The Elomin glanced over at his master, a disdainful look plastered on his face as he fumbled with the controls of the ship in one last godforsaken attempt to keep the ship from crashing onto one of the planets they had meant to fly past without a problem. It didn’t work and they careened into the landscape.

Melhi was swearing as he clambered out of the ship. Yeah right, this was anything but routine being crash landed on a godforsaken planet. “A routine mission? Who gives a ship like that for a routine mission?!” He snarled, glaring at the ship and plopping onto the ground. “Ground.” He mumbled. “Only reliable thing. God I hate ships. I hate…” Melhi felt his stomach start to untwist. “ugh… ships.”

It wasn’t that he didn’t really like ships, he had one of his own, but crashing. That was always something that he despised; crashing and navigation. Collecting himself, though still releasing a few choice words, Melhi stood and watched Thaed.

Thaed scowled as he climbed out of the ship. It took every fiber of his being not to strike down the acolyte he found to be a useless pilot. He wasn't willing to admit that the problem was largely the ship itself. The back of the ship hissed as smoke rose from the damage. He knew it would explode at any moment, and he strode away from it. He perked up as he heard his acolyte's incessant complaints.

"Silence yourself. You should be gathering the Force to yourself and perceiving where we are instead of nagging like a haughty old woman."

He looked away from Melhi, taking some time to look around. It appeared as if they had landed on some sort of island with a thick forest before them. The ocean waves crashed against the shores, and the wind was enough to knock his hood down. Thaed sighed and pulled out a cigarra, lighting it. It wasn't a habit he had often indulged in around his acolytes, but Melhi had been his student for long enough. He quietly made his way towards the forest.

"Keep that training saber ready and try not to get eaten by anything."
