PERSONALITY:
Impulsive, reckless, bold, outgoing, Rythyris is quite an active individual, preferring action to inaction and quick decisions which often land her in trouble. Despite her un-Jedi like nature, she does not crave adventure, but does not shy away from it when the opportunity presents itself. She looks to the future, but keeps the past in mind, focusing on growing instead of staying stagnate in her abilities. However, she can be quite a spitfire as well. Rythyris tries to keep her emotions under control and be slow to anger, however it is difficult when the average rude civilian can set her off easily.
She's determined to overcome her childish nature and better herself to become the best Jedi she can. The better she becomes, the better she can defend the people and live up to the expectations of a Jedi and accomplish something great. She loves nature, specifically dense forests and getting lost in the heart of one to meditate. She's fascinated with water and enjoys swimming, even meditating under the water using the force to try and sustain her. She dislikes sweets, hating the taste of sugars and enjoys more bitter or savory foods.
BIOGRAPHY:
BORN IN THE DARK
On the beautiful planet of Naboo, a Dark Jedi named Vitara Emin, descendant of ancient Dark Siders, gave birth to a daughter in her home in the city of Theed with the help of a midwife who safely delivered the newborn child, where alone she would have surely died and the child with her. Rythyris Udana Emin was born a healthy baby, despite the corruption from the Dark Side that her mother clearly showed. Vitara was fairly wealthy, having amassed a decent fortune from her days of piracy that she used to retire on and provide a home of comfort for her daughter while she raised her. Rythyris had no tell tale signs of being force sensitive growing up, much to her mother's disappointment, but still her mother tried to teach her what she could about the force. She taught her about the strength and power of the Dark Side, showed her what she could do in the force, and even how to construct a lightsaber with the force. The young girl drank in the knowledge her mother provided, which led to an amazing discovery.
THE KEY IS PAIN
It wasn't until Rythyris was fifteen years old that she discovered she was a force sensitive like her mother before her. She had been waiting for a boy, hoping to become romantically involved with him after inviting him to spend the day with her, waiting for hours at a secluded waterfall. However when he didn't arrive, her heart was broken, and decimated the next day when she saw the boy with another girl. The sight of him with another girl enraged her to the point of unlocking her force abilities. She blasted a wave of dark side force energy at them with forced them against the wall and shattering several bones in both of their bodies. Terrified at first, Rythyris had no idea what she had just done, but soon the realization hit that she was force sensitive. Her mother was proud and congratulated her, and she soaked up the praise. Through her anger she had unleashed her powers.
THE COMING OF THE JEDI
With her powers unlocked, Rythyris followed her mother's criminal footsteps, causing trouble throughout Theed, stealing from the richest, breaking and entering into their homes by using the force to open the locks and taking their valuables. The news of a troublesome young force user eventually reached the ears of the Jedi and they sent a knight to deal with her. Her mother protested the idea of her daughter joining the Jedi proclaiming that she was better than the "hide bound shamans" living in stuffy stone temples. The knight, however convinced her that the life of a Jedi was better by showing her the corruption of the Dark Side on her mother, who was pale and grey, teeth and nails yellowed, eyes red as blood, veins black, and this was enough for her to make up her mind. Her mother shunned her for her decision, demanding she never return, which hurt her and only solidified her decision as she followed the Jedi back to his shuttle.
PADAWAN
She trained under the Jedi Knight for years, trying to get her emotions under control and focus on the Light while the pull of the Dark Side tempted her, the blood of her ancestors strong. He taught her how to fight with a lightsaber, using a less powerful training blade to prevent serious injury. He taught her how to defend against a normal lightsaber blade, a shoto, and a double blade, figuring them the most common types of lightsabers she would face. However she quickly grew tired of the standard, boring lightsaber, figuring it fairly poor for defensiveness without the proper combat style. So when she wasn't training, she was studying lightsabers and their history. She grew fascinated with ancient lightsabers, the first force blades, protosabers, light pikes, and most importantly the cross guard lightsaber. The intricate design and the functionality of the cross guards was what she desired most of all in a lightsaber, a very useful defense.
Rythyris trained in the force as well, the knight teaching her how to heal instead of harm and how to control her anger. She learned how bring herself closer to the light through meditation, clearing her thoughts. She felt happy while training with the Jedi, making friends and earning a reputation for being a bit rash. Thinking before acting was a lifelong lesson she had to learn as impulse was a quicker way and was often successful with harsh consequences following. After ten years of training, at age 25, Rythyris finally completed her training and made the pilgrimage to Ilum on the Crucible, where she was tested with patience in order to receive her lightsaber crystal. After waiting for the path to become clear and the answer to reveal itself, she found her lightsaber crystal, a glittering yellow crystal, like those of the Sentinels. With this, she returned to the Crucible and meditated, focusing on the force surrounding the crystal and the parts as she constructed her very first lightsaber. A cross guard lightsaber was created and Rythyris was both amazed and mesmerized by the beauty of the tool she had just constructed, taking hold of it and igniting it's yellow blade.
A KNIGHT OF THE PEOPLE
Having completed her Jedi training with the construction of her lightsaber, Rythyris felt she was ready to take on the full duties of a Jedi Knight and left for Naboo where she searched for her mother, only to discover that she had left for the unknown regions years prior. Her heart sank a bit, but she knew she couldn't let it hold her back. Her mother was a strict follower of the Dark Side, and that often came with a hatred for Light Side users. She accepted what her mother was, and moved on. The house she grew up in remained empty, taking nothing so as not to linger in the past. She spent the next few years, completing tasks and helping people whenever they needed her, doing what she could to lessen the burden of others.

Strong Force telekinesis being able to lift objects four times her own weight without struggle, decent force healing being able to heal more serious cuts and bruises easily on herself and others, decent force speed being able to run twice as fast as she normally can, and weak force choke being able to cause suffocation but not the constriction of organs.
