So I want to set up an RP involving my Jedi master and his padawan. I was thinking of the premise being that they were sent to investigate and deal with a slave market.

I'm looking for PCs (or failing that NPCs) to get involved, I'd like at least one character to be the head merchant/leader of the market, and s/he can NPC their defenses, I also wouldn't mind any other potential buyers or even the slaves themselves being RPed. Of course this is just a basic premise and I'm very open to ideas to refine and build upon this.

PC-wise, pretty much any criminal characters, Hutt, Indie or otherwise would be ideal, possibly even a Bogan or indie dark side force sensitive.

So yeah, any interest in having either your PC involved, or jumping in as an NPC? :CHappy

EDIT 1: Slight change of scenario, rather than a slaving ring, I had a chat with Sam and we were thinking a more generic market for illicit good for sellers with excess stock (anything from slaves, to drugs, to arms and whatever else you can think) and chance buyers looking for bargains, that kind of thing. So an even wider range of criminal chars is now welcome :)

Sabotage the slaving ring? Sounds interesting. Being there as an independent buyer might be more interesting however, particularly if you've already made purchases when the proverbial shit hits the fan.

Well, if you're short criminals or whatever, I could throw in Balor.

Either him selling his services or perhaps weapons. Another thing I'd be willing to do is have him be captured. Someone could be selling him as a force sensitive slave(If they can contain him. He's really not that trained.). Of course, if the Jedi free him, I'm not sure how they would react to someone like him. He could also help rebel against the slavers if giving a weapon...of course.

The station could have a lot of docking bays for smugglers, and slave traders to park their vessels. Also we can have a lot of bars full of criminals and people selling slaves, drugs, and weapons illegal all around.

We can assume that the station was an old station abandoned during the Alsakan crisis or something.

Okay kids, I'm going to start the thread soon (got a couple of things on atm so it might not be for a few days...I'll do it as soon as I can).

As far as posting order and people in the thread goes, I'll post a list of characters that are appropriate from the interest shown in the OP of this thread when I put the thread up and, given there'll be a few people, won't list a specific posting order. As far as the thread goes, I'll pretty much only wait for Hideous (who's RPing Raphael's padawan) to post each round, unless I/we are spcifically interacting with someone...so it pretty much comes down to everyone being fair...if you're interacting with someone wait for them to post, if you're not don't be annoyed if the thread progresses a little without waiting for everyone to post. This sound okay with everyone (if it's not okay, instead of the invite list being most of the people here, it'll have to be only 2 or 3 people so the thread has some pace)?
