APPEARANCE:
Rufio is very tall with a fairly slender build. He has a very sharp and defined face with concave cheeks and ruthless eyes. His arms and legs both appear very bony and elongated.
ATTRIBUTES:
A shark in the sand, if there's ever been one, a deadly opponent on the offensive and the defensive in a battle of wits and strategy. His brain and powers to persuade and intimate are his greatest assets. He's also ruthlessly cunning, using whatever tricks he can use to defend his point of view and dismantle his opponents. This mannerism has also gained him the ability through persuasion or intimidation to rally many to his cause, as his ability to make himself popular is uncannily exceptional.
Rufio with all of his talent and mastery at strategy and interrogation, isn't one for being on the battlefield, but rather far away, and controlling it. His own physical safety is usually left to his guards and droids to make up for this extreme lack of ability.
PERSONALITY:
Rufio in a word, Is ruthless as he will not stop until his opponents are destroyed, physically on the battlefield or mentally in the interrogation chamber, and will use whatever tricks he can to supplement his already formidable skills. He doesn't care who gets hurt in the process. He knows he's good at what he does, and some small part of him wants to find someone who can truly match him.
BIOGRAPHY:
Rufio began life on Umbara, a dark and dreary world. His youth was typical of his species, although he excelled in literature and social studies, taking a distinct interest in other planets and societies. Originally, he wanted to become an explorer, traveling through the unknown region, but health complications all but ruled that out. Instead, he dedicated himself to the study of other cultures, and took an interest in the combat tactics.
When he became a young man, he began his service, excelling in tactical combat leadership, and graduated near the top of his class. It was difficult entering into the sought after position, but he quickly saw success and recognition for his skills. Rufio was stationed on Kuat early into his service, which was also one of the closest planets under Sith control to his home world of Umbara. During Rufio's service on Kuat he gained much notoriety as a secussful contributing member of the Legion, helping to solve several economic and stregitic defense problems which gained him favor with the low to mid ranking officials of the planet, and has saved the planet a grand amount of money.
After a while Rufio joined the ranks of the Sith and his prowess in tactical ability quickly gained him the much deserved rank of Moff of Kuat, Since then his reign has been memorable, utilizing the planet's resources to expand the wealth of the Empire and, seceretly, a little extra on the side for himself.
