STRENGTHS AND WEAKNESSES
Strengths: As is the case with most of her Rosalynn intuitively exuded an air of quiet grace and charisma, thus she's always been proficient in dealing with people, be it using charm or guile. Supporting this was her intelligence, never at a loss for words thanks to the wits she's built up over the years.
Weaknesses: To say that Rosalynn is a thrill seeker would be an understatement, she lives for excitement and often has a tough time practicing self-restraint: gambling, drinking and drugs were certainly not an uncommon practice in her life. Her charismatic way has also made her realize just how important other people's perception of you is, and turned her into quite a vain person. Having a hard time admitting her weaknesses, generally avoiding the subject all-together.
Physically she's not very strong, but quite agile.

PERSONALITY
With Rosalynn, having a good time has and always will come first. Encouraged by the culture on her homeplanet of Zeltros, she learned to enjoy herself more than anything else. Feeling most at home out and about, when in touch with others. Quick to smile and faster to dance, enthusiasm radiated from her and seemed contagious. The fact that her excitement often involved things that weren't entirely safe were covered up by an uncaring ignorance she would never have herself accused of.
A firm believer that everyone has the right to have as much fun as she can, she has a big sense of justice. Any form of oppression or needless control will put a frown on her face in a matter of seconds, which will not disappear until she's done her very best to solve the issue. This has gotten her into some sticky situations, and combined with her rather vain nature, lead to arguments more than once.
Digging deeper, her main ideal is quite simply freedom: the ability for her and everyone else to do what they want to do, when they want to do it.
BIOGRAPHY
Raised as the youngest child in a family of 4 on the planet of Zeltros, Rosalynn was left to her own devices a lot of the time. Being quite well off she was sent to elementary school in the capital city, where she fostered a further interest in visiting amusement parks, theatres and by the end of elementary school, actively participating in the plays, As she aged into puberty, the high-society friends she'd quickly made while practicing her hobby allowed her to visit some of the more exclusive parties and gave her a taste of what it was like to live like a true Zeltron. And while her grades suffered, she'd accepted it as an easy sacrifice to make for the friends she made and the more important things she learned that could not be taught by anything other than experience in the real world.
Knowing the joy she had in showing her friends a good time, much like her older friends had shown her, one day she decided to venture out into the galaxy. To spread the Veltron way however she could, and make it accessible to both rich and poor alike, After a year of different adventures, and a lot of time spent travelling aboard transport ships wasting away in front of her datapad, she realized that she would make a much bigger impact in a group of people. A group dedicated to helping others be free from the oppression she hated so much, and so... joining the Waste Rangers her true story can begin.
