• Galactic Alliance forces will pose as mercenary forces hired by the government of Ruusan and for all intensive purpose most of Ruusan will see us as mercenaries with only the very top of the highest level of the government Knowing that we are more than simple Mercs

• The hostage:
  The prime minter's daughter was kidnapped and held hostage in a manor house in the wilderness. Alliance forces need to rescue her.
  
  A friend in need:
  Loyalist government forces are pinned down by artillery fire. Alliance forces need to silence those guns.
  
  Last stand:
  The praetorian guard is holding the enemy off at the steps to the parliament building but they won't last long. Get in and escort the prime minister out to safety
  
  
  
• Supplies of Hope:
• A truckload of critical supplies needs to be transported through town. Defended from Attack as it moves from one side of town to the other

Bomber man:
A bomb maker by the name of Triton needs to be captured alive from his bunker. Be warned that hi bunker is most likely heavily boobytrapped and defended by droids

Space X:
The main shipyard of Ruusan has been captured. This needs to be recaptured with the facility taking as little damage as possible

Savour of Ruusan:
Civilians all ways suffer heavy losses in war. GA forces need to move into a bombed town and provide humanitarianaid

• Head of the snake:
• The location of the leader of the rebellion has been discovered. Alliance forces are to capture him so he can stand trial. He needs to be brought in alive

• What do you or your character hope to achieve with this plot? What is the "end-game"?
  GA establishes friendly ties with Ruusan. Ruusan will provide Logistical support to the Galatic Alliance by supplying Ships, weapons, supplies and access to shipyards for a reduced cost to the GA and once the War against the Sith goes public Ruusan will publicly support the GA

DESCRIPTION​

Ruusan has tried for years to keep them self independent and out of Imperial control and though the empire could take over any time for years the planet has been alone and forced to fend for them self. Without the large capital ships of the republic or empire Ruusan instead uses advanced snub fighters.

The phoenix wing is able to escort freighters used by Ruusan through pirate space and packs enough firepower to challenge any pirate ship. The 2 cannons are mounted on the end of two wings that act as heat sinks allowing the cannons to fire without risk of overheating. Two proton torpedoes mounted in separate nose tubes mean even pirate gunships fear the Phoenix.


After aiding the government of Ruusan in an internal rebellion Ruusan provided both technical details and a few spare Phoenix Wings to the Galactic Alliance. Though two expensive to become a GA front line fighter they are used in special squadrons who focus on hit and run attacks and covert ops.

LEGALITY​

Restricted. In civilized systems, pilots must be properly licensed or be members of recognized armed groups.

To provide the GA with a high-end fighter along the lines of the X wing. Rebel forces are unable to send a large number of ships on attacks and are forced to use a small number of very advanced snub fighters.

ADVANCED TECH​

Yes, these ships are used only by Ruusan and the GA. In the GA only trusted personnel are allowed to fly them. either tech plot with 2 thread is needed for one to be stolen or GA leadership needs to grant permission

Alright so I need a few things clarifying before this goes any further.

• What opposition are you doing for the four threads? Dice, DM or open PVP?
• Define "friendly ties" - do the GA have a base there? Will Ruusan ally with them openly if the GA announces it presence? Is it going to support GA activity? If so, to what extent? You need to be more specific please
• The threads you outlined so far are very public - it's a civil war you're putting yourselves in after all - so tell me; do you intend to expose the GA to the Galaxy? If not, then how are you going to openly support the government forces without being exposed? Are you going to pretend to be mercenaries? Explain further please
• Last of all - Are you trying to get your new snub fighter "stealth approved" here so that only you and the GA can see it before the plot occurs? Because I'm not sure that's how it works but I will defer to @Loco as well on this matter.

So it's a fully alliance for four threads that can be whatever opposition the players choose? Not really okay with that, not going to lie so I'm going to say this;

• 4 threads are fine is all four are open PVP
• 6 threads are fine if all/most are DMed by people who do not main the same faction
• 8 thread if all are dice

You're looking to get a big reward here - there's got to be some work put into it

And, to confirm, I've checked and that's not how plots and tech work together. The tech needs to be submitted and approved BEFORE you can make a plot to have it as a reward.

So this plot is on hold until two things happen;

1. You make it clear what opposition level you're going for
2. @Minuteman75 has had the tech approved by the tech team

Nefieslab makes some very strong points here. Make it to six to eight missions dice and maybe one or two DMs. Focus on securing Ruusan’s covert support first, disguised as mercenaries. Then aftward put a tech plot for the fighter if it all works out.

You've not done as Minuteman has asked and changed the outcome however - you're taking over a planet with this plot but your faction leader has asked you to do a separate tech plot to get the ships?

Just two questions.
With factions plots do I need to have one of my charters take part in every thread?
Can both my GA charters take part in the Plot (in separate threads of course? I know I can't have both my charters in the same thread

Faction plots you don't have to be in every thread
And I'd personally say to avoid using different characters of your own in the same plot if you could help it
