to compliment it just perfectly. Master Caas had said teaching should be an enjoyable experience, both for the teacher and the pupil, and if the impression of Teynara he had gotten so far was any indication then he was going to find that teaching wasn't all that painful of an experience as he had always thought it to be.

With a smile on his face that betrayed his reaction to what he had seen, he turned to look at her, "Well most of my training was don on Coruscant, and after the bombing I spent most of my time out on missions or visiting Corellia, though officially I was stationed on Tython. So yes, you can say that I am not a Tython Jedi."

He was pleasantly surprised by her words, not just a wild imagination and a sense of humor, but a mind to go with it as well. "Yes, I was informed you were out on a mission. You'll have to tell me about the missions you have done so far, but later, we'll find time to exchange war stories much later. But what you say is true, but at the end of the day that is the most important thing for a Jedi, to be able to do some good in the real world. What good is it being the best student to have passed through the temple halls if you can't do any real good where it really matters? It is only out in the real world that you will realize how good of a Jedi you are."

Yes, and that's the crux of it right there, she thought. It's perhaps why all Jedi are trained by those with field experience, so they can prepare us well to experience the same challenges. She'd noticed it herself, of course, how things differed from Temple to the outside world. Here, everyone was relaxed, calm, very much in tune with the Force around them, but outside, well, most people she encountered were so totally blind to the Force that this alone would set the Jedi apart. Add to which they don't always control their feelings or think in a peaceful way, and you make for an interesting story. Part of that struck her as problematic: the skills taught by the Jedi were very much removed from the way everyone else acted, so to an extent, it pushed the Jedi to be almost beyond what she would have thought of as Human.

Sometimes it worried her, that idea of being a good Jedi while being far removed from the people around her in terms of mental state and emotion. We put our missions first, try to see the world objectively, the way the Force sees the Universe, and try to act in a way that works for everyone. Most people worked for themselves - to try and gain advantage, to earn a little profit or security, to improve their own situation. While we have to consider the consequences of our every action, as it pertains to hundreds, thousands or even millions of people. It felt like a considerable responsibility sometimes, and she wasn't always sure she could handle it. But that's why I'm a student, right? To learn if I have what it takes..

"I take it that means you're one that focuses solely on what good you can achieve in the present moment, then?", she asked, arching a blonde eyebrow inquisitively, curious despite herself. Most Jedi seemed to fall into one category or another: some liked to take the long view and act only when it seemed like the flow of the future tended towards something darker or threatening, and they stood back and contemplated every possible consequence until they were certain of the right outcome. Others were more impulsive, acting as soon as life was put at risk, saving lives in the moment and doing their best to follow the will of the Force, considering gain in the present to be above and beyond hypothetical gain in the future. "Or do you even think of yourself in those terms, Master? I admit, I'm not entirely sure who or what you are right now. A Jedi, yes, but what is it you do?", she asked with emphasis.

And that's about as personal as it gets around here, she mused with a smile. Nobody cares if you're seeing someone, or if you prefer combat to diplomacy. What matters is what you do with your training: what's your function in the Order? Bureaucrat, explorer, healer, librarian... Everyone has their own place, so it'd be interesting to discover what her Master considered his to be.

Leaning on the balcony railing, Moridin gazed out at the vista spread out in front of them as he thought on Teynara's questions. Two simple questions, but at the same time deep and meaningful ones. He was silent for a while as he thought on his answer.

"I don't suppose I do. I try to do the best I can at any moment, as simple as that. Of course as Jedi we are taught that we should be mindful of the future, but maybe not at the expense of the present. I look to the future, work towards it, but the present is where I try to keep much of my focus."

Straightening up, he would turn to look at the young woman, pausing for another moment to word his answer properly. This was a little easier to think of, since the bombing on Coruscant he had had plenty of time to think on his role in the Order.

"You could say I am a warrior, I actually wanted to be a Peacekeeper when I was young, work with the CorSec back on Corellia. That is how any outsider most probably describe me after reading my record, flying for the Rogue Squadron, fighting on the front. But I think of myself as a listener, an observer. You see I have this gift, this ability to look into the minds of others with such clarity that it seems like reading a book. My telepathy just happened to help me with lightsaber combat or while I'm flying a snubfighter, but it isn't what really wanted to be. If someday in the future the Galaxy is not in a state of strife then I would like to be a diplomat or a consular, but for now I can put my skills to better use on the battle front, so that is what I do."

Teynara waited for a few moments after her new Master answered her questions, looking slightly thoughtful. It was a very curious thing - here was a man who wanted to be a diplomat, or at least someone who could actively work against those who sought war and conflict, and yet his duties now mostly consisted of being that one who prosecuted war in order to make sure those same forces couldn't rise to dominance. Makes me wonder if he's disappointed by his role in the Order now, she thought. Most people would be bitter about it. He didn't sound like he was, though.

The next thought seemed blatantly obvious to her: If he's a warrior, what does that mean for my training? She wasn't great with a lightsaber, had a particular disdain for the need to take life when alternatives existed, and so far had exactly zero kills to her name. She fully intended for it to remain that way - violence was a sign of failure, as far as she was concerned. If I have to fight, it's because somebody is forcing me into a situation I'd rather avoid, or because my efforts to prevent it have failed. Still, she couldn't that he'd force her training to be so focused on something she disliked.

As she figured it, he wasn't going to work hard to turn her into the type of Jedi he'd been forced to become when even he didn't want to be like that. Besides, it's a little unsubtle to drop in with a lightsaber and try and kill everything that moves, she thought. Her preference had always been the more subtle approach to things - better to put someone in a position they couldn't possibly strike from, rather than cut them down. But I think I'm doing him a disservice, she realised. Warriors probably want to kill any more than I do, but circumstances prevent that idealism becoming reality. She'd have to remember that when talking to him.

"I take it your telepathic skills aren't a common gift among Jedi, then?", she found herself asking, shortly before wondering why she had. Though it does seem a little creepy, being able to get into people's heads without them knowing about it. The young woman would be careful to watch what she thought around him in future. Probably don't want him learning too much about my imagination, she thought wryly, then realised that he might be using that gift on her right now, and promptly recoiled in a mental sense. That'll take some getting used to. "Please don't exercise that particular one around me, though, if you don't mind," she asked softly, offering him a faint and slightly apologetic smile. "I'll tell you what I'm thinking if you ask, but I'd rather have that opportunity than not."

She had a feeling he wouldn't invade her privacy, as long as he could help it, though. He hadn't exactly made any in-roads to boss her around or go through what he did and did not expect of her, so she didn't imagine he'd be so rude as to do that. He's not as much of a hard-ass as I expected, she noted, amused by the thought. Might just be that this will work out for the both of us.

"Not really, there are other Jedi who are skilled enough telepaths, specially if they come from one of the species that have a natural talent for telepathy. They are born with it and their inherent skills are far above anything even the most skilled Jedi are capable of. It was like that for me, I could just instinctively reach out and it was like everyone was screaming everything out just for me to hear. It was hard for me to control it as a child, I was like a sponge dropped into the ocean, absorbing everything around me. The first thing my Master made sure of after taking me on was to make sure that I learned enough to be able to control my powers and not intrude into anyone's mind by mistake. It was a real nuisance at times, really made it hard for me to make friends."

And it really had been, how could anyone trust him when he might be peeking into their mind at any moment? And how could he not think of everyone as anything but liars when he could see what they thought and what they really said. But he had learned to get used to it, turned it into his strength instead of his weakness, and all things considered his gifts had helped him on so many occasions that was willing to bear any troubles it had given him.

"Though now that I think about it, the fact that I so regularly pulled pranks on everyone around me. You can come up with the best pranks when you know just what a person is scared of. " He turned to look at Teynara with a smile on his face that was equal parts mischief and equal parts guilt, "I mean I was a kid, you can't tell a six year old the things I could hear and expect me to not make fun of them. But don't worry, your thoughts will be yours and yours alone. I am not a child anymore, well mostly."

"I have a question for you now, the same as you asked me, who are you?"

So he was a troublemaker in his misspent youth, Teynara thought with a touch of amusement, though she suspected not as much as she probably thought. Pranks are supposed to be part and parcel of forming a good rapport with your peers, she noted, though so far she hadn't had much reason or opportunity to play one on any of her friends. That actually sounds more like something I'd expect of Guhoo, or Amilthi, if she ever remembers to unclench. The idea of being apprentice to a habitual prankster was one that rather amused and appealed to her.

At least he was going to stay out of her mind without permission, though. It felt like a knot she hadn't known had formed in her stomach had decided to unwind itself and leave her feeling a little bit of relief at that admission, and she was thankful for it. I really wouldn't want to walk on psychological tiptoes around someone I ought to be forming a bond with, she thought. So that was a positive step in the right direction.

Answering his question wasn't going to be nearly so easy, simply because she wasn't sure that she could answer it in a way that wouldn't be trite or otherwise...uninformative. Perhaps it's because I don't really know what my direction is yet. She had given it some thought, mostly because the others all had some idea, and it didn't seem reasonable for her not to. Doesn't mean I have an answer yet, though. Healing appealed to her, as did Diplomacy, as did field research, as did a hundred others. And yet what's wrong with just being the generic field Jedi, going where I'm sent and doing what's required of me? She wasn't sure.

"Not sure I have an answer to that one, Master," she said with a rueful smile. "My parents are both medical professionals, and I thought to follow them at one point, and studied Exobiology. But I also always wanted to be a Jedi, so that's where I came first," Teynara added, her smile broadening slightly. "I haven't worked out what I want to do as a Jedi, but there's still so much I haven't tried or experienced, so not quite ready to make up my mind yet. Besides, there's no rush."

"Indeed, some things need time, rushing them will only cause more problems. You will have the answers when you are ready, and even though you might be yet to find out what kind of Jedi you want to be, remember that the Force has a plan for all us and ultimately the answer will come to you. I only hope that I will be able to help you find that answer. It is a long path we are about to head out on, but first I think you could do with some rest. And you wouldn't want to Archivists waiting either." With a twinkle in his eyes and a smile on his lips, he pushed himself off of the railing and began moving towards the door.

"Take some rest, finish whatever paper work you have to for your mission, we shall talk further tomorrow. Until then, my padawan."

Noticing how weird that sounded, almost like an old man, he decided that he would be better off forgoing on such formalities, it didn't really suit him much. With a slight chuckle he would step through the door, raising his hands once in farewell before heading off towards his chambers.
