Sad News

Uhm, for people who have not realized that i've been around for a while, there was a tragic accident in my family and my little sister passed away. So, I may be a little slow for the next little while, if anyone would like any details or anything of the like. There is the article Here

Also, to any whom would like to give, or simply share it on facebook or anything of the like, I am trying to raise some money for my mum to help with the expenses of the funeral etc. Just a share or forwarding it to someone would be an amazing help. My mum does so much for so many people here, and as much as it wont help with the pain of what happened, it can at least help the stress after from being too much.

I'm sorry for your loss. I couldn't imagine what that must be like. I know it always hurts to lose someone close to you. I imagine it must be a thousand times worse due to it being your little sister. You're probably wondering how a thing like that could happen or why it wasn't you instead. There's no real answers for these questions. I think the only thing you can do is to be strong in spite of it and live the rest of your life in a way that honors her memory. I hope you found this comment to be inspiring or helpful in some way.

Thank you so much :) I knew that this would be a community to open up to, everyone here is so nice! I may take you up on that offer, I'm feeling super... conflicted about the whole thing. I don't think I'm handling this in a way that is 'healthy.' after about an hour my head just kicked into overdrive and rationalized everything from point to point, I see everyone around me breaking down, but I'm just standing here like... 'i'm okay, these things happen.' And i can't get a good cry going. :/

Thank you all, my friend pool is a small but close one, and while my family and that circle has given me great support, i haven't had much of a sense of 'community' support here. So I thought i may be able to find it on the site. ^_^ Seems like a bit of a call for attention, and in some ways, it kinda is. I accept that, but even so. >.>

I'm so sorry this happened to you. Back in 2015 I lost two of the people closest to me, one of whom was involved in a car accident. It doesn't... It was hard for me to cry either time, at first, but... eventually I did it and, I guess in a way, it helped. I still cry sometimes, though, it's never truly gone away.

There is nothing wrong @Baobhan with expecting online communities to have some substance, rather than be entirely superficial. I did once belong to a RPG where all people invited everyone else to share, went only as deep as one's favorite color. There are many fine people found here. Even knowing just one, is a good reason to log in.
